I was very pleased with my experience at Winners Computer. Josh was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Dealing with Josh left me feeling confident after he explained what he had found and what work he performed on my hacked computer. He was very efficient, and I soon had the computer back in my possession for a reasonable fee. Based on my experience I would certainly recommend the company.

Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced if youre familiar with technology repair pricing.Their for-sale computer related items arent the best, but they are knowledgeable enough to correctly diagnose and order any replacement parts needed that they might not have.

Bob and his team are very knowledgeable with both Mac and PC. Had some home networking issues and they solved it with no major issues. With working from home being more of a thing in 2020 they are perfect for the work from home group. Highly recommended and well worth the call no matter how big or small the issue is!

There is nothing more pressing to a doctoral learner than having access to their research! This week, while on a write-at-home vacation, my computer decided it was time to stop working. Of course, the trouble started with me backing up my work on an external hard drive, which I do regularly. Long story short, after a quick panic call to Josh at Winners, he had a new internal hard drive installed on my laptop and all of my files saved! A true hero and lifesaver. I highly recommend Winners for all your computer needs!

Called into the Troy store and spoke to Jeff. I ask about checking a power supply and then ask him if they would be interested in a ton of memory that I had from upgrades I have left over from the past 3 -6 months. He became rude, arrogant, laughing at me saying that they would not be interested because of changing technology. I understand the reasoning but Jeff needs to learn some manners and customer service.

I brought my printer in after it had become so inoperable, it wouldnt even print a test page. The printer was fixed the same day, and I was charged a fantastic rate. Thanks, Winners Computer!

I brought in a notebook with an inoperative screen backlight. It turned out that the cable was simply misaligned, breaking the power circuit. I was in and out in 15 minutes.The agent was quite friendly.I did notice that not all of the clips for the screen lid had been closed afterwards.

Extremely polite attendant, but unfortunately I will have to buy other notebook.

Had 4 people out to fix a server problem-no one could help us. Called Winners Computer LLC they came out and were friendly and helpful and fixed out problem in 2 hours. Highly recommend!!

I brought in two working computers for data transferOne of the working computers was returned inoperable and I was charged three times the posted amount.I returned to the store and they could not get my computer back to the state it was in when I brought it in.

This was a terrible experience going to this shop and a waste of time,the workers are rude if in this area go to a shop on 25A!
