Classes are packed & there’s no social distancing. Poor communication to clients that buy packages under the notion that the studio will follow covid guidelines, only to be elbow to elbow in class. Love PB but will be moving to a different studio because of this.

There are lots of places to work out these days, but PBB is one of the best. Great owners, great teachers, and great workouts. I really feel like a lot of boutique workout places can get cliquey and judgey, but PBB is not like that at all. Everyone is welcoming and warm—you can come at any age, with any body, and in fancy or not so fancy workout clothes and feel like you belong.

I’ve been going to this pure barre for 2 years now. They’re the absolute best! I came in off of a Groupon, and they’ve been nothing but welcoming from the beginning. The owners and teachers are wonderful! Especially during these times, the zoom classes are great!

Pure Barre is a fantastic workout experience! Everything is so professional, the classes start on time, the teachers are prepared, and the studio is always clean. The choreography is creative and the music is always motivating, plus it is an awesome workout! I went twice a week during my third pregnancy and the investment was absolutely worth it as I had my healthiest pregnancy yet and an easy delivery!

The location is great and instructors are amazing. Instructors always have smiles on and most important, the work out classes are amazing. I got hooked the first time I tried and I got unlimited month plan. I will continue to work out here.

Pure Barre is amazing and will transform your body. Pure Barre Birmingham is especially fabulous because of their top of the line customer service. I visited the studio from out of state and mistakenly left my gym shoes behind. They were so helpful in sending them right back to my house without hesitation or asking for me to do any of the work. This is a testament to them going above and beyond for their clients. Highly recommend!

Even though I am a teacher at Pure Barre Birmingham/Troy, I can say with 100% confidence that the team of teachers are truly amazing and strive to give our clients nothing but the best of the PB experience. However, more importantly - our clients are AMAZING. Whether you are a new client, PB enthusiast, male or female, our clients are nothing shy of supportive of one another (and that is why we love you all so much!). I love pure barre. The ladies who own the studio are warm, friendly and welcoming. It’s an amazing work out that never gets boring! Totally hooked!

Had my first class with Leah, was a great workout. Was disappointed with my instructors attitude towards it being my first time. She seemed passive aggressive when I wasnt understanding the concept. Will love to go again, but will definitely get a different instructor.

Took my first class today w Katie and Ive absolutely fallen in love with Barre! Its a GREAT full body workout my arms, abs and thighs were burning ... burned almost 500 cal. (Per my Apple Watch) Im hooked!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Poor communication. They believe ignoring their customers is the only way to resolve an issue. Do NOT go to this studio.

UPDATE 3/2021: After being a “valued client” for 3+ years (even charged full price for a monthly membership over the course of the pandemic) and having to cancel my membership at the end of my contract in December 2020 due to medical reasons, PB has thanked me by continuing to charge me monthly for 3 months in a row AFTER membership cancellation. I have emailed the business twice, without response. I had asked that they delete my card on file as I am not an active member and requested a refund for services not rendered. To date, I have not received any response. I have had to report the charges as fraud to my credit card company in order to get a refund that is rightly due and owed. This also happened multiple times while I was an active member, often being charged double. They had a lifelong client, but lost one due to poor management and consistent fraudulent charges. Buyer beware.
