Friendly helpful staff. Clean too!!

Scheduled and paid for a hitch install at this location through website. Got a confirmation. On the way there, called to inform them I may be 10 mins late due to traffic. Was told the location is for drop off only and was told to drop off the car 5 hours after the scheduled time. Neither was mentioned while scheduling. This is a place that is too busy to take care of things. They cant keep the schedule and do no bother inform customer they cant. Do not recommend if you need reliable service. It makes you dropping everything at the last minutes by surprise. The only good thing is they do not ask questions for cancelling the appointment and refund. That also shows they really dont care about your business. Too busy to even care.

Excellent, excellent service. Bar none, the best attitude and customer service I have received at a U-Haul. Matthew is a testament to the companys values and service oriented approach. He was friendly, helped me hook up before I had even asked and got my paperwork in just a few minutes. Then, to top it all off, he was at work at least 45 minutes early the next day (even before the store opened!) and helped me unhook and got my receipt, again, in just minutes. Thank you very much!

Dervin gets five stars for his service. He was respectful timely and cleaned the truck. I would give his handsome chocolate drop self an extra star if it was possible.

Excellent customer service. We were running behind and showed up 30 minutes after closing. We were not sure what to do. There was a phone number to call and someone came five minutes later to help.

Straightforward and smooth process. I set it up online and picked it up after talking to the person at the desk. The truck we used only had 5000 miles.

The manger is very disrespectful...rude....not sure if he understands the meaning of quality customer service... Does not answer phone properly...buts says Hello....Not thank you for calling Uhaul for all your moving and storage purposes how can help you? And this is not the first time! I had to call over 20 times to reach him.....then when i explained my frustration before beginning he totally ignored me and proceeded to say.....how can i help you with the nastiest attitude ever!....i mean seriously.....just quit if your job is so horrible where you have to be rude to customers.....And by the way ....you lost my business that day just because of your customer service

The manager was really nice. He knows how to speak to people. Spent less than 15 minutes there. Excellent customer service.

The place closes at 7:00PM and I arrived at around 7:30PM. The manager (Felicita?) was still there and opened her whole system back up to rent me a truck. Very friendly. The whole use of the truck came to about $50 which is very reasonable.

Customer Service is excellent. Tracy is super.

I used them in the past and did not have a problem with them. I am going to use them again.

A wait but some of the companies hu s and other locations makes this place worth the wait.

Very good business! Ive been there 3 times and i never had a problem or was unsatisfied.

Cant share my experience because i never used yheir service before... But i know ppl who did and the experience for them was good...

My husband and I rented a U-box, while our confirmation email listed one set price, after packing up box and waiting for delivery, u-haul decided to charge us another 106 that was not listed anywhere in our communication with them. Called to dispute charges and keep getting the run around. Will be speaking to corporate about this issue. Use another moving company.... unless you want to be hit with unexpected hidden fees.

Friendly and helpful service, reasonable prices

Employees arrived twenty minutes late to open shop, by which time maybe fifteen people were waiting outside (since rentals arent reservations, and its first-come-first-served). Luckily, I was third in line and they still had the truck I had signed up for, as well as a supply of extra boxes.

It got the job done. They may need more help tho

Went out of there way to accommodate me.

Many different trucks always available.

Poor service, under-maintained vehicles.

2 times in arrow, 1 and a half months apart, trailers werent available for me, even with reservation done many days in advance before pick-up. The receipts stipulate garrantied, but that is a lie.

Went out of their way to assist me.

Im only giving a star because the truck was available as promised. The location was not easy to get to from main roads, and the a/c gave out for a while, but then revived itself.But when I returned the truck with no less than a gallon short of what I picked it up with, (the needle was very slightly below ½ a tank) the clerk lied and stated it was 3 gallons short! (3/8 of a tank) No way was this true! I was charged $11.25 extra for fuel!I should have followed him looking over his shoulder while he did his reading. The manager called 2 days later and was no help whatsoever, but tried to offer me a discount for the next rental or coupons. Why would anyone do business again with them after being ripped off? I sure wont!!!!!

One of the worst places to store your property people are pleasant but property not kept safe from rodents and other elements to damage your property

Always long lanes to get service, also they never has propane, always saying that the pump is broken.
