On Saturday my stepfather came home from k ee replacement surgery. We figured out we needed a hospital bed for him and went to the store. They were so great. They delivered it in 2 hours and I was so grateful. Excellent service I will go there anytime I need anything.

I needed a pediatric knee scooter and luckily this place had one! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure my daughter was comfortable and let her practice on it for a bit around the store. It was reasonably priced. I recommend this place and would go back if I ever needed to!

My 9yr old needed new crutches from a soccer injury. This is the only place in SJ Cnty. Service was superb!

I went in looking for some bed pads and the lady was so helpful and nice! They are way cheaper than walmart for sure! I recommend them to everyone!

I rented a hospital bed from Reichs for 2 months and they delivered it exactly when they said and picked it up at the time arranged. Good experience! And the bed helped me with my recuperation so much! Nice staff.

NO REFUNDS!!! I rented a hospital bed on Thursday evening for a month for $210 plus taxes and $60 set up fee. A few days later found out that my mothers insurance covers hospital beds. I requested a refund (excluding the few days the bed was sitting at my home), but was denied. The bed had not even been used, as my mother had not yet been discharged from the hospital. This company would not provide a reasonable explanation for not returning $$. Please check your insurance before renting from this company, as they DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS!! Even if you find that you dont need their equipment in a reasonable amount of time.
