We came in with a large group that needed skis and boards. Pretty wide range of skiers/boarders in the group. They were able to perfectly accommodate all of our needs. Even helped suggest some fun variations to try for the more advanced.Unrelated-they have a cute dog.Would highly recommend!

Weve been using Black Tie for years and have always gotten top quality equipment for the snow conditions. The staff is always professional, prompt and friendly. The best way to rent ski/board gear!

The BEST!! They are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Also, their prices were lower than another option we had. All you have to do is sit in the comfort of your condo/house and they do the rest!!

Super convenient and friendly. I called later in the evening on Friday and they were at my place with everything I needed early Saturday morning. He took care of everything as I got around to leave for the slopes. Good quality skis too! So much better than waiting around at the slopes. The increase in price is worth the convenience.

They are a super friendly and awesome group. Went on a spur the moment trip with no jacket and they were able to rent out everything (jacket, pants, helmet, etc.). Delivered to our doorstep and convenient pick up. Would use them again no questions asked.

Best ski rental shop in the Tahoe region. Ive used Black Tie during 4 different trips over the last 3 years and have always had a 5-star experience. You can depend on quality gear, in great condition, delivered right to your doorstep on time and with a smile!

Super friendly. Super fast. We used them to get our skis waxed and to rent a jacket. Even though this is a ski rental place I would recommend them for tuning/waxing. Not the easiest place to find probably partly because there was so much snow though, which is a good thing.
