I have had only great experiences with MassiveMesh so far and have been a customer, between different apartments, for I guess around 4-5 years now? I m really glad theyre an available service for people looking for an alternative in Troy. I think its an excellent model for any small city to follow. Very satisfied overall!

So... I know there are several reviews about issues with their service and I can’t say that I haven’t experienced them, as well, but I can confidently say that the customer service and willingness of their representatives, to address and fix any issues, by far outweigh the trouble I have experienced.For the better part of a year, I experienced issues with service interruptions but each time I contacted Kelly or her team members, I was left with a positive experience and they diagnosed and addressed the issue in a timely manner. Since the last time we spoke, there have been no issues and connectivity has been stable, albeit some latency at times, but that is to be expected when you have several dozens of people connecting from the same building complex. -my thoughts about the service provided by the landlord is not 5 stars, like I am giving MassiveMesh.That being said, I want to very much give kudos to Kelly and her team (give her a raise, give her a raise!...and everyone else on her team, for all their hard work), and I am saying that because each time I have spoken to her or her team members, my issue has been resolved and I was once again, a happy customer. This year has been tough and they have done an amazing job, so reward those employees, as they rightly deserve to be rewarded!

This is a great idea which I hope spreads to other places like where I moved to. The service was reliable and customer support was always available and helpful. You will not find internet cheaper than this either! Very pleased.

My internet and cable service is fine in my apartment. What I’m most upset about is the lack of kindness and subpar customer service I received. There’s an employee that is extremely rude and sarcastic, I believe her name is Kelly. I spoke with her on numerous occasions and she is very unfriendly and does not follow up. I will be canceling my service with massive mesh very soon for this very reason.

I have only had wonderful experiences with Massive Mesh (shout out to Emilie!). Their customer service has always been extremely welcoming, especially compared to other services I have used in the Capital Region & outside of NYS. For customer service, they get 5 stars.The only reason I knocked off a star is because our service, while mostly great, didnt reach all parts of our apartment. The router was in the back of our apartment, which the box had been installed prior to use moving in, so we didnt get strong service in our bedroom which is the complete other end of our apartment.Otherwise, customer service was great and outside our bedroom we didnt have issues with connectivity.

This internet service is so unreliable. Slows down or completely cuts out constantly and getting a hold of customer service takes forever. When you finally reach them they are really nice and helpful but the process just takes way too long.

The price beats Spectrum, but the speed and reliability certainly doesnt. Very frustrating to be paying for a service that I continually have issues with. I definitely wont be a customer for much longer.Update: Ive had NON-STOP interruptions with my service. Im honestly lucky if I go 48hours without an issue from them. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company. Very poor service, when you can finally get ahold of someone to help it takes ages and their solutions never actually work. They honestly have no idea what theyre doing.

Spectrum was a 2+ year nightmare. Massive mesh provides better service at half the cost, and doesnt call me multiple times daily to sell anything. I could not be happier!

Same as others. Constant service interruptions. I feel like I barely have internet when I am at home and need to use it. I don’t know how this legal - paying for a service that barely works. I’m paying for their higher speed service and even Netflix cuts in and out which requires only 5mbps.

Weve used them for over a year-and-a-half and Ive never had a problem with them. A little slower than Spectrum at its best (only noticable on large downloads), but consistent and available at ALL times--no Sunday night slowdown. Service for issues is prompt and very courteous.

Lowest quality internet Ive ever used. Somehow they made my connection worse after sending over a tech to replace my router. Absolutely unusable for gaming and/or streaming. Huge lag spikes are frequent even if Im lucky enough to connect to a game or stream.Update: After a few weeks of trying they were able to bring my connection back to the quality it was when I first moved in, so Ive experienced some improvement.

I have been using MassiveMesh since May and I am very happy with the service and the price. We had to adjust the signal back in September and now I have no problems. I streamline like with a major company and run several systems at once. Thanks for your service

Customer service is terrible with this company. I have been experiencing issues with the speed of my connection and when you call nobody knows anything. Tech support then states they will put a call ticket into their admin so they can review it and that you will get a return phone call....only problem is you get no return call and when you call back of course, no one knows anything about your original call..... Horrible internet service and company... Do yourselves a favor of reducing your stress by staying far away from this company!

This might be a good company, but they scheduled an appointment for me to do a survey or inspection. However, after waiting for them to come, the inspector said they dont provide service in my area.I was taken aback. The staff should have known their coverage area and not waste my time. Im unimpressed at the moment, but I might give them a 2nd chance down the road.

Had massivemesh for a week now and havent received a single piece of information. They dont even have my email. I asked to have them send me info but they said it didnt matter and I was all set to use the wifi. It worked for a day and now most of the time I cannot connect. And now my router is asking me for login information. Of course I know my password because I called and asked. But my username was never brought up. They even said i dont have to login. Idk whats going on but I am switching to Spectrum after one solid week of getting really horrible service and support.

Unfortunately they are the only place that can give me Internet and they are worse than dial-up. If you have an option go somewhere else, do it! Seriously use your phone as a hotspot I live right next to them and I can’t get a decent signal.

Called just to look into plan pricing options. The woman who answered the phone was terribly rude and put me on hold because apparently it was too much to answer a simple question about speed. Unbeknownst to me, she was transferring me to another party without notifying me. Based on that alone, I wouldnt recommend them.
