Multiple time, We see multiple mouses run around inside store back I informed the manager and we are aware of that, call the corporate office!

There service is so poor. Every time I buy onions from them they always come out like this.

I purchased a hamburger molding press, and when i checked the receipt was too expensive ($19). I went back to return it. They said they could only give me store credit. No problems there. Next time I went shopping, i wanted to use the credit but I was told someone cashed the amount. They found the receipt, it was done after the store was closed…Manager on duty promised they’re going to look on camera to see what happened. Now I went there again and there is no credit and the young manager on duty is trying to convince me some nonsense and that there is no refund available. So watch it people!! Don’t leave any store credit behind, it’s going to get stolen!!

The entire organization will go down like Kmart. Absolutely no sense of customer service. I wish costoc start doing wholesale or anyone else. I hate it every time I walk in here

How would you like it if someone rated you 1 star because youre short staffed.People become short staffed, its hard times. Also stop going at PEAK times to shop.Be patient, get your items, and check out. Ive never had a problem with the staff because you need to start creating friends not enemies.Have a positive attitude at all times.

For the truckers. Some overnight parking is available. Maybe for two or three trucks, max. The dump is right next to the check-in door. It is the funk of everything rotting, at your feet, mind you. Just dont slip on the putrid sludge. The area is not that hygienic, and for a place that handles food. It should be of concern to the consumers. Staff was not too bad. Will update.....

They made me wait for coming oil for about 45 minutes. Very sad. They should have me either they have it or they dont. They are not upto date about their stock.I am surprised.

This particular restaurant depot is horrible. The customer service was trash I was not even greeted at the door they all just sat there and stared at me. The stored is poorly organized and the staff was just plain rude.

Absolute worst place. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE or buy your frozen products from here. They are rude and terrible with customer service. I tried to order a pallet of a specific product, filled out forms with Tracey at the front and never heard from them. Called 2-3 times, was put on hold for 15-20mins each time and eventually hung up on. Went in the store and they tell me I must place orders online. Went online and the product is no longer stocked. They need to clear house, the management is a joke, only people helpful are cashiers. Everyones attitude is awful and besides the low prices this place is not a good business. I will never shop here again and suggest you order from GFS or ANYWHERE Besides RD. Would rate 0 starts If i could.

This place has so much potential! Just terribly staffed! You will wait inline for an hour almost every time.. they congregate in their corner talking about their personal lives rather then help customers.. I only go when I absolutely have to!! No price tags on the shelves nobody help me I have to skip so many things. Pile boxes all over in the middle of the shelves you cannot get the cart very hard. In some places prices are very miss leading. They have to be more organized and hire good helpful people.

One cashier, line all the way to the back of the building, been this way on the last 2 visits. Management couldn’t care less. I find it fascinating that every bad review is responded to, as is if they care, they do not. The manager of this store needs to be fired immediately. Staff your store to reflect the business needs. Next time the line is this long, I’m loading up my cart with expensive meat and leaving it out on the floor to spoil.

I shop here all the time but the service is thee absolute worst the hi-lo drivers are beyond rude and swear constantly I needed to have something brought down from a top shelf pallet took over 25mins and it was close to closing there were probably only 3 other customers in the store my hi-lo driver was busy talking to a girl instead of helping worst customer service ever I will take my business elsewhere 👎👎

Slow, never stocked properly. Understaffed, I feel bad for all the people that work here as they seem overworked. Line today was super long, took over an hour to cash out.

There are things like bulk dry beans, I can only find here locally. Potatoes and eggs are very affordable in bulk here. Great selection of rice and flour including wheat gluten in bulk and gluten free flour. They have a great produce and meat selection. They have kosher and halal choices as well. We often get cheese here. Restaurant equipment available. Membership and wholesale are requirements. Its not open to the public. The hours are fairly limited.

Awfully slow at checkout, takes forever to get things sometimes especially when asking for help. Took me 2 hours just to get a few things, employees dont seem to know where anything is or are reluctant to help

RESTAURANT DEPOT, TROY, MI.Today is July 3rd, 2019.I had an appointment for yesterday 07/02/2019 at 9AM but their lumper guy did not show up and they make me sit for the whole day not letting me know what is going on. Then at the end of the day at around 3PM they told me I will have to reschedule for next day at 6AM.I have already lost 2 of the successive loads costing me $3250. How are they running the business at Restaurant Depot if they dont know how to handle a load when one of their employees or contractor does not show up.Negative 5 stars for this place.Never ever picking up loads for RESTAURANT DEPOT in TROY, MICHIGAN.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Arrived at 1029. Appt time 1300. It is now 1748 and I have yet to be told to go into a dock! Worst place ever. Avoid at all costs. Great place to take your 10 hour! The kicker is I only have 2 pallets to take off.... This place sucks!

Dont do it, just dont... its a nightmare! 3.5+ hrs waiting... had a dock open for 1.5hrs, put one in, waited an hour to start, have to down stack entire truck. They just started on middle (been there before I arrived), looked like a disaster. Im second in line (1st guy been here 5+ hrs) before I can even get into the dock. Its 330pm, they leave @6pm... 3rd in line is a day cab local driver. Ill be damned if im stuck here over night!

Large parking area, 4 docks, live loads on 2. 4 hours past appt before getting on dock. Much like other food places. People were decent though.

I delivered 11 small pallet, and they take over a 6 hours to unload and $165 lumper fee. And Im came in 30 minutes before my appointment time.

Relatively low prices, but stuff is everywhere and Customer Service can be terrible. It could be great with good management, organization and staff that actually cared about the customers and Customer Service.

Great place for volume purchases. Shop where the restaurants shop. Unusual items not available in regualar retail outlets. No membership fee, but you must be a licensed business entity to purchase.

What a dump! Stuff everywhere, in the aisles, stuff opened up and damaged. I could barely get my cart through the aisles and its got to be a safety hazard. Gross!! After moving back to Michigan from Florida, I have to say this store went from being a pleasure to shop in to being a total nightmare. Get a new store manager who actually cares. The manager Doug was so disrespectful and was completely out of line. Not only was he rude on the phone but he made me feel like a bother and like I was a pest.I told him I was gonna report him and he said he didnt care he isnt gonna get in trouble .This guys is so bad . ....Where is the leadership team for this company ...He was so out of line he didnt want to share his name with me. I have been a customer here for 10+ years and have yet to find a decent customer service representative. From management to cashiers to floor scrubbers, one hates their job more than the other.

Line to the back of the store....left my cart...they have banners up saying 3 customers or more in line...they will open more lines...even before pandemic this store is a nightmare...i never can finish my list of needs due to outages and its hardly ever staffed well at the registers
