She was always very quickly responsive to our questions, either through email or over the phone, and would make sure we were up to date on the work she was doing, even letting us know which listings we were still waiting on information for. When it came time to make offer, Avery was very quick to get us the appropriate paperwork, walk us through each line, and clarify anything that was confusing to us. We never felt pressured to make a decision we werent comfortable with, and always felt that Avery held our interests as a priority.

That she would point out flaws of properties was really comforting to me as a first time home buyer since I didnt always know what to look out for. I really felt that she wanted me to be informed about the homes I was viewing. Viewings got scheduled fast. If something fell through, shell let you know and tell you why. If you have a question about a property shell reach out to whomever need be to get it answered. Brittany Valensky was a God send. Every step of the way she was available to us, helpful, kind, fun, trustworthy, and always fighting for our best interests. She was great at explaining the ins and outs of the process, as well as the industry terms we didnt understand. She made buying our first home easy! When negotiations arose, Brittany worked tirelessly to get us the best deal even with very skiddish sellers on the other side.Brittany was the first agent we have worked with that truly listened to and respected us. Other agents in the past would only send us properties in cities they preferred to work in, and often ones that didnt meet our bed or bath requirements. With Brittany we never encountered that problem. We told her what we thought we wanted and where we were hoping to look, and we never saw a bad house. In fact, she would frequently send me properties I had already saved on other sites before I could send them to her. Also, if I sent her an address that looked interesting, but she found some part of the property that contradicted what we said we wanted she would double check with me before scheduling the showing. Same if she found a property that only met 80% of our list. (Ex. This house has a Michigan basement. I know you said you hate those. Did you still want to see this property? Or This house only has one bath, but there is plumbing in the basement for you to build a second bath. Would you want to check it out?) It was incredibly refreshing knowing she was fully on the same page as us.We felt comfortable being candid with Brittany about our likes and dislikes without fear of catching attitude for being honest about a property. She also never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy. (For a comparison, one agent we worked with 3 years ago got snippy that we didnt want to buy any of the three houses we saw on our first day out.) I think that is incredibly important in narrowing down your search, and ultimately finding a home you truly love.I would recommend working with Brittany to everyone!
