Amazing repair like I just got it off the showroom floor. Jeep was repaired and finished 3 days early.

They hadnt wash my car, when I picked it up. The roof of my car is filthy, I have photos to back this up. Plus I had to call the next day to ask when can I wash and wax my car. The instructions was never given to me at the time payment was made. Plus they forgot to do a touch up spot I had ask. I had to point it out to be done.

My 2014 Nissan Murano was backed into by a semi truck while I was working. I cant tell it ever happened. In fact it looks better than it did before. They called me to tell me the window they replaced was scratched and they would replace that once they got it in. I cant really complain.

They did an exceptional job with my body work damage and I couldn’t tell the difference when I got the car back. Everything was on time and I was updated every few days with pictures of the progress. My only issue was that they got some type of yellowish orange adhesive all over my wheel witch still can’t get all the way off. Should of had them fix it when I was there but I didn’t have the time

Took my car in to get new bumper headlights and misc plastics and radiator. And came out with a broken heater core. My air diverters in my dash no longer work and they wont fix it bec its not accedent related. It worked fine when it went in there now I have to spend more money. I shouldnt have to to fix something that should have been taken care of. Wont be back, wont recommend. Go to different car repair shop it would be easier to go to a dealership. I dont like being lied to saying your car is done. And it got problems I didnt have before. MAKE IT RIGHT CARSTAR.

I hit a deer with my 2015 Dodge Ram. I took my truck to Carstar and they were quick and the truck looks amazing. It was finished when they said it would be and the truck was clean inside and out. The people were very friendly. I highly recommend Carstar.

Initially I was optimistic. The staff was friendly, got a fair estimate, and received daily progress updated with photos. However,1: The car was filthy when I picked it up. Looks like overspray all over. Body was marred and covered in scratches. The shop lead took the car back inside and detailed it nicely. When I got the car back the shop was closed,2: Once I was inside the car I noticed the interior was messed up. Greasy handprints all over my cloth headliner and pillar covers. Dropped the car off for them to clean up their mess. They got most of the dirt out.3: Now my driver side seatbelt wont retract. Or adjust. You used to be able to raise and lower the seatbelt height. Now just the cover goes up and down. It rattles obnoxiously.4: Same B pillar, the trim has a 1/2 gap in it. I guess I will have to take the B pillar trim off and fix it properly myself.5: I thought the outside looked good other than some minor paint sag on the bumper. Then I saw all of the sanding marks under the paint on the roof. This is not good workmanship.I was expecting a good job, but didnt get it. The staff didnt seem to care i had multiple issues. Only gave the second star because they at least matched the paint color correctly. This is the kind of work I expect of Maaco.Edited to change to a 1 star review. I just noticed that neither sun visor will work now. Thats five separate problems in one shot. Im now filing a complaint with corporate.

Im happy with how everything else turned out, besides the fact they called me to tell me my car was ready to be picked up, get there and my bumper is a complete darker red than the rest of my car. They only had to paint my passenger side, and could not even blend it with the cars original color. When the manager came out, she tried arguing, saying my bumper has had work done to it before, which is has NOT. Even if it did have previous work done to it, what does that have to do with the fact that the employees of car star in Troy Ohio couldnt match my paint color, couldnt blend it, and tried giving it back looking like this. Extremely disappointed in this, and the amount of disrespect received from the manager. They told us they would correct it, but it still isnt the same, so I am taking it else where to get done, and look the correct way a LINCOLN should look.

I had some basic body work done on my rear bumper. I picked up the vehicle yesterday and am quite pleased with the work, although the cost...which I approved...was a bit high.I also detected a bit of reluctance by Car Star associates to get involved with the problem I had experienced with the rental agency (separate business but in the same building).While Carly quickly found me a rental vehicle with Competitor Hertz, no one wanted to hear about my awful experience with Enterprise Rent-a-Car.What I did learn was that Enterprise has often tried to scapegoat Car Star for the failures of Enterprise’s own mediocre customer service to the clients it sometimes shares with Car Star.My recommendation is to Count on Car Star always. Avoid Enterprise at all costs.I just expected Car Star’s owner would have telephoned me personally to inquire, as I requested unsuccessfully

AWESOME PLACE ! They was really friendly and they have an Enterprise next door to them so it was really easy to pick up my rental and go. They do call you when they discovered any damage to your vehicle and discuss that with you and show you pictures of the damages. They also give you both texts and emails on the status of your baby (car).The process to drop off my car to get repair was smooth and easy. I had no problems! The office has little candy up front and sometimes cookies if you can catch them! Coffee on the side for customers too. I am hopeful my pick up will be just as smooth too! I will and would recommend this location to friends and family !

I hit a deer they had my car for over a month, lied to me about the work they did to it, told insurance something different, then let me drive off with a huge antifreeze leak made it half way down the road to it overheating, now there saying it’s a maintenance issue but I have paperwork saying it wasn’t leaking before they got it. So they didn’t even check everything after they reassembled my car. Never will go back to this place again.

Unfortunately we were involved in an accident and Carstar not only made the arrangements to have our car towed, but repaired the car so you couldnt even tell was damaged. We received daily updates and pictures of the repairs being done. Have nothing but much respect for this company!

So far so good, car went in from tornado damage, extensive dents, scratches n dings. Only gave 4 stars cause not done yet but they said it would take 2 weeks. I can re rate when done. They give daily updates which is nice, on my phone. So far looks good. Update: Went to pickup car but not done, missed spots, still waiting. Extensive repair. Picked up, very good job! They do quality checks before car is picked up. They had the wrong window delivered so only waiting for that. Window fixed now. They paid for a day rental since i had to come back. Car looks great! Update: took it back when door got loose, musta put it back on too fast. They fixed it even tho its been awhile😊

Amazing experience took my car in on a Thursday they updated me everyday on what the were doing to my vehicle with pictures via text and email !! Picked up today the following Thursday. Super quick very friendly employees and they redid my entire bumper, trunk and exhaust so quickly. My car was rear ended and I had a stressful time trying to get ahold of the person who hit me insurance. A friend of mine recommended car star in Troy so I took it there and Sandy took care of me as soon as I got there. She got my information and had me in a rental ready to go within 20 mins. She kept me updated on the progress of my car and sent pictures. They had it ready exactly when they said they would I came and picked it up and was on my way within 20 mins. I really appreciate how helpful and fast Sandy was, as well as enterprise (next door where I got my rental) I definitely recommend!!

I came here as a referral by the other guys insurance company. I was a little nervous based on a couple of previous reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised. They did work incredibly fast, and the car looked great! In fact, it was even better than when we brought it in...it looked like they even vacuumed the interior! I would recommend them to anyone and will keep them in mind for any future collision repair.

Fixed us right up after someone damaged our car without taking responsibility. They were fast and did a nice job. They do not accept checks.....so I had to go get $, as most peoples daily limits on cards are less than repair bills. They sent home touch up paint and detailed the car.

They di amazing work however are on the more expensive side. If Im going through insurance Im going here. Bring your car up fir a 5 minute estimate then just drop it off for work. Very easy for the customer.

Not only did they keep me up to date daily with pictures on the condition of my car as it was being repaired, they even detailed it before I got it back. Absolute horrible experience. Watch out for these guys, they’re in bed with the insurance companies and you will get screwed.I went there on a recommendation after my sons car was hit.I had front end damage, bend hood and a broken headlight. They told me they could buff it out. Seriously they said that.So I told them Stop! And I would pick my car up mid afternoon.I showed up at 3:45pm and they hadn’t started putting my car back together. I told them I called at 7:55am and they should’ve had it ready. They told me I wasn’t high on their priority list.While I was waiting someone else left angry because they informed them that their damage was like that before the accident.It must be their slogan “it was like that before”Highly recommend avoiding this body shop. When they FINALLY brought my car around they had barely attached the front bumper and it was just hanging on. When I got it to the competent body shop they couldnt believe car star put the bumper on so loose.Save yourself a headache and take your business somewhere else.

These guys did AMAZING work on my Scion, and returned it nice and detailed inside and out! My only critique is the air freshener they left in the car still stinks to high heaven like chemicals, weeks later. If thats something that would bother you too, I would make a special request to have them not use one on your car.

I am beyond disappointed.100% customer satisfaction is what they claim to be their goal, but the follow through is awful.I was not satisfied with my car when I got it back. In fact, there was unfinished body work, new scratches, and compound on my car.After numerous phone calls with no resolution, I took my car to their place of business. I showed the lady the areas of concern. She said that there wasnt anything she could do without consent from the woman who wrote the estimate and she was on vacation. It was Thursday going into Labor Day and was told to expect a call by Tuesday. After several calls during the week, I finally spoke to the woman Thursday afternoon. After seeing my car she diverted blame or responsibility repeatedly. I asked to view the before pictures that they had taken for comparison and that still has not happened. She offered to resubmit the pictures to my insurance company to see if they would pay for it. she seemed to suggest I wanted the work done for free and that I was just looking for someone to foot the bill. She said I would hear from her by the end of the week. I didnt. Tuesday I called her and she said she hadnt heard from the insurance company, that shed make some phone calls. Its now going into business day Friday and I have yet to get an update.Does it sound to you like 100% customer satisfaction is their goal???

This year alone I have had to go to this CarStar twice for repairs. They are amazingly nice, communicate well with customers, and even remembered me when I walked in the second time 😆.

Very highly impressed with this business!! I was rear-ended on a Friday, took my SUV here on the next Monday and the (fairly extensive) repairs were completed that Friday. My vehicle looks great and was clean on the inside & outside. Ive always gone to my dealership in the past but the last time I had to wait over a month. So, when State Farm recommended Carstar I was leery, but I read the other reviews and hoped for the best. Everything went extremely smooth, they sent me emails with pictures of the progress each day, and they had it ready on exactly the day promised. I would definately use them again!
