Literally the worst experiences every single time, they have lost my ATM deposit TWICE. After figuring it out this time, which hopefully won’t take another week like last time, I will definitely be searching for a new bank.

If you’d like a friendly, efficient credit union, try Alliance! They’ve recently added more to the online bells and whistles.Over decades, I sure haven’t come accross such a customer oriented bank! Today I met Amber, the Assistant Branch Manager, over the phone. In a wink she helped me with my problem, and made sure there was nothing else I needed! Wow!
Outstanding prompt cusomer service
I open my account on Friday January 17th with the assurance that I would have banking abilities with them. Is Wednesday January 22nd my checking account has been closed out because there were too many inquiries on my report after I explain things to the banker now Im trying to take care of bills and cant even pay bills because my accounts goes out the inconvenience here is driving me up a wall and then the service is there sing stop part 2 mini banking institutions single so I had another bank account with another credit union I should have not gone into alliance Catholic Credit Union thinking they were a very good branch of very good very good Bank I would not open another account with them I would suggest anyone to leave them.
Closed my account! I met a lady named Sylvia (from Alliance) at my school’s career fair 2 weeks ago and she was so unprofessional and kept talking about how her country Mexico is the best. I asked about the CD rates (not career related) and she told me to call the main number then laughed and said “good luck getting an answer, they’re always busy”. So weird
Usually when you go to an establishment people working say hello, how are you doing? Normal human interaction, right? Customer service. Not here. They have never acknowledged me. Literally just deposited money and they didnt say one single word to me. Just sent out my receipt and I left. Youd think for being a religious place theyd be a little friendlier? Lol so weird.
This is the friendliest place ever! I am not a member there, but it is convenient to my work and as part of credit union network, I am able to do my banking there. Ive never seen them be short with anyone, spend time answering all sorts of questions, and always a welcoming smile !
I have used this bank since it was Oakland Catholic Credit Union. I have had good general banking experience here. The rates are better than national banks but not great versus online banks now. For loans and day to day banking I like this place. My rating goes down for the simple fact that this bank actually charges its members to count change. Dont care about their excuses but it is NEVER acceptable for a bank to tell me or anyone else that they have to charge to count money! NEVER acceptable ever! You are a bank, your job is to count money.
They made me feel like i was family. they were kind, quick to respond, communicated frequently, and approved all four of my loans over the years in a timely manner. i love credit unions. screw the big banks!
10+ years and have always had good luck. I often deal with them over the phone. Top notch! never any issues.
Absolutely clueless on customer service. Despite a long history of banking with thee jerks, two never late personal loans and two car loan they issued me a Via card with a stinking credit limit of $500. My FICO was always well over 700 and for years tried to get a decent limit of the which they always refused, Finally told them to shove it and took all of my banking needs elsewhere.
My experience have been positive, unlike some of below reviews. I have not borrowed any money yet but customer service n their cost effective fees is what sold me. I have been with this bank for few months and I have not complains. I have experience bad customer n high fees else where hence I came to this bank.
I unfortunately have to go into this credit union once a month to pay rent and every single experience Ive had there in the past two years has been awful. They are so rude and treat you like your five and like you have no idea what your doing and that your stupid. They are not helpful nor are they polite. I would personally never open a account with them and I certainly would never recommend anyone else there either. Maybe some better customer service would change my mind on this place but customer service is what killed it for me
Flash forward to 2018 -- and same awful customer service. I ask for help. they tell me to call them. the phone number is a fax number. the fax number is just static. Probably have 20 bucks in the account but you think i was trying to siphon money thats not mine they way every one in the family has been treated over the years. Take CATHOLIC off your company name, please.If I could give zero stars, I would. Years ago we opened accounts for kids because it was a Catholic credit union. Ironically one of the most Un-Christian like treatment & behavior as well as most unprofessional tellers (Lynn head teller). This woman shifted screen around so I couldnt look and was a complete buffoon.
I had problems with there on line banking app. I was told on the phone that I would receive a call back on what they found. I did not get the call, i then stopped into the rodchester branch and show them the issue. I again promised a call back and again I received nothing. I have stop using the mobile app and now only use online banking from home computer.very unhappy customer
