Landmark Systems is one of the few remaining companies whose customer service goes above and beyond! I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
I have had three fantastic experiences with Landmark over the years. On one old printer, a part couldnt be found and they took the trouble to fabricate a part which saved my favorite printer.I have found everyone at Landmark polite, helpful and kind, and knowledgeable. Prices are certainly fair.This last time, Steve went really out of his way to help me out.I highly recommend Landmark. ( I am NOT a friend, relative, or robot)
I took my printer in to be repaired. It was an old printer and I was told up front that it might not be worth repairing or that parts might not be available. I did not feel great about that but I paid the diagnostic fee, that I was told would count toward repair time, and I left. It took a few days but the service manager called and said that the machine just needed new rollers and that the they were pretty cheap. A few days later I picked up my machine and it has been working great ever since. I am always leery about repairs and getting ripped off, but Landmark did what they said they would and the price was fair.
I am all for supporting small business, but I have had a very bad experience with this particular company. The woman who was supposed to give me an estimate on a copy rental was rude and hung up on me. You just cant treat potential clients this way considering there are many options of who to rent from. I would not do business with this company because they have terrible customer service.
