I started going to Troy City Cryolounge about 6 months ago and I dont know why I hadnt started earlier! The services they offer are amazing in a way to help you relax and recover. I had a sprained foot and Travis helped heal it by using the CyroSkin and it felt better the very next day. The staff, who are the owners, are super friendly and will get you into their schedule as best as they can. I would suggest purchasing a package because they are definitely worth it. Not to mention, very clean and relaxing environment.

This place is top notch. Travis is very friendly and helpful and the facility is clean and feels good to be in. I got a package to use the infrared sauna. I love chilling out in it with a book. This is one of my favorite independent business discoveries in town.

Troy City Cryolounge is always my first stop when I’m having an eczema flare up or I’ve injured myself. They have many different services that help with recovery and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Travis and Rita are both super sweet and very knowledgeable. Tell them your problem and they will guide you in the right direction to feeling better. I was very nervous my first time doing full body cryotherapy but they helped calm my nerves and I was glad I did it! All my aches and pain went away and I felt like a million bucks! Best place to recover and relax!

I was very nervous and the young man walked me through the whole process and told me what to expect. He said that I could stop at any time if I became anxious. He talked to me the whole time and it went by so quickly that I didnt have time to panic. I am hoping that it was worth it. But the experience and the studio or salon was very clean and professional.

Troy City Cryolounge does cryotherapy and it has helped my pain/discomfort a lot. I had trouble just walking and lifting my leg up from my severe back pain. The pain went down my left leg and I had to sit down in the store from time to time just from walking. It was unbearable. My brother brought me their because he was going and told me of his relief so I was desperate and needed to try something. I had done physical therapy with some relief but not enough to get back to my daily routine. After the 2nd or 3rd session I started to get more relief and slowly got better. I’m back doing my training that I wasn’t able to do when I was injured. I must credit cryotherapy for a lot of my relief. Thank you Travis/Rita for helping me get back to exercising and leading a somewhat normal routine. I still have more work to do but very happy with my progress at this time from cryotherapy. 10/10.

I started going to Troy city cryo about 6 months ago when I had plantar fasciitis. It took about 3 sessions in the cryo chamber and my plantar fasciitis completely stopped flaring up. Since then I’ve been going once every two weeks for recovery work from powerlifting. I recommend this place to anyone that’s either in pain or is an active gym goer. Cryotherapy is a must!

Wonderful experience!! My daughter visited for intense recovery after MI soccer State finials and she was taken care of INCREDIBLY well. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The environment is so peaceful and calm. She had compression therapy and cryo and left there feeling like a million bucks. Going back tomorrow it was such an awesome experience!!

I always enjoy the clean, friendly, personable and family oriented ambience. You can walk in absolutely clueless of what course of action will yield the best results but can be guaranteed as I did that you will get great advice and walk away with no pain in most areas and I had improved in the other areas. I also choose my own song choice to motivate me through my 3 minute freeze and you can get someone cheer you along if you need it. If you are still in doubt just turn up and give it a try you will not regret it neither did I.

Everything was great honestly. Clean facility, great service, and very professional. My only concern was the price point is a little higher than a few other places Ive been. With that being said though, the service you provided me with was definitely better than the rest!

I have shoulder and wrist issues as a result of working in the dental field, and cyro works WONDERS to help! What I like about this location is they have the wand to do localized areas so she works on my hands and I have instant relief. I would do it daily if I could! Its nice and clean inside, and more importantly, Rita is a sweet lady who always makes you feel comfortable.

It was just a pump to breath in air already in the atmosphere. It was NOT pure oxygen. Basically sniff essential oils and you got your moneys worth.

Highly recommend! My legs are almost always sore from overuse. I decided to try the compression therapy, and will definitely be back. Immediately after, my legs felt relief. I recommend going for an hour as it isnt much more and time will go by so fast! Travis was very helpful getting me situated as well.

My 13 year old daughter injured her hamstring in competitive cheer. We tried several approaches to healing the injury, from ice baths to resting to 3 weeks of physical therapy to deep tissue massage. We were very discouraged about her progress when her coach suggested we try cryotherapy. After her first 3 minute session (at level 3), she bent over and touched her toes for the first time in well over a month. She went to three sessions the first week, and felt like the injury was completely gone. We decided to continue with cryotherapy once a week as a precautionary measure to keep her muscles in good condition, and have now been going for 2 months.The staff at Troy City Cryolounge is friendly, and actually make the experience fun. The price per session seems very reasonable for the positive results she receives. My daughter loves the mints!

I am so happy that I found this location. Having just learned about the benefits of cryotherapy, I decided to try localized cryo for my ankle which endured a nasty sprain about 3 months ago. I fell off a garage step and though nothing was broken, it was a severe sprain with swelling. Having an active lifestyle, laying for weeks with my leg up would have been a real set back. So I did what I could and just acclimated myself to the pain. I just lived with it for months, only putting about 80% of my weight on my foot. I researched cryo, and decided to give it a try. When I arrived, the thermal temperature of my foot was about two degrees higher than normal due to inflammation.The very first localized session I did with Rita, I felt pain decreasing literally as the session happened. Immediately after, I was putting 100% weight on my foot. The next day I did it again, and the initial temperature was normal, inflammation gone. Thank you so much Troy City Cryo! This is a great choice for pain management and injury recovery.

I was referred by a friend to try out cryotherapy to help with recovery and pain management. I was told to go to a different location however I did my research and my heart told me to try TroyCity cryolounge. Wow am I grateful I did. I’m a firm believer it’s the man never the land that makes a business flourish and Travis is a prime example of this. Not only is the facility beautiful and clean. My brother told me about this place, so i had to give it a try. Rita was so nice and friendly. She made sure to explain everything to me, and was super professional. The Cryotherapy works really well with soreness. I felt instantly better after doing the session, and the next day i felt absolutley no soreness. I will definitley be coming back very soon!

I went to Troy City Cryolounge to try out the oxygen bar, and it was unbelievable. The Lemon Grass oxygen helped relax me. The sauna had Netflix in it, the staff was awesome, and Im going back weekly.

Cryotherapy will make you feel much better after doing it. I had sore muscles and a few spots in my back that would hurt, I did the cryotherapy and it has soothed that pain, most of it is pretty much gone. Not to mention it is fun just standing in the machine (lol). Travis is also really nice and informs you about the machine and what you need to do. This place is great, I would recommend coming here.

Ive been a regular cryo customer for over 6 months. I love this place! Ive done local cryo treatments, full body cryo, facials, hand treatments, Normatec compression, infrared sauna, and the oxygen bar. All fabulous! If you havent tried cryo yet, you wont believe how relaxing it is. Even the facial and hand treatment is just as relaxing as a regular massage. I came to Troy City Cryolounge for preventative care on my shoulder post surgery. After a labral tear from a car accident several years ago and the type of work my upper body endures its important for me have continued maintenance care.
