Trion Solutions is a horrible company they messed up my checks and when it was time for me to do my tax documentation and file it put me down as exempt with no taxes tooken out but they took taxes out my check every check

I have never worked for this company, and while filling out documentation i realize that there is an error and i’ve been listed as an employee. i have never even heard of this company. i don’t even live in michigan, nor have i visited there, so how this fraudulent error occurred is beyond me, but i’m going through legal efforts to rectify the situation. reading other posts similar to my situation gives some sort of weird relief that at least i’m not the only one.

Trion is truly what their motto says. We just started using this company for all of our HR needs. We have experienced top notch customer service from the first initial meeting to present. If I have a question they answer or get someone that can. I highly recommend this company.

This company sent me a W2 but I have never worked for or had any contact with Trion. This is very suspicious.

Initial conversations were good and thought highly of them. This was for job placement. Once offered the job, some things became a problem. I was told hourly, not salary. They require lots of overtlme. Not happy with that because didn’t want OT and this wasn’t mentioned in the phone interview nor the face to face. Then i was told I was to answer the phones, crazy busy and, again, not mentioned. So both those things were deal breakers. What a wast of my time!

Trion and Trion Solutions have been committing fraud and forgery on numerous documents over charging insurance rates or elevating rates based in fraud. Also overcharging insurance companies making up numbers. If you have had a claim and it’s been denied chances are it is due to the funding was never put into the business insurance accounts. The two owners of the company have been excepting monies to keep this quiet. If an Audit was done You will find fraud and forged documents right now. 8-30-2019. If you are employed there this has been turned over to the FBI. Also the Michigan Attorney- General & Inspector General offices. Starting 9-5-2019 A shake up will start against this company that has stolen Millions from hard working people and seniors .Some insurance rates are not even based on accurate info it comes from other states information and moving numbers. Check it it is a Fact .The two owners and an affiliate at the same building have been taking at least 10000 till 8-29-2019 from an affiliate in the insurance Brokeage. Department who has been doing Trions dirty work. The numbers on paper look right if you check accounts they have been forged. This is Health insurance when people do not get paid for services or serve as are not paid to the company this is one if the reasons.

Trion Solutions provides the best human resources around. The staff is always helpful and on top of any issue that arises.

OK, so maybe a Google review doesnt exactly fit a firm like Trion but I feel like kicking in my two cents. Trion does outsourced human resource and payroll services. Soup to nuts employee management. Your employees actually work for Trion, not you. Workers comp, work injury clinic visits, drug screening, etc -- they do it all. I run a small business and if I had to pay separately for everything Trion does, I would be spending many times what they charge me - which is essentially just a smallish percentage of my total payroll. Plus, the service I receive on a human level is fast, efficient, and even warm and friendly. If I have an HR problem, I dont stress out about it, not knowing that Trion is on top of things. As a business owner, I have enough ulcers already. Its nice to know that employee issues are something I dont need to worry about.

Trion Solutions is the Best! I have health insurance through them from my employer. I have very good coverage at a very good rate! I have had many insurance questions and Trion has helped me get answers every time in a professional and timely matter!

I am an employee who does payroll with this company. This is the most unprofessional company Ive ever witnessed. They are rude and disrespectful, and not so much of a great help. Ive called multiple times to receive information that they have due to my work verification. Ive been hung up on in my face MULTIPLE times, purposely with the excuse of the phone being disconnected when clearly Ive been hing up on by the sound of a loud bang as if the phone was slammed down! By being paid biweekly, they never gave me my work checks on time! Allison from payroll that is, and on top of the rude customer service Rep who answers the phone with a snobby attitude. I wouldnt recommend this company if you are about your business, because they sure arent!

Where are all these positive reviews coming from? Employees? They shouldnt have the word Solutions in their company name. They dont provide any of that. Their userface to report payroll is not customer friendly. Reps are rude. Overall dissatisfied.

They misspell names, and send W-2s to the wrong houses

**** 11/06 UPDATE THIRD TIME TRION HAS SCREWED MY INSURANCE UP- I PAID 12 DAYS EARLY ONLY TO BE DENIED ACCESS TO THE INSURANCE...HORRIBLE COMPANY AND MANAGEMENT *** UPDATE- MY INSURANCE WAS YET AGAIN SCREWED UP BY TRION AND THEY ARE TAKING THEIR SWEET TIME TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION*** DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Warning for all people that pay for COBRA through Trion...I made 2 payments only to find out Trion had NOT submitted my paperwork to BCN. After contacting the benefits department, they stated you would look into the issue, then proceed to go on vacation until the 5th of July. I have been without my diabetic medication because they did not follow up. Had I not tried to use my PAID for insurance, they would have $1500 of my money and I would have NO insurance. IF YOU HAVE COBRA THROUGH TRION, I SUGGEST MAKING SURE WITH THE CARRIER THAT THEY ACTUALLY SENT THE PAPERWORK IN!!!! I would never recommend Trion to anyone.

Very unprofessional company!! They leave you on hold and transfer your call multiple times to only end up talking to the first person who answered for you. Then next thing you hear is your call being disconnected. Trion also lets other people use your social security numbers to work and doesn’t do thorough background checks.

The front desk lady is so rude I have gotten someones check deposit into my account trying to do the right thing and make sure the person get it back do you know she wouldnt even let me speak to a manager instead was so rude to me and did not help at all God bless america!

Not sure why the positive reviews- since my company signed up with them, paychecks are late, child support not being taken out of employees checks like they are supposed to, and they dont process insurance well either- very unreliable
