Altair has some really talent people in engineering but in management no so much. I would like to warn you against few of them Padmaja Palepu and Jackie Ginac. be very careful dealing with these two snakes. if you could avoid them, do so.........To management, have some key performance criteria to make sure candidates are not abused by these two individuals !

Did a short course here on their generative design software. Instructors were helpful and respectful, and the software itself was very intuitive. We used the software both to double check our traditional design concepts and to develop 3D printer optimized parts, and it works great for both.

Contract employees are not treated well.
