We contacted Brad earlier this summer when we were considering installing steps up this berm between the trees so we would have easier access to the area behind the pine trees. Brad suggested stone steps because they would be permanent, no maintenance and would complement the stone patio in the back yard.This was not an easy job. Each step weighs 600 lbs and there was no side access because of the trees. John and his coworker worked on this project for 2 1/2 days. We couldn’t be more pleased. It looks like the steps have always been there. We now have a safe, attractive way to get to the back of our property. Brad’s crew has done work for us almost every year for about 10 years. His team is hard working, friendly and polite and they take great pride in their work, as they should.

Willie and Pedro did an excellent job removing the old crown on our chimney and creating a new crown. Brad and his crew did a full remodel of our bathroom, repaired termite damaged portions of our house, and installed hardwood flooring in our hallway. They can do it all! They were very thorough and detail oriented. We are blown away by how beautiful our bathroom came out! His price was fair/competitive and everything was completed in a timely fashion. Brad’s team (John and Joe) were great with building us a beautiful and functional patio. John created a seating wall with the patio which added a focal point. The team was always on time and completed the project in a timely manner. Both John and Joe were friendly and open to any concerns or suggestions on the project. They returned the surrounding landscape to its previous condition with mulch, seed and hay coverage. I would highly recommend this service and plan to use Brad’s team for future projects.

The owner, Brad, came out at the scheduled time, provided us all the info we needed. We scheduled a time for his team to come and start work. Willie and Allen were timely, and did a brilliant job clearing the spaces out and cleaning up. We will certainly be hiring these folks again.

Will and Brandon worked on a large area of our lawn which had a lot of tree roots extending up through surface of the lawn making it difficult to walk and hard for grass to grow. They provided topsoil, smoothed the surface and reseeded the lawn. They worked together well, were polite and friendly and made sure throughout the process that they were meeting our expectations. They also repaired a stone walkway in our backyard, raising the height of the walkway so it would not be under water when there is precipitation. Each individual stone was leveled and reset resulting in a professional end product while reusing the existing stones to keep the price of the job much lower than it could have been. Took a lot of care to clean up after. Overall they both did a very professional job.

I had an old wood retaining wall removed and a stone retaining wall put it with a fire pit. I can’t even express how amazing the new wall looks. John Monk, Dave, and Will all did an amazing job and exceeded anything I could ever imagine. Thank you so much!

We are so pleased with the masonry work we had done. Brad is is honest, fair and did a great job on our basement wall repair. We had some crumbling cement work that needed to be done, especially around one of our basement windows and it looks great. I highly recommend him. Hes easy to talk to and easy to get in touch with. I needed a small, crumbling retaining wall replaced. Brad came up with a way to improve the drainage and suggested adding a ladder for safety (in case of emergency exit). Willie did a great job on the installation. It is a beautiful. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

I removed the pool and was left with a sand trap as the majority of my back yard. Brad was incredibly respectful and prompt in coming over to provide me with an estimate to fill in the sand pit and install new fencing. His estimate was very reasonable compared to other bids, and his attention to detail and cleanliness during the project far exceeding my expectations. Towards the end of the project, I expressed a concern that our small dog could potentially fit through a small gap between the fencing and the railing. I had never mentioned this to Brad before. Within 5 minutes he ripped a single piece of fence and installed it so our dog is safe. Its the little things that really make a difference. Excellent price, on-time job completion and attention to detail are the three things that come to mind. We needed to identify a direction and starting place in our yard, given large trees that had been removed leaving our yard in disarray. Brad came out to look over the yard, and helped us lay out a plan. I am a homeowner in Troy, NY. I had a HUGE masonry job that I needed completed. When I say huge I mean:rip up and remove 1100+ sq ft of wood floorsdig down 3.5+ feet along a whole corner of my basement 5ft one way; 7ft another wayrebuild all 3 layers of brick wall and tie them into the existing 3 layers of brick wallspour 3 new concrete footingspour a whole new 4in concrete slab over a span of over 1100 sq ftand tie it into the existing 1 inch slabdig 2 ft down and 1 foot out the entire side of my house approximately 55ftreset any and all loose bricks that entire length, parge that whole areatar that whole area before laying crush run; waterproof membranes; and a whatever else goes into a French drain...the drain runs the entire length of the house again approx..55fthe added dirt in places to grade any and all water away from the houseALL THIS WAS DONE BY HAND, there was no place to get major tools in.I am NOT an easy person to deal with, I ask a ton of questions, I want everything in writing, I want warranties, I want the writing in detail, I want proof of insurance, etc this man answered every single question, put everything in writing in detail multiple times, gave me written warranty, produced proof of insurance.... every single hula hoop I had him jump through he did....AND HIS PRICE WAS THE BEST...Now lets talk his work...it was AMAZING....neat, cleanly, great quality, his work is level and thorough. He met his timeline, he came in on budget- not a penny more, at the end of everyday the space was cleaned and neat with no hazards or dangers to anyone in the home, was there promptly every am and worked all day....A real stand up honest person from what I have encountered and seen.THIS COMPANY GETS AN A RATING FROM ME, they are truly professional and offer superior workmanship!I will most definitely be using them again!!I am NOT related to or affiliated with anyone at this company. I literally cannot say enough good things about Brad and the work that he does. My husband and I recently bought a new home out in Averill Park and thought we had secured a friend to plow our driveway, well long story short he bailed on us in the middle of the one of the biggest storms of the year. A friend of mine gave me Brads info because of the amazing work he had done for her real estate properties, and Im so glad we called him. Even though were technically outside his service area, hes come twice now to dig us out!! We definitely dont have an easy driveway, its steep and curvy, but both times he has done an absolutely amazing job. My husband even commented on how much pride he obviously had in his work based on the condition of his truck and the patience he had on our driveway. If you need someone to come plow/salt your driveway, you definitely should give him a call!

I was desperate to find someone to plow my dads driveway after the big storm. Called a lot of places and, of course, everyone was already swamped. Brad was one of the few to call me back and was able to get there in 20 mins. Since I dont live there anymore he took a picture when he arrived to confirm that it was the right place and told me I could send payment via PayPal- which really saved my butt from having to leave work! And the price was super reasonable. On top of all that, he was very polite and courteous on the phone. He will be the one I contact for any future snowfall!
