My name is Floyd. I travel frequently in California and have a Planet Fitness Membership. I have been extremely impresses with the Tracy location. The organized staff, the way they are constantly on rotation on the floor cleaning equipment, emptying trash, refilling towel dispensers and spray bottles. This is something I dont even see in my home town Planet Fitness. The staff in my gym are great but the equipment takes forever to be repaired and the towel dispensers are always empty or broken.The staff at the Tracy location are very professional and friendly in a very sincere way. They never appear over eager or like they are acting. I look forward to my workouts 3 days a week. Its a hard job dealing with the public, and they deserve the recognition of being a good group of people.I honestly look forward to the next 16 + months of working out in Tracy.Planet Fitness. Just thought I would give credit where credit is due.The Gym manager and shift managers should definitely be proud of themselves and their staff.

Like all Planet Fitness on my VA to OR Spring trip, this one was super clean, very nice equipment, and the front desk greeted me at 5am like a long term customer. Great place to work out. Super clean locker and showers, too. Really appreciate Planet Fitness franchises and how professional they are in all aspects of fitness gym operations. My weight went from 218 to 188 in 6 months. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

The H20 massage is great, and use it frequently with my black card. I also get to bring my son as a guest and began training him early so he has a good base for a lifetime of Wright training and physical fitness. Also like the no judgement zone so people starting out, or getting back into shape are comfortable. Ive gone to many gyms in my 25 plus years of training . By far this is the cleanest and most professional

Really happy I switched from In-Shape to here. Better price, better resources, cleaner facility, the works. If I had to complain about something, I guess it would be how fast the smith machines get taken. Other than that, I love this gym.

I was hesitant to join another big name gym, however once I took a look around and realized just how efficient this 0lace was run, I had no doubts. The staff is friendly and constantly cleaning. The rules are always enforced, which makes for less clutter around the equipment. The app is amazing and even lets you know how crowded the gym is any time of day! I actually joined and paid online and it took less than 3 minutes to sign a form, take a picture, and start my workout on my first visit! So easy! Ample parking and great atmosphere top it off. Great job PF, Tracy!!

The gym was clean and friendly. Busy but tons of machines so didnt matter, and they all worked so thats cool. I like more free weight options, but everything was in good condition so no complaints. I want to join a gym that has swimming and sauna type stuff, but Planet Fitness is not a bad option.

The facility is nice. But extremely rude customer service, especially by Angel. So much attitude for someone working at the front desk. If i could give it zero stars i would. People go there to work out to relieve stress. Not be stressed out by the staff.

I recently moved from NY to Tracy and since I already have a membership, I might as well continue to use it. This location is HUGE compared to what Ive been using in NY. The staff are genuine and friendly. We had a nice chat about where everything was. The bathrooms and equipment are constantly being cleaned and update.

Lots of equipment so wait times are short or non existent. It gets busy but it doesnt seem crowded to me. Nice staff and I love the massage chairs.

This plantet fitness nice. First time to this gym. I was busey today in Tracy so I came in Nice black card membership 22.99 a month.

Be careful for contracts, they were 24 hours when I signed up and by the next month the hours changed, no more 24 hours Friday Saturday Sunday or Monday when I called to cancel and tried too ask them too waive my fee they simply couldn’t do anything about it so I wasn’t pleased whatsoever

I came in hearing not great things about planet fitness. The only bad thing I heard that is actually true is the lunk alarm. I didnt think theyd actually use it, but they do.Despite what Id heard its actually a great gym. Plenty of staff on and theyre always always cleaning. The lady they helped me sign up was very helpful and just laid out the plans with no major pressure. Very good sign up experience.

A customer was giving the staff a hard time about an issue she was having w her membership. She was being very rude to the manager. The manager remained so calm and respectful. It was sad to see him be disrespected but I am glad he handled it perfectly. Employees here are always nice.

This gym is a good value. Well maintained machines, very clean, and friendly staff. I just wish they they would move their hours back by an hour. 5am-9pm I think makes more sense than 6am-10pm.

Beautiful n clean gym but just for beginners, there r not heavy dumbbells, free weights some bench press racks. I would love the management pay attention to this issue and add some free weight equipments.

Out of the planet fitness I been in this is well equipped and the most attentive staff...the whole place is spotless also they have great service for there black card hold compare to the other planet fitness. I recommend if your planning to join a gym in the area just join tracy planet fitness.

I have tried 3 times to quit this gym yet they still keep charging me. When I go to ask for a refund, they tell me there are no refunds. This is stealing and I am now going to report them to the better business bureau.

Listen, if youre looking for a gym, u really should check out planet fitness. Youre not going to find a better deal and its a top quality environment with an incredible staff (despite what location I go to). Oh yeah, and if youre a black card member you can go to any planet fitness no matter where youre at. Crazy talk, right?

The place is new, its clean, and has goid energy. The staff is nice and helpful. Allnthe equipement is brand new the other facilities are great. Not a very mad anymore that Fit Republic went under.

The first time I went to this club, it was very pleasant. The staff were very welcoming and respectful. They showed class and actually took the time to get to know me. Im a member with anytime fitness have been for 12 years . I travel for work and since this covid 19 hit. Ive been able to use my membership at different locations and never did I have to make an appointment. Tra y California is the only thats been closed down forever and now Because this isnt my home gym I can only book 3 hrs in advanced. Instead of several days. Thank God there is other gyms around that can accommodate me. After reading the reviews maybe its better they stay closed so they can get staff and cleaners in there .

Originally I moved from the bay area and I love this location, even though I live on the other side of Tracy. I do not mind driving there at all! Everyone is very respectful and friendly. The gym itself is nice and clean. Shout out to Angel and Tae !! they are the best including the rest of the team. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I was disappointed with the layout of this gym. Other than that everything was ok! 24/7 access is what sold me!

They charge me for a months that I did not ever assist bc the gym was close and I did not wanted to attend anymore, and now they keep my money I ask to talk to the manager and they supost to call me back but they did never call me back is really frustrate😡 I will report this bossiness to business bureau

Very nice & funny stuff I must admit. This location has one of the most comfortable massage chairs I have ever been in. I do a lot of traveling across the country because of my job and I really like this location.

This gym was extremely welcoming! The team member gave me the tour and I was sold and joined and then the gym closed 😢😩 before I could even get in one workout

I think the music is fine! I want to be pumped up it’s not a library people! Friendly staff so far and I haven’t used my black pass for the spa section yet but it looks relaxing. Super excited about the no critic attitude too!

All the equipments are new. The place is clean and many machines to workout and do cardio. They dont have any free weight for bench press, only machines. The dumbbells go up to 75 lbs so two reaons i gave r starts. I used to go to InShape on Grantline but they closed and it used to have 100 lbs dumbbells. Bathroom at this location are clean. Cant beat $10 monthly fee.

I am liking it here at planet fitness. It is upbeat. They are open 24 hours which is a pro all the way. The music is good and I feel safe at this gym at night.

Feels like a new Planet Fitness. A good choice of devices inside. Almost no body there for work out. The staff walked while I was inside few times around to check the spray bottles and paper roll. Very good compare to the rest of Planet Fitness facility. 4* because the music is a bit to loud, guys it is still a gym and not a club

The facility is clean and the equipment is new. The gym is never at full capacity which I love. The staff has been friendly each time Ive checked in. I dont find the music to be obnoxiously loud either.

Travelling US since March 1st and worked out at more than two dozen or so clubs from East to West. The brand new Tracy Ca PF is great EXCEPT FOR THE LOUDEST MUSIC VOLUME EVER ENCOUNTERED.Mentioned to front desk and one person agreed wholeheartedly and then passed it along to his Mom. She advised local mgmt. specified a certain volume level and had meter to monitor.Only passing thru, if you want to work out here long term, without future subsequent hearing lossBRING EARPLUGS###!

New equipment and open 24 hours. Most appreciated for a night owl who kept having to cut her workouts short at InShape because they close at 11. Also super friendly staff which is different from InShape.

I have no complaints. I love the 24 hour convenience. It is a clean and friendly environment. Card on file and paying $20 a month for two people, no contract, a once a year fee, and no judgement environment. I will take it vs. Other over priced gyms that sale you the amenities pool, smoothies bar, and bs that also has contracts and require cards on file. Its just a gym where you work out, not a meeting place for people to hang out and take selfies. I like planet fitness. They have been one of the best I have been to. Just a place to feel good.

Super Clean, Super Kool Staff, I belong to like 5 different gyms from here to San Diego, and Im surprised how much I like training there a few days a week

It doesnt worth it they dont have weight and some other equipment, the gonna sign a contract without letting you know. I wanted to cancel my membership but they are asking me to pay 52 $ for cancelation. They are saying plack card membership has 12 months contract. But they didnt tell me that when I was signing up.
