I have worked with multiple clients who have utilized the expert services of 13-year old Innovative Learning Group to improve their employees performance, and train both their internal and external stakeholders. I have also been privy to customer satisfaction surveys that the company has conducted, periodically, to assess how their customers feel about them. Universally, they have been applauded for doing exactly what they have said they can do (produce excellent training and performance improvement programs), through a variety of media, using state-of-the-art delivery methods. They listen to their customers. They deliver on-time, under-budget results. And for those reasons, Fortune 2000 companies and small businesses, who avail themselves of ILGs expertise, come back, again and again to use them on training and learning projects of all scopes and sizes. They do what they say they can do, and more. The results prove it.

This is the wrong name for ILG. Innovative is not actually something they practice. They are decades behind what is currently being offered in the industry. Learning is not something they can guarantee. They design your module based on the content you provide (they will claim you are the expert, which really means you do all the work) but dont actually test to see if the learner takes anything from the course. They will be happy to include a pilot program for an additional charge, but will still not guarantee the learner will obtain anything based on the program design. There is no group. They hire sub-contractors for projects who dont meet the qualifications you pay for. My project was delayed because they only have one programmer to fix any coding issues. Yep, one programmer. I am a small business who relied on ILG to be my business partner in the design, development and delivery of two online modules. I only invested a fraction of what larger conglomerates do and was very disappointed. I cant imagine investing millions to receive a mediocre product. All that glitters is not gold. Dont be fooled by their branding or facility. They are NOT innovators in online education.
