We had a wonderful experience. My 94 year old mother was quite distraught about her hearing loss. The hearing aid she had wasn’t helping anymore. The audiologist she had been seeing said there wasn’t anything she could do. I took a chance and took her to Hear USA in Troy and Dr Vicki was so caring and respectful. She suggested one of their hearing aids and it worked! My mother could hear right away! We all cried with joy. My mother is like a new person, calling friends and visiting with others. She is so happy. I highly recommend Hear USA and Dr Vicki Harris.

I purchased hearing aids through this company over a year ago. The process went smoothly. They also promised free batteries for the next 3 years. I have put in 3 requests for the batteries and have never received anything. If you were counting on this I would move on to another company as they do not owner this request. I ended up having to purchase them out of pocket.
