Chem Dry of Lake Tahoe did a phenomenal job on my carpets and tile shower. They arrived on time and even reached out with a courtesy phone call to let me know they were on their way. My carpets look like the day they were installed after having Chem Dry of Lake Tahoe out to our home. I feel so good knowing the products are safe for babies and pets, I always look for the best green products now that I am a new mom. Anyways, both gentlemen arrived in uniforms and made sure to follow all Covid 19 safety standards. They were both friendly and efficient. I love the way are house feels and looks so fresh. My interaction with Chem-Dry Tahoe was outstanding. I was in a pinch and needed quick deep cleaning of carpets in four rooms and cleaning hardwood floors.First, the service is amazing. I spoke to two folks on the phone (one was Nora the owner) and they were both informational and spent time to explain all the different products and ways to solve some of the problems we were having (some odd smells in our new home). Bryan who was our technician was also knowledgeable and friendly. He out did himself on making sure all the areas were cleaned and highlighting any areas that may be particularly hard to clean.Which leads to the quality. Bryan spent a few hours cleaning all the specific areas and he was very diligent. There was only one part that was too old and too stained, but everything else came out clean and fresh. Feel confident in our space again and wont move into a new home without a deep clean from Chem-Dry.

Such a great company. We always clean our carpets with them. But when they offer the free sanitizing service this week we booked them immediately. They showed up within 24 hours and got our living room fantastically clean! Their tech wore gloves and offered to wear a face mask. We have used Chem -Dry of Lake Tahoe, Truckee for several years for an annual cleaning and also on a couple of emergency occasions when we have had accidental spills on the carpet that needed more immediate care. Nora has done a great job of helping us to get on the schedule and keeping us informed regarding what time they will arrive. James is a true pro, always seems to manage to get the carpets looking great even when that seemed unlikely.

I had carpets, upholstery, rugs. stone floors, granite and marble countertops all cleaned and polished with respectful care. The results were incredible - my home has never looked cleaner, even though weve lived here 25 years!! I take care of 30 Homes in the Truckee/Taho area and have used Chem-Dry of Lake Tahoe on many occasions and have found there work professional, outstanding, and reasonable costs. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and care they take with each home.

They did a great job. I wasnt there when they did the service but the carpets looked great when they were done. I would use them again. I had lots of stains from pets and ash from the fireplace and water leaks from the sliding glass door. They are all gone thanks to Chem-Dry. Also the service was cheaper than I expected. A good bonus!

As a second home owner who rents out his home in the summer I count on Chem-Dry for fast service when a mishap happens. They had my carpets looking like new after ski season and just did a quick clean after a guest had a pretty big spill. I can always count on Beauchamps to be on time and do a great job.

We had adopted our dog about 6 months prior to James coming out to clean our carpet. Everything you can imagine happened on that carpet and my attempt at cleaning it all up was not going to cut it. There were stains from the stain remover, gunk and gross dog fluids imbedded in the carpet (it was bad)..I had lost all hope.
