Even though Spicy Cycle Laundry is about 8 miles I really like this Laundry.However, the air needs to be on in this heat. I would have given Spin Cycle 5 stars if the air-conditioning is on. As seniors the heat is almost to much.The employees are great, they keep the store as clean as possible the restroomsare much better now.One of your employees went and brought me a towel so I could get the sweat off my face. Love your store

First time here the other night.. I liked it. Definitely more upbeat than the other laundry mats in Tracy. The employee there was very helpful, there was music, vending machines and plenty of washers and dryers to keep social distancing. I definitely will go there again and definitely recommend.

Spin Cycle Laundry in Tracy is the only Laundry who used App and has somebody on duty at the site and help you if you have a problem with a washer/dryer or if you want to purchase detergent,softener,they have it in stock .Convenient location, the machines are not new but I like it here because they keep the place clean .

Ive gone here about 8x every time Im there its always nice and clean all of the washers & dryers are ALWAYS working properly. Love the staff.

Came here for the first time and kudos to the man in the hat doing his job like a pro. The man was on point (sorry didnt get your name). Inwill come back again to wash my clothes. The place was clean and welcoming. Better than that other place down the road.

I wanna give this place 5 stars, free WiFi, very clean, televisions, vending machines for food/drink/detergent ect. but man is it HOT AF! Worse than outside they need some fans or ac or something its almost in unbearable.

A HUGE thank you to the owners/managers/employees of this place. Its ALWAYS clean and inviting. The employees are helpful and friendly. Especially enjoyed taking advantage of their wash and food service. This place definitely deserves more than five stars. Again I say thank you for youre awesome services.

It was hot outside in the 90 and just as hot in laundry mat I ask the attendant to close the doors and perhaps turn on ac he replied, its not that hot, as I wiped the sweat from nose and forehead. Horrible!!!!

Plenty of Washers and dryers and the place looks pretty clean.

I like the machines there and very clean also. Just one issue when I got there bathroom was locked. Luckily employee came when I was almost done with my laundry and open it for me. I will return again to wash my clothes definitely.

I don’t ever leave a review but I felt I needed to after going here several times. First off, this place is spotless. Every time I’m there, so is Lorena who is the nicest young lady I’ve ever met in Tracy. She is always working hard to make sure it’s clean, never seen anybody work so hard at any of the other laundromats I’ve been to. I love how I never need to ask for help because it’s offered before I have a chance. Definitely my favorite and only laundromat I’ll go to now!!

Hands down the cleanest laundromat in town. Aaron was super nice and very helpful. Ive been driving by it for a while telling myself to go there because Ive been using the place on tracy and grant line which is pretty dirty and never looks clean. They got a new customer after today I will be back every weekend to do my laundry. Thank you

Im very community oriented here in Tracy and We finally have a decent working laundry lounge that has functioning machines. Im here at least once or twice a week. Since your facility opened I met a young lady by the name of Dominique! This young lady is always cleaning non stop! Every single time Im here your laundry lounge is always clean and smells like cleaning chemicals. Dominique always goes above and beyond with customer service skills! She always ask myself & others if we need help with anything. She always holds the door open or gets a rolling cart for myself & other customers. She always has a positive attitude & a smile on her face at all times. Because of positive people such as Dominique and the cleanliness of your facility is why I continue to return. I refer many other people in our community of Tracy to your Laundry Lounge. One day I surprised Dominique with a gift card to Baristas a local coffee shop not to far from your laundromat just to say Thank You I appreciate Your Customer Service!On another note I met the lady who is the owner (forgot her name) but such a sweet lady. Its clean good music is always bumping they have a WORKING ATM 🙌🏿 snack machine doesnt steal your money 😂😂😂😂 I love it they even have a little shop to buy detergent also they offer laundry services hands down my new laundry spot

So happy to finally have a clean & safe laundromat in Tracy! I often have to do laundry by myself & as a woman it makes me feel safe & comfortable that they have an attendant there at all times. Aaron was the only worker there during my visit and he made me feel like I have known him for years. I was having a rough day, I could tell he sensed that and he wanted to make sure I left the laundromat laughing. It was late, dark and there were some questionable people across the street (go figure). Aaron offered to walk me and my laundry to my car, he waited outside until I pulled out of the parking lot. Made me feel safe.Keep it clean and keep the good music playing. You can expect a visit from me once a week as this laundromat is by far the best laundromat ive been to in 57 years.

The staff were not wearing masks! I did see an employee cleaning surfaces with Windex. Windex glass cleaner is not a disinfectant.90 degrees outside and the doors were open, so it was very warm inside. Many people doing their laundry were sitting in their running cars for the AC.
