I have referred others to BBS on several occasions without hesitation. If youre looking for a rock solid, knowledgeable, professional IT service that works with honesty and integrity, your search is finished. BBS is that company.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. This company is a total scam. There are many reasons you should stay far away from this company. The i.t professionals they contract out are far away from deserving a professional status. They are young inexperienced fly by night employees. They even talked about how they wanted to leave the company while doing my imstall. Very unprofessional .They suggest additional un-needed equipment that they mark up the price up on to gouge you for money. Their strategic implementation of technology seems to yield no results but the bills keep coming regardless. On top of all that, the owner Brian is rude and disrespectful and pretends to be too important to deal with complaints and essentially said oh well, we dont GUARANTEE our services will positively effect your efficiency. If thats the case, why pay them?? There are many other great technology companies that are not only cheaper, but more honest and alot more effective. Stay away from buckeye business solutions at all cost. If not youll regret it.
