We’ve with worked with Scott for several years and he’s always gone above and beyond with helping us - whether it’s looking for the best policy for our needs or any claim issue we’ve (unfortunately) had to deal with. Most recently our car had a tragic end when it came in contact with a deer. Scott was quick to respond - even helping us out with questions when our claims agent at the insurance company couldn’t get back with us right away. I can’t say he would always be available to do something like that but he has definitely taken great care of us. We highly recommend!

And the best thing about it was, I didnt have to call them to ask for a lower price, they checked pricing at each renewal and called me with any better pricing that was available. Scott and Alyssa really bailed me out of a jam. Due to an error AAA cancelled me and then wanted to double my premium. I had been with them since 1984. Michigans Best got me excellent insurance immediately for a fraction of the cost that AAA wanted. I would recommend using them if you are looking for an excellent agency.

Yeah set up insurance and the lady said everything extra was included. I actually paid for it with the 170$ they kept out of my 420$ payment. Actual payment to Titan auto insurance was 250$. So dont let them make you feel like your getting anything for free.
