I’ve always signed up for gyms and then not go. However, I can see myself going to this gym long-term. There’s a variety of different fitness classes at affordable prices! I went to my first Boot Camp (first time ever doing this sort of thing) and truly enjoyed! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and the workouts were challenging (by Isaiah). I have never drank more water, post-workout. I had a slight issue during enrollment, but it was quickly resolved, and Keith, who I assume is the owner, even followed up with me via telephone to gather feedback - to make members’ experiences even better. I recommend this place so much! It can seem intimidating at first, but you get comfortable easily.

Westin put me through a great workout. All the staff are excellent. Great place to get back into shape or in shape.

The group of guys that run this place are fantastic. Both my 14y son and 17y daughter really enjoy going here.

The Gym Tracy is THAT GYM! I’ve been a member for about 2 years now and have had nothing but a great experience. The staff is super helpful, it’s not too overcrowded, IT IS CLEAN and there are a lot of classes to choose from both online and in-person. Definitely my go-to gym!

Let me start out by saying I hate going to the gym it is not my thing but the GYM is the place to go. My cousin convinced me to join a 30 day challenge. The first time I entered the gym everyone was so welcoming that you feel like part of the family immediately. Keith is very good at encouraging you and pushing you to succeed. The cardio boxing and pound classes are great. This is the first time in my life I actually like going to the gym.

Its my second time there. Small, but I feel more comfortable working out there. Keith is a very nice guy and the gym has awesome perks. 3,6, and 12 month programs.
