This is the third time we rent vacation homes through Tahoe Signature Properties. As always, the experience was smooth and positive. Their website is beautiful, house descriptions and pictures accurate and up to date, and the communication with the manager is quick and on point. This time we rented Charming Mountain Family Cabin. It must be a new rental on the market. Everything in the house was brand new: appliances, towels, bed sheets, furniture. It was such a pleasure! Nest thermostat, remote controlled fireplace, high end appliances. The house is sunny with great views. The backyard is sloped, which made for great improvised sledding place. It is a short drive from all the fun in Truckee and Tahoe area. We will be back for sure!

This cute cabin was well appointed and had everything we needed. The views of the lake were picturesque! We walked to Jasons in Kings Beach for dinner and enjoyed strolling by the lake on the way. This cabin was comfortable, clean and all updated. The deck had an awning for shade and patio furniture that made relaxing easy. Convenient check in and we were given a late check out. The stairs up to the cabin and to the second floor where the bedroom is located were steep, so one would need to keep that in mind although that did not bother us at all. I would highly recommend this vacation home!!!

This place was amazing!! The 7 of us (2 families ) were extremely comfortable. Everything was beautiful and clean. We cooked a few times in the well stocked kitchen, It is an excellent location couple minutes from the lake and downtown. The view from the deck was just beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and cant wait to come back! Until we meet again

Great home. Comfortable to all our family. I wish it had central AC, but I am from AZ, so that is what I am accustom to. I would rent this home again. The staff was easy to access and very accommodating to all my requests! Great job everyone!

We loved staying at The Boulders. The location is central/convenient and the unit itself was charming and clean. Theres a community pool/hot tub and lots of families around. Check-in/check-out was smooth and parking was provided. Well definitely be back!

Awesome experience with Tahoe Signature properties. We rented a cabin in the Tahoe Donner area via Tahoe Signature Properties. The staff were excelled. We received good updates on how to reach the property, access it.Even any support issues during our stay there was answered promptly.The property itself was in a clean and great condition.Overall, an experience I would definitely repeat.

We have had a wonderful stay over the New Years. The property was clean and freshly updated. The location is very close to North star so we were able to get two full days of skiing. There was an incident during the stay but Dana the property manager was willing to work with us to resolve the issue.Overall, we had a great stay and looking forward to the next trip to Tahoe.

Stayed at the Truckee Tree House. Amazing location close to skiing and the lake. We walked on the extensive trail system behind the house. Spent days sitting by the warm fire and BBQing on the deck. Thanks for a great stay. Dana and her staff are great, extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them for staying in Truckee/Tahoe

We have owned a home in Truckee since 1999. Up until one year ago we worked with another vacation rental management company which did a good job for a number of years. Over the past several years, however, our rentals dropped off to nearly nothing. Dana, owner of Tahoe Signature Properties, did a great job of marketing our home from the start and over the past 12 months weve had more rentals than all but one year of the 14 previous years! This is especially impressive given the marginal snow conditions over the past year. She has her own housekeeping crew and attracts high quality guests who appreciate our home. We recommend Dana and her team to any homeowners seeking a dedicated, professional property management partner.

Weve booked an amazing house through Tahoe Signature Properties this winter.This rental is one that wed love to come back to again and again. As a party of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids) + a small dog, we spent 4 nights in this property for the New Yeas. Upon arrival we were impressed with the house and the views. Located at the top of a hill the house is almost all windows, patios and porches - wherever you look, you see an amazing view. The inside of the house felt like a brand new house: light wood panels on the ceilings and walls, cathedral ceilings, new furniture, clean carpet, big TV with Netflix, Roku and Amazon. There is a loft with 3 twin beds off the main living area. The loft has its own bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a bedroom suite on the main floor. Its bathroom has double vanities and a huge walk in shower. There is an office room and a guest bathroom on the main floor as well. The ground floor has 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. Did I mention that almost every single room in this house has a slide door and a porch with direct access outdoor?! But what turned out to be the most pleasant surprise was the backyard. Being the last row of houses has the advantages of an unlimited backyard. Wed step right off the back porch and walk into wilderness. You go up for about 200 feet (the backyard is pretty steep) and you get to a hiking trail with breathtaking views. Having 5 kids under the age of 10 weve adapted a portion of that trail to a sledding area - tons of fun for the kids and adults as well. Being able to just dress the kids and walk 2 minutes to the sledding, have fun there as long as they wanted and return to a warm beautiful house within 2 minutes is a bonus that any parent of young kids understands.We will definitely book our next vacation house in Tahoe with Tahoe Signature Properties.
