Great place, a bit hidden from the street view they have all types of rocks and plants soilds and Mulch. Also easier if you drive with a truck or trailer they loaded for you, completely free,also they have baserock and top sand.

Great place to get top soil, rock, sand etc. I got a truck full of planting soil. Pretty cheap for a truck full and it was very fast. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The guy at the counter was excellent.

Ive been going to Tracy Topsoil for years. They always have what I need for my DIY home landscaping projects. The staff are always polite and helpful. Today Angel helped us with our HEAVY purchase. Very nice fellow.

I have been a customer of TTS for 20 years. My recent experience though has forced me to take my business else where. If there is a problem with your material you will be met with a very long explanation that makes no sense and at one point laughter and there is a lack of cooperation in resolving the problem. I was informed that the manager was the highest level contact and no phone call was to be made to the owner to sort out my issue.
