From what I’ve heard from others and experienced firsthand myself, Cintas frequently fails to do proper, code driven inspections—when fire marshals do followups, it’s incredible how many problems they find, and then we either have to call them again or find a local company to do it right ourselves.From what I’ve seen, they hire a lot of other companies to do the work right and fix their mistakes, and in the process, this seems to the price that gets passed onto us. I get for some chains, they want someone who can cover multiple States, but for me, I’d much rather deal with a local company. There are several excellent companies in this area that do the work right. Much happier with them.

Cintas has provided services for me for nearly three years, and now that Ive left I couldnt be happier. Their technicians never seem to be paying attention or quite knowledgeable about the systems they are working at in my building, and the reports took a long time to come in.Glad I left, your mileage may vary.
