RATING NEGITIVE 50......do not i repeat do not rent or buy from these people!!!! they are liars and thieves and they do not fix stuff in the houses... how are you going to charge me $3100 for carpet in a house i rented for 9 yrs and wasnt much more than wear and tear $1500 to paint inside and out ummmmm i dont think so!!!! $45 for a screen door that i purchased it did not come with the house and then wanna charge me for pool maintenance for a condition thalt you were called about 4 times in 3 yrs and you never once fixed it glen willbanks and his associates are a bunch of lying thieves... And when you try to discuss this civilly with them they call the cops on you... I dont understand how people trust them with their rentals they are probably robbing them blind!!!! If u value your property or would like to rent a house SEARCH ELSEWHERE these people cant be TRUSTED!!!
