It is rare to find a company that cares. These guys take pride in their work, they are very professional and polite. As if that isn’t enough they do a great job of leaving the job site very clean. Highly recommend!

I work for a Road Hazard Warranty Co. and had a customer, who was travelling, encounter a chip in her windshield. Concerned the chip would spread before she reached her home our customer stopped in Tracy CA and was unable to find a Windshield shop who could take her on an emergency appointment -- After being turned down by 3 other shops we called D&C Roadrunner. We have ordered window replacements through D&C before, but this time we needed mirrors and a glass top made for our hutch. We could not believe how quickly this was done - one day!! As always, Tina was very courteous, friendly and helpful. With the window replacement prior to this service, we had already decided that this would be the go-to company for us. Came in a timely manner to measure and the finish product is better than I had imagined it would be.

I had to replace 1 of 3 pieces of glass to my coffee table. They told me what color I needed and I was sure they were wrong but I went with their recommendation and I couldnt be happier because they had it right and it fits perfect.

I will use them again in the future, they are fast, friendly and do great work, They have replaced windows damaged by my tenants and I found that they always answer their phone and provide quick estimates. They also saved me time by contacting the tenants to schedule the replacement.

My business recently needed a glass door. I called right when they opened at eight and Erik arrived within a half hour. He assesed the door cleaned the broken glass and boarded the door while they ordered the glass door. The very next day they had the door put in and i was ready to rock n roll. Office personel was very pleasant to work. Erik was also great very nice guy and he was quick. If i ever need their service in the future ill defiantly be a returing customer. Thank you

Horrible customer service they give us a quote over the phone and stated they were going to be replacing the glass window on our apt date, two guys came looked at the window and stated they didnt told me what i was supposed to do, i dont have glass they left, then a lady call from the office and gave me a higher cuote $$. Will not recommend.
