We had a curved chairlift installed about 2 years ago. The first 18 months we had no problems with the equipment, but then started to have some issues. I cannot say enough good things about Scott and Richard. Richard has come out on weekends and evenings when my husband was trapped on one floor to help us out. They did not stop until the problem was fully fixed. Richard has even come out to disconnect the chair when a delivery company gave us a hard time. You cannot beat their customer service and experience.

Writing on behalf of my parents who are 85 years old: After repeated requested from my children, they convinced my husband and I to get a Stair Lift. Admittedly, we were skeptical about getting one and even using it. After three weeks of using the Handicare 950 Stair Lift, we wonder why we waited so long.The feeling of safety going up and down the stairs is unbelievable. We can bring items up and down the stairs. The Handicare Stair Lift has been lifechanging. Where we thought, it would limit our movement up and down the stairs, it has expanded our movement in our home.Lastly, the service has been outstanding (Scott and Richard). When we ordered, the Handicare Stair Lift was installed within a week. Adaptech came to our aid when my wife needed a wheelchair ramp, installing a sixteen foot aluminum ramp the same day we called. We were renting the ramp. This year we decided to convert the ramp to permanent ownership. We called them and they offered to install a permanent wooden ramp that they were removing from another customer. That was great news. They came out the next day and replaced the the aluminum ramp with the wooden ramp for no charge. We are extremely pleased with the wooden ramp. I would recommend Adaptech for any of your mobility needs.

Which came out today and is still the stair lift he did a very very good job Im so pleased with it they are good people now I could get up and down my stairs without falling I was very pleased with Richard, I know their job very well, I am so happy with it stairlift

I highly recommend this company. They worked efficiently and spent a lot of time teaching me how to use this. They are affordable and have a great warranty. So nice to make frequent trips upstairs instead of the one time a day.

Very professional company. They installed a handicap ramp for my mom. She is in a wheelchair and needs to get out of the house to go to doctors appointments and she cant climb up and down the stairs so Adaptech installed a ramp with railings and did a very good job at installing it. The monthly rental price is very fair and we plan to get something permently installed in the future with one of their other options like a lift. If you want the job done right call Adaptech.
