Did not know they moved to the Henery J Austin health center .ok just leavin a head up for the few like me that dont know the should correct the web sight .

If you are not pressed for time, please, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The reception area is rude and lacks common customer service skills. I.e. greeting, how may i help you etc.) If youre tech savvy and try to use their online platform to schedule your appointment or check in- dont bother because this is not considered.The location itself is small, and there is limited street parking. Not a pleasant experience. Also, Covid precautions were non existing. No one took my temperature, or asked me anything covid related.

A 45 minute wait when an appointment was made and you are on time for your appointment is so unacceptable. This place is badly run.

I know for Myself everytime I go to this location for blood work the staff have treated me with respect and deserves a pay raise for having to deal with so many people with different attitudes and different personalities thanks for always being kind to me !!

The worse labcorp i have ever been too the lady who took my blood made my arm swell up immediately like literally a lump and proceeded to tell me it was normal. When i was telling her prior that what it was burning and looked me in my face and ignored what i was telling her. As soon as she pulled out the needle i could see it rising and she was continuing to be rude and unprofessional about the situation.. Stay away from this place obviously they let any idiot stick u with a needle!!!!

I waited over an hour to have blood drawn. However, I cant blame the staff. They seem to have a heavy workload. The technician that took my blood seems to have a lot of experience and knows what shes doing.On a busy day, you can expect to wait upwards of an hour in the waiting room, then a few more minutes in the hallway after they take your information. After that, they bring you into the room where they take a sample of your blood.This was the first time Ive been to LabCorp in Trenton, so maybe they just had an unusually busy day? Im not sure.Staff maintains a professional attitude under a stressful workload.

Staff was cordial & friendly. I was in & out with little wait time. It was the most painless stick Ive ever had. No problem parking.

Giving 1star because one thing they do show up anything else some of them dont no how to take blood sticking 3 or 4 time arm black and blue. And now labcorp close at 2oclock pm went toget my blood work done the lady pointing at. Ythe sign in window could some one let me no what time do they relly suppose to open

If it have NO or negative STARS i would give them.... unprofessionalism is on point at this place, always give my mom hard time, but today they crossed the limit. They hired a new lady and she called whos next so me and my mom went in the room, she was inexperienced and at first she couldnt login and someone else had to help her, then when she attempted to take out blood but failed to do so, and refused to call anybody for help for good 10 minutes, then gave us attitude and made us wait for the longest. NEVER GOING BACK FOR BETTER.

Never again. Filthy. Person at the window had his back turned. Did not say a word. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing nobody get called, I asked what the wait was going to be, and one of the ladies got an attitude and did not give an estimated time (I guess appointments mean nothing here). I walked out. Please do yourself a favor and stay away.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. What a waste of time! I went on my lunch break for a scheduled appt of 12:15 only to wait for over 15 minutes without even so much as a GREETING. There was no one at the front desk and no sign indicating that no one was available at the moment. I called the office while I waited and the phone rang without answer. After having enough, I walked out. I should have known better than to go to a Labcorp in Trenton. Dont even waste your time. TERRIBLE.

This place is a mess. The appearance is shabby and service was slow. I spent an hour in this place for one single test. But the staff were polite

If i could give this place no starts i would!... DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!! The heavy set black lady has a attitude problem ! Will never come bck here !!! 0 STARS !!!!!!

Seriously q does not deserve a star 😭 they want to cry to be there if what makes you stay in that place is the need the staff except the secretary is disastrous and they attend you after a thousand turns that give ... ..well really where I will complain is to my insurance company and to the company itself because the clients deserve a fair deal x that they do not pay them with stones I am very and very upset
