Was a great experience, I loved it!Even though the guy who was taking the photos didnt give me the correct memory, I paid for the photos but at least they gave me the money back. In the rest, good music, good vibes, very good people, very good captain ... our experience was unique and I would return many times more without a doubt.

Very unfortunate experience. We had reserved and paid in full to do parasailing, a couple days before we had planned to cancel (which was well within their policy) due to weather. My boyfriend and I had attempted to reach out multiple times via email and phone. The owners never responded to our emails and their voicemail is full. We went to their physical location only to walk into a hotel where they told us the company wasn’t doing parasailing this year. Extremely unhappy because we would obviously not signed up to do something that doesn’t exist. We will be reaching out to our credit company to dispute the charge as we had paid in full (roughly $400). Beware and be sure to make some form of contact with this company before paying. Also note they are NOT doing parasailing in the 2021 season.

Excellent parasailing experience ! I and my 6yr old daughter did parasailing from Traverse Bay Parasail LLC on 29th May 2017 (memorial day). Just 2 days earlier our flight was cancelled due to unfavorable winds. However got full refund that time and also easily get another flight next time on arrival. Staff is good and cooperative. My only suggestion would be, put up a hoarding or signboard near the main road, as it is located behind Sugar Beach Resort and there is no way to find exact location, unless you call them. Thanks for such a wonderful experience ! :-)

My family and I had a wonderful time parasailing! The captain was very funny and so was his “mate”. They made every effort to make our experience the best we could possibly have and they succeeded. We’d definitely do it again! Money well spent! 👏🏼👍🏼

Organised, friendly staff, guys on the boat were good at their jobs and funny to listen to. Awesome experience - 15mn flight, on the boat for an hour while other groups get their turn. Enjoyed the ride!

My husband I went parasailing on the fourth of July through Traverse Bay Parasail and we had a great time. The hosts were friendly and knowledgeable, the music was blasting, and the whole experience was fun!

Just went yesterday and had an amazing time, the guys were great, beautiful view of the bay, lovely water view, I plan on going again next time we are back in Traverse City

I rent a boat from this people and give it to me at 4:20 pm for two hours and he want me to return it back at 6 o’clock it’s bad Customer Service and my family rent JetSki to Jetske was a broken water

The parasailing experience was great. It was my first time and the employees made it a memorable experience. The ride took around 1.5 hours as there were around 8-10 people on the boat. The actual flight is about 10-15 minutes and they also give you a small dip in the water! Absolutely fun :)

Decided to parasail and rent a jet ski for our anniversary and picked this crew. It was a blast, great trip, great view, and great crew. Everyone was very nice and helpful, really well run outfit. All their equipment was top of the line. Highly recommend them and will be using them again next year.

Had such a great time! The crew on the boat made the experience enjoyable and safe. Was hesitant about parasailing but, all my questions and concerns were addressed. I would highly recommended booking a parasail flight with them!

Captain Chris and First-Mate Brian did a terrific job (with the nine of us whod never done this before) on this wonderful experience over Traverse Citys East-Bay! I highly recommend them due to their professionalism, beautiful boat, streamlined check-process, and friendly shore staff. Bravo!

I have went parasailing multiple times with this company and everytime it has been a blast. The equipment/boat are always clean and well maintained. Captain Chris and First Mate Jack flew my family and I both times so I would recommend getting on a flight with them! The crew is very personable and fun to be around! I would definately use Traverse Bay Parasail again!

We booked with Traverse Bay Parasailing while we were visiting in northern Michigan as a family.When we arrived in the morning, no one showed up to our appointment. We attempted to call several times with no response. We waited nearly an hour trying to call before we finally received a response. They did not show that we had made any reservation.We had assumed we had made a mistake when booking but found the charges to our credit card. Later that day when we called to dispute this, they responded they missed the reservation. They only offered a certificate for parasailing at a later date. We accepted as we travel to northern Michigan often.We did not make our way to Traverse City later this summer. I sent in 3 emails requesting a refund with no response. I made the phone call to speak with someone about the non response and a woman answered and was extremely rude the minute I started explaining we were hopeful to receive a refund. I was very kind and patient to try and resolve this quickly and the woman on the phone told me the owner was gone for the winter and could not be reached at all.I pressed a bit asking if there was any way she could reach out to the owner to resolve this. Her response made me understand it was an absolutely absurd request and that she was uncertain if the owner should be bothered by this issue before summer of next year.I politely requested she contact him to resolve it. She stated she would take my information and pass it on but not to expect much chance of a response.That was over 2 weeks ago. I have been very patient with them. Bottom line is, I would not suggest this company. They are extremely poor at communication, badly organized, and poorly managed.Good luck to your money if you choose to give it to them. From our experience, you are better off burning it.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Also the outing was on time and all of the equipment was in great condition. It was a lot of fun!

Ordered paresailing on 7/18/18 for 7/20/18 for me and my daughter. Received a phone call from them 4hrs before our appointment saying that we have to either push back for a later time or reschedule for another day.We chose to stay for a later time . Waited 3 hrs then got another phone call from the manager saying that we cant go out today due to strong wind. I asked for a refund. The manager refueed to give me my money back. He insisted that I take a voucher for another day. But I told him I am from out of town and I dont plan on coming back. I just want to get my refund . He basically told me that I can either take the voucher or lose the whole value of what I paid for.

I still dont get their negative reviews on Google . Dont get taken back by them.excellent service friendly crew. Will definitely visit them again.

I LOVED my parasailing experience! I was so nervous at first, but they made my laugh and feel so comfortable that by the time I was done, I wanted to do it again and again! I took my hubby for his birthday and we both agreed, we will be back again soon! THANK YOU!!!!

Captain failed to make sure we had enough gas, ran out in one tank and never changed over, resulting in my sister and I being completely dunked! Nearly drowning! He offered us sweatshirts and never came through!

Booked a flight for me and my wife on 7/16 for 7/17, received a call on the 17th three hours before our flight notifying us they were canceling the flight due to weather. They agreed to refund our $175 since we were unable to rebook due to our work schedules, received an email verification of the refund and havent actually received any refund on our credit card. Manager failed to return my wifes calls and I have called for the last three days and continue to get a run around. I will be notifying my credit card company and disputing the charge. Save yourself the headache and use one of the other three companies in town. This place is poorly managed and a JOKE.

BEST parasailing I have ever done!! Been parasailing at Florida, Mexico, St. Thomas, and Hawaii and none of them can compare to the wonderful experience I have gotten at traverse Bay parasail, the crew, the Booth staff, the WATER.....best time EVER! Took my kids parasailing here, we have been parasailing in several different states, the price is always around the same.. my advice to you if you are thinking of using this company is to get prices up front, they have all their prices up front except parasailing prices.. they say just go ahead we will take care of it after, then hand you a ridiculous bill after.. to me it seemed deceptive, and gives the perception of a scam.. its ultimately my fault for not checking before hand. with that being said, be careful with this company..

I cancelled my parasailing event that I was supposed to do with a group of friends 24 hours before due to weather. Almost three months later and I still havent gotten my refund and they wont email or call me back.
