I rented a 6 chipper for a weekend. Being a novice, I didnt know that the machine would have difficulty handling the old wood Id dragged out of the forest around my house. The staff listened to my complaint and charged me only the daily rate, which was $60 less. Things dont always go right, but the staff handled everything professionally. The equipment is clean and well maintained too. Just bad luck that I had old wood instead of freshly cut material to dispose of. Ill make a bonfire with whats left. Will definitely rent from here again.

They were great all the way up to return. Insisted we put scratches in an excavator. Which we didnt. There was 4 people around it in an open field. Will never use their business again.

I waited over 2 hours for dump trailer that never showed up and I finally left. I gave them a second chance rented a power sweeper that didnt run right and pull cord was almost broken. 2 days later they called to tell that they confirmed something was wrong with the machine and refunded the rental. Thank you guys.

The ladies in the front are very knowledgeable and friendly and efficient. The men out back who give you the big stuff are also very knowledgeable and friendly.

Fair prices and a wide selection of equipment in great condition! The staff are friendly and do a great job at explaining the ins and outs of the equipment.

The owners here are incredibly nice, helpful with the equipment and very understanding that many renting are doing something for the first time. I rented a trencher this summer to and as it was a first I had the machine calmly and politely explained to me to make sure I had a good experience. Expectations were clear for return an I would ABSOLUTELY rent from here again. They only reason I go elsewhere now is if they do not have it.-Chris

The piece of equipment I rented wouldn’t start when I got to the job. They want to blame my employee that he flooded it. Their shop guy left the gas on. So I get charged $65 for something I didn’t get to use. Never again. Go to Hammersmith.

Reserved equipment a week in advance, the lady said it would be ready for me, drove into tc just to be told they didnt have it, what a waste of time and money. They could of at least called.
