Trinity Contractors is AMAZING! We have used them for years for our air conditioning needs. They are very reasonably priced and always do a great job! Most recently, Dan came out and was incredibly informative and helpful! I really appreciate all that he did to resolve our issue. I HIGHLY recommend Trinity Contractors!!!!!!

I bought my units 8 years ago everytime Ive had an issue trinity has come out and fix the units under warranty. The manager always called me back and his people are always great to work with. im so happy that I bought fro.a company that stands by what they say . thank you trinity contractors.

Had a technician by the name of Wesley come to check on a issue with my heating unit. The issue occurred over a weekend and I could not be happier with service Trinity provided. He identified and fixed the issue very promptly and now my heater is running properly again. Outstanding service. Definitely a 5 star company.

Awesome experience when the Trinity Contractors came to fix my plumbing problem. Everything was so professional and done in a timely fashion. They did a great job. My plumbing problem was solved they cleaned the area and left my home very clean. They were very informative. I cant say enough what great job they did. I will not say the company name but they came out to my home and could not solve my plumbing problem but then I called Trinity Contractors and they were able to solve my plumbing problem instantly. I use Trinity every time I need plumbing work. I think I first used them in around 2002 when our pipes froze during a very cold night. They were prompt and very reasonable. Yesterday, I discovered a water leak just on my side of the water main. Since they are available 24/7, I called about 8:00 last night. I explained my problem and was told I’d get a call this morning to schedule an appointment. I was told they’d be able to come late this afternoon. Repairmen arrived a bit early, dug to the leak and promptly repaired. Even though they had to run to Lowes for a part, they were completely finished in 90 minutes. Again, the cost was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish I was treated with respect and with integrity. They worked with me and my insurance after a very large tree came down on my home and damaged a variety of connected things. They worked with me to help lower my out of pocket costs and hassle. Their workers were polite, gracious to my curious kids who wanted to understand everything going on, and they did very well through a complicated repair job. We are still pleased with their work 2 years later.

My family and I have used Trinity for many years. They have done a basement remodel, air conditioning repairs, plumbing repairs and electrical repairs at some point or another over the years. I cannot say enough how happy we are to call one company for whatever we may need around the house. They are very dependable, their employees are always nice and knowledgeable and I can always count on them to get the job done. We never hesitate to call Trinity whenever a need arises.

Soooo I had a trinity tech. Come and look the air ducts in my finished basement because they were sweating and staining my drop ceiling tiles. The tech was very friendly and somewhat helpful as to a possible solution. He was supposed to get with his supervisor and work up a quote to do the job. I didnt hear back from anyone for almost 2 weeks and that was only because I kept having to call to talk to someone until I finally lost my patience and made a scene on the phone with the poor girl who answered. The guy finally called me back apologized for not calling me back and said it was because they were coming up with a solution...( to which I thought we already had). We talked and came up with another solution and I asked for a price for that.... again havent heard from him until I had to call.... still havent gotten a quote!!!!! I am a very unhappy customer!!! Do not ever use this company!!!

Called them to perform a job and emailed Cary the paperwork that he asked me to send him. He never came out to see the house nor did he return my calls. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Unfortunately over the years I have had my share of plumbing issues at my home and therefore in need of services. Last month Trinity came to my house and did a great job at a really fair price and that alone is enough to use Trinity again, however what impressed me heads above any company I had used in the past is how friendly and professional they all are, from operator to dispatch and service techs.Today a month later I need a different plumbing issue resolved and you guessed it, Trinity is on for today.

Trinity Contractors came out to fix the plumbing in my guest bathroom after I made the mistake of turning off the water supply to the toilet and letting a pipe burst. The guys came out quickly and everything was done in a timely manner. I appreciate that they were friendly and professional and fixed the problem right away. I will be sure to call them next time!

I had electrical work done in my house. Trinity went above and beyond to make sure that all of my electrical needs were met. What I loved most is that they offered the professional advice that I was seeking and saved me a lot of money! Thank you Trinity!

Very unprofessional. Workers are very rude and not fun to work with. Would not work here unless you are looking to be cussed at and told that you dont need to work here better people do. Never got my last check either

After two weeks and three different technicians they overcharged me and finally got my a/c working. Would not recommend using.

Did a great job I love this place

The major home remodel they did for us was amazing. The work they do is mostly outstanding, though it seemed to have many unnecessary delays. There were some mistakes, but our project manager, Brandon, was anxious to complete the job to our satisfaction so the problems were addressed and corrected.

I have called Trinity for several things and they have been prompt and professional and they make sure you are satisfied with their work. My son in law told me about them and he was right!

I called Trinity Service Dept. for a second opinion following my semi-annual HVAC service by another HVAC company. Their tech told me I had a severe problem with bacteria in the ductwork in my attic and that it would cost about $5k to rectify. Doug King came out and checked out my attic/ductwork and told me I do not have any such problem, that my ductwork is very clean. He even took/gave me pictures that I could show the other HVAC company to report their tech. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and saved me from being taken advantage of by another company. Doug King rocks! I will be using Trinity Contractors for future HVAC service as they earned my trust.

I have used Trinity Contractors, as General Contractor for home repairs, construction of a handicap ramp, minor home repairs, HVAC repair multiple plumbing needs, and electrical projects for my home in Trussville over the past 20+ years. At no time have I had any complaint as to their workmen, their service, their promptness or charges for services rendered. I worked at a large employer in downtown Birmingham which utilized them as contractors on various multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects. To my knowledge they have never defaulted, over-billed, or had any issues on any of those contracts nor with the conduct of their employees.They have been a solid business citizen in the community of Trussville, AL. They are my go to repair company.

We called a technician out on yesterday for my 87 years old father heater and they charged him 110.00 with no results. I asked the technician how long would it take for the house to heat up he said a while by it being cold outside but I’m not thinking 24hours. Please come fix my fathers heat please!!!!!!

Charged me 842.00 for a swap out of ceiling fixture boxes for lights and I had to get someone else to do it right. They sent out a kid, by himself to do the jopb. Should have done it myself and I do not know how to do that either

Person on-site overcharged me and left a mess for me to clean up. Supervisor was less than caring when I asked about it.
