Honestly I just had a fantastic experience at Strickers! Amazing service, friendly, good pricing, and knowledgeable. He even took the blower I purchased in the back filled it with gas and ran it to make sure everything was good. I mean this is a brand new piece of equipment so that was a great touch in my opinion. I will be going back for future equipment.

I called a few local Ariens dealers in traverse city and everyone I called didnt know hardly anything about the equipment they carry!! Box stores were the worst!!! So I went to strickers which is a family owned store and they were the nicest and most knowledgeable people Ive ever met, kevin spent alot of time with me showing me the snow blowers they have and explained the differences in them all in full detail! Couldnt believe how knowledgeable he was, so needless to say I purchased a snowblower from them, they really go over and above for their customers!!! Highly recommended !!!, and for the exaggerated customers who gave this store a 1 star need to grow up and be real men and not cry babies!! Ive been in strickers many times and there is NO WAY this store would ever treat any one the way they are exaggerating!!

Simply put, unbeatable service before, during, and after a sale. I have spent around $70,000 with Stricker’s over the last 5 years on various equipment. Every transaction has been smooth. Their willingness to trouble shoot when necessary over the phone is unheard of these days, which keeps me going back. If you need service they are very prompt. I also frequently deal with Ginop Sales and Fergusons with my company needs. Those companies are good as well, but Stricker’s still has a customer service edge over them. Highly recommend. Kevin and Andrew are very knowledgeable!

I have owned equipment dealerships and certainly can recognize quality sales, parts and service which is why I enjoy going to see a Ken and Kevin. They are so friendly and know the products they sell extremely well. I have no desire to go to a big box store when I can get this kind of service from a local family owned store.

Have purchased all my trimmers&blower equipment here. Have had my snowthrower prepped here every other year. I almost look for a reason to see Ken and Kevin twice a year. Pleasant, friendly and take great care of my gear. I always leave Strickers having learned one or two little things about equipment that have proved very helpful.

Ive been buying and sending people to Strickers for many years. Wont any more. Stopped in to get chains adjusted for chain saw. The dad was rude and very unhelpful. He told me cause they didnt carry that brand he couldnt adjust chains to make them fit bar. When I asked if he had a bar for saw he said no, didnt even bother looking at it. Pretty sad way to treat someone whod been a customer for years. In there web. sight they say theyll order parts for you, not hardly. Very unhelpful.

My Ariens 30 inch snowblower lost the will to drive. I bought it a year and a month ago. When I called Strickers they told me that it was probably the friction disk and is normally not warrantied because it is rubber. I had them pick it up anyways because I needed to get it fixed. They told me 2 to 3 days which I was ok with. I called them the next morning and they had it torn apart and it was the friction disk which they somehow got Ariens to cover it under warranty which was fantastic. On top of that they dropped it off that afternoon so I can clear my driveway which was a huge mess. The best part of the whole repair is I didnt even go to the Strickers or meet any of the people because I was working and couldnt leave. We did everything over the phone which made it the easiest repair transaction I have ever made. On top of that they greased and lubed everything and changed the oil and tightened all of the cables on my blower. I really appreciated the fast prompt service I got from these guys. I will definitely do business with them again!Thanks Strickers!

I had previously bought a battery that was marked for 6 month free replacement. After having issues with it keeping a charge, I returned to Strickers to try to figure out the issue. After about 5 min of the old man belittling me and calling me stupid without actually saying it. He went to the back and brought my battery out and forcefully pushed it at me then proceeded to push me all the way out the door. He wasnt very nice and I didnt have to use much effort to move my 170lbs out the glass front door. I will never return and will spread the word as far as I can. All because I didnt have the reciept. I was sooooo stupid for not keeping it. He thought I was trying to get a free battery or something?? Save your sanity, go to furgonsons. At least they know how to treat people. Never int wildest did I think I could go to a store or any type and be treated with so much lack of respect. And he actually has a business. That is very hard to believe.

Recently moved to Traverse City area and found Strickers Equipment when I needed repairs made to my recent Craigslist purchased Ariens snowblower. Ken, his son and mechanics are THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Excellent advice and recommendations, reasonably priced, fast and perfect service, the list goes on and on. They are a gem of a business!!
