Underage workers and lazy workmanship! First of all I was told my car would be ready at 3 and was dropped off at 9am. I called to check and was told they needed till 330 but to please remember they close at 4. I sat till 440 and waited while two, roughly 11 year olds worked on my truck. They were able to improve heavy stains from seats and carpet, but missed entire areas and even lost mats and small parts. I didnt notice this till I was home and every time I called I was told We a re still looking for your stuff and my calls were never returned. Heres just some of my complaints: Door jams were filthy, I found crumbs under the seats, and the tops of windows where they meet the seal were not cleaned, Dirt in all the crevices around steering and dash, they wiped protectant on my touchscreen, All this for 300 this place is trash.

Literally was in a frantic search for a place to do a detail and came across Rez place! Now when I tell you guys I’m so happy that I went with this option, he literally took me last minutes and was able to provide a great job with the car detailing. I have never had my car detailed professionally until I took it to Perfect Choice Auto in Trenton. It was by far the best decision I ever made!! Conveniently located off Calhoun Street, which is just around the corner from my State job, the shop boasts a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. All the employees, especially the owner, are experts in car care and treat you and your car like a million bucks.As a busy mom who spends a lot of time in my truck driving my kids and their friends all over NJ for school and travel sporting events, my truck interior and exterior are always neglected. We are on the go constantly, which means eating in the car more often than I’d like. Perfect Choice Auto restored my interior to showroom quality!! It was absolutely amazing. Don’t get me started on the hand wash and clay wax “spa-like treatment” my exterior received! For a MONTH my exterior shined like a diamond!!! I was extremely impressed by the quality of work Razz and his team did on my Toyota Highlander. I bought the car used about 3 years ago (never had it detailed before), took it camping a few weeks ago and absolutely destroyed the inside with mud and debris, and by the time I came back to pick the car up, it honestly looked better than when I got it from the dealership. A great business for the Trenton community. In addition to doing great car detailing work, Raz, the owner, provides an open door policy for kids in the area to come play basketball back behind the shop. I got to shoot some hoops with a little fella while I waited. The shops dog is also super friendly. I hope this makes it! I will definitely be back.

I had a lot of dog hair everywhere from my light tan dog on grey surface and carpet and dried on dirt on back of leather seats again from my dog going to dog park every day. Every bit of the dog hair was gone! Not one hair! And all the dried dirt on leather seats was gone. The trim was wiped and polished. The car looks wonderful! They did a great job. I took it in ahead of time for them to look at. Lou looked it over and gave me a fair price. Nice guys, easy to communicate. Im very very happy with the job they did. Their prices are also very fair. I highly recommend Perfect Choice to everyone. I would definitely go back again. Just a note: its a little out of the way and first time I went was hard to find...a little remote. Second time was fine.

Absolutely awesome service. My daughter made the back seat her own and now my car looks brand new. The owner Razz was polite and efficient. He took the time to explain how the scratches would be removed and the waiting area was clean and smelled good. He even let my daughter watch what she wanted on tv. I came in randomly and had them detail the interior of my car. They were honest about the time it would take, the price it would cost, and what they would be able to do. My car hasnt looked this good since the day it was made. I couldnt be happier. I will definitely return here in the future.

I took my car here to get some rainwater out (convertible top left open one night by mistake...) and was quoted a price around 250. This included draining the water, shampooing the carpets, standard detailing of the rest of the interior and exterior, removal of dog hair, and more. I just drove off the premises and the results are great and the price quote was accurate. Raz seems like a good business owner who values customer satisfaction.

Perfect Choice Auto is for one the cleanest, most presentable detail shop Ive ever been to. From the clean restrooms to the comfort of the waiting area from the actual work area its clean which say a lot about the pride they take in their establishment. My car was filthy, there were scratched throughout and my headlights were so discolored from years of neglect and when they were done my car almost looked brand new. Great work, Excellent customer services and friendly staff, best hands down!!

Had my car detailed here last month. I was very impressed with their work. Luis ( i believe that was his name) explained in much detail what work would be done. The price was very reasonable and the process took about 3-4ish hours.As a side note, the waiting area and work area was extremely clean so thats always a great sign. I definitely recommend and will be returning.

Bought a car from Raz about 2 months ago. When I checked it out everything seemed fine. Till about a few weeks later when the engine light came on. Brought to mechanic quoted over 3k in repairs. Massive oil and coolant leak out of nowhere. Didn’t have keys for glove box trunk wouldn’t open. Got a key for glove box and it still didn’t work. Had a huge water leak in the rear passenger area. Heat stopped workin too. He says they don’t sell bad cars and this one was Terrible. I would not trust buying a car from this guy at all.

I can’t say enough about the detailing they did on my husband’s car. We’ve been talking about how great it looks for weeks and neither of us can remember the car looking this good even when we bought it from the dealer several years ago. The employees here are friendly and they were so thorough in their cleaning of the car; I was shocked that they got every single dog hair, even between the seats. I was even more impressed with their honesty — I cleaned the car out prior to bringing it in for cleaning but I guess I missed a $20 bill somewhere. The gentleman cleaning my car left it in the center console for me which I know some people likely wouldn’t have done. As another reviewer somewhere mentioned: don’t judge this book by its cover. Just driving by I would never expect this place to be so awesome but it really is so give it a try!

I had a spot on my hood that they tried to take out and they waxed off the natural color. Now I have a big white spot on an all black car. Needless to say I wont be going back there. Raz said he would refund my money. Went there on a Friday and he said he didnt have the funds. Monday he said he has a meeting and Tuesday he said he will not give me a refund. Shady place and he works out a car garage. It should have been a red flag. Bad location too.

It’s a bit pricey for what gets done and they take a long time to get your vehicle done. But they do a good job, they’re open late and opened on Sundays
