It is so refreshing to see an innovative auto mechanic shop here in Traverse. I have brought 4 different vehicles to them in the last 5-6 weeks with not ONE NO!! LS Engine tune up in a 1955 Chevy with all custom parts, 2018 GMC Sierra repair, 2012 Audi A5 repairs, rebuilt a transmission, torque converter and lower unit in another “55 Chevy. Ran into problems and they presented me with soloutions that worked great! Thanks Jared and Jason!!

Not sure what the jackwagon below is talking about but when I ordered tires from Goodyear online, this place was where they sent me (i.e. an authorized Goodyear service center, apparently the only one in Traverse City). I hadnt been there before but the service was great, reasonably priced, and the people were nice.

Brought my truck in years ago. After a simple repair my truck started smoking so I pulled into the shop. The mechanic called said its a blown head gasket, might as well scrap it. So I told him I would come by to get it. I swung by and the guy offered to buy the truck for scrap value. I said no and took it home. I looked under the hood and found the coolant line disconnected causing the smoking. Clearly I was trying to be scammed. Im sure that mechanic is no longer there but I never went back.

Auto Service Center - Goodyear is they way they advertise their business. The actual Goodyear stores are called Goodyear Auto Service Center. This location is obviously using the Goodyear marketing value to gain business and just moving the name around to show up on the internet for anyone trying to find a Goodyear Auto Service Center. If you visit this location, be forewarned that they are not an actual Goodyear center and that they will not honor any maintenance contract that you might have with Goodyear. All in all, very confusing. We bought a 3 year alignment and balance contract on our tires from a Goodyear Auto Service Center in Florida. At the time we bought the contract, we were told by the center in Florida that we could use the contract in Traverse City. Long and short of it, we paid $180 for the 3 year contract and then find out after the service here that it is not covered and pay another $137 for the service, so basically, $317 for a balance and alignment. Proceed with caution! Not knocking the service, just the way this company represents itself, at least on the internet. Their Marquee sign even says Goodyear on the first line and Auto Service Center, Inc on the bottom line.

Dont use them. Pathetic service. Called at 5:20 pm yesterday to check on service date when they changed my breaks for warranty work and they said ...sorry, turned off the computer. Call tomorrow. Also, quoted me $700+ to change an axle last year. TC Brake and Alignment did it for $300. There are better places in town for service.
