Brought in a car in need of a lot of repairs. Was talked out of doing the repairs and instead was offered a Ford Escape they had for sale. They told me it was a much better decision to buy the Escape because it runs great. The day I paid them for this car the check engine light came on. Car started not running right almost immediately. My wife took the car up there the very next day and explained what was going on. They looked at it for a few. Said it was fixed and it wasnt. Called back and was told well we didnt drive the car much. SORRY! I have now had the Escape into 3 different shops. Paid a ridiculous amount of money and no one can tell me whats wrong with the car. It still doesnt run right. My wife cant even drive on the freeway. Check engine light comes on constantly after being reset. If I could give them negative stars I would. This was the biggest scam/rip off I have ever experienced. The worst part is that they never offered me my money back or really tried to make things right. Theyre a shop. They sold me a broken car. And then wouldnt fix it! After almost 20 years of taking my cars there Ill never go there again. And I tell everybody DO NOT GO TO GREGS!

Great inexpensive place to get quality work. You can trust this place for a good job and inexpensive. Get other quotes, then come here, you wont be sorry. Drive train diagnostic I would find someone else, great place for your basic repairs.

They did good work on my Timing belt, and accurately diagnosed the other things that were wrong with my car. They dont give an estimate until they see just what needs to be done, and price things out, and then its a very fair price for the amount of work that needs to go into the job.I had them clean up the mess I made when I was trying to do the control arm bushing (snapped the bolt in half), and they went in and did all the hard work with the torch and cutting and would have had it done even sooner if they could have gotten a replacement bolt quicker, they even used some of the parts I brought with me (some places require you buy through them). All around, they are knowledgeable guys that you can trust to do a great job with very good prices to get you back on the road. If they dont answer the first time call again.

CAUTION: Beware Greg no longer owns the place & the new guy Kurt is a complete jerk, hes impatient: cuts ya off when u talk, talks over ya, never shows any kind of empathy at all when u r already bummed about your car needing work. He has an ego bigger than the grand canyon evidenced by his condescending auto talk that I cant even follow & he makes it sound like its so over your head that its not worth him repeating to u. He is even rude to the other guy working there who actually seems a lot nicer than Kurt, not to mention Kurt is overpriced and takes forever to fix a car! If u drop your car off, dont plan on picking it up anytime soon. Youre not allowed to ask any questions to him & if u do, he either puts ya on hold for 10 minutes or just hangs up the phone on ya. And the bad thing is, Kurt is the one that always answers the phone so its a no win situation. All I can say is I wouldnt go back there if u paid me a million dollars! Its just not worth being treated that badly especially when youre on the paying end and the downriver area is filled with plenty of mechanics who will treat ya MUCH better!
