Happy with the service

I had Terry Sauerbier from H&R Block prepare my taxes for each of the last four years. After she prepared this years taxes I noticed she had made a mistake on the return. I went back and reviewed my prior tax returns and realized she had made mistakes on previous years returns as well. These were straightforward deductions that any competent tax advisor should not miss. Her carelessness led me to overpay my taxes by thousands of dollars over the last several years. I dont know whether she was grossly negligent or just highly incompetent but either way I would stay far away from this place. Someone who misses stuff like this really shouldnt even have a license to prepare taxes.
