Any time there are computer issues while trying to conduct business it feels like drowning! Ben, Isaac and Nikki are always there with a life vest. Most importantly, they responded quickly in every situation. Often they would be working on the issue before the phone conversation ended. Technical problems in a dental setting can literally shut down the crucial services we offer our patients. It was always calming to talk with Nikki and get her wise and sometimes obvious advice....not many techies in this office! Isaac and Ben attacked any issue we had with exceptional professionalism while treating us with concern and familiarity. Im amazed at how well they remember all of our staffs names and are friendly and polite, but not intrusive while in our office. I have been using Affinity through the life cycle of my last two family laptops, about 6-8 years. I was originally referred from a peer at work. They are timely with their repairs and each time they treat me like an important customer. Their rates seem very fair and on a few jobs that seemed big to me and ended up being little to them, they hardly charged me a thing. I do not hesitate to recommend Affinity to my friends. With a downtown location and easy parking in the back, the location is close to everything.

As they agreed - all IT people suck - they just suck the least.Kidding aside, very prompt attentive service.Note to anyone with very slow computer - even thoughfast processor - they put in a Solid State drive and thatdid the trick - with a reasonable charge for labor and veryquick turnaround.Also provided a free neck massage and stock tips.Recommend.
