Your office is ridiculous! No communication, does not submit the correct documentation like promised, no return calls after leaving voicemails. I have filed a legitimate complaint against your office, and will be seeking legal council. After taxes not being completed correctly the 1st 2 times, I recieved wage garnishment letters from our places of work due to your lack of sending in the documents for monthly payments, despite getting email confirmation that they were submitted.

The person who helped us was extremely friendly and went out of her way to do our taxes when she had appointments ahead of us.
