Very helpful staff. I had to pick up some freight to get it sooner and they accommodated that same day within 2 hours. I didnt wait more than 3 min for them to pull it and get it to my van. Happy customer !

I dont know where to start. My worst experience with a freight company. Employees talk to you like the ones from DMV (YRC, Hayward, CA). You are the one that has to wait. All questions need to wait until you are told to speak. I am not even sure if all those awards they have on their website are even real. If Walmart is really praising them, then two things come to mind; Its like one politician praising another one. Lets ask the people how they really feel? Maybe just maybe they are good in moving large freight, but the smaller stuff they should just leave alone. Like Einstein knowing how to do complex problems, but cant do simple math. Please dont ask how I really feel.If JBL does not know how bad this company is, I will make sure to let them know. If they do know, shame on you for you using a company that lost you a customer. I fail to see the value or pride in their work. I have had to micro manage my shipment since Shepherdsville, KY. It seems like its a national thing with YRC. Shortage of employees? Management that actually knows logistics? If this is such a good company, then why is there bad service? I am willing to bet CalTrans workers could do a better job than the ones currently running these facilities. Bolingbrook, IL my package sat in a truck for about four days. Louisville, KY it sat there for another 3 days, and now in Tracy, CA it is going on day three. My order has been in YRCs hands since 11/13/20. I still have not been able to receive my package. My package still has to go to Hayward, CA. They make the customer feel like your package is in the Titanic. All the ones that matter or paid the higher price will go first. I am even shocked that they loaded my order in an actual truck and trailer. If I would have known this is what JBL trusted my order with, I would paid extra to have it shipped UPS, FedEx, even the USPS. It has been a nightmare. No one should have to micro manage a package like this. If this is the type of service they give now, I fear to know the condition of my package. I am not expecting white glove service. Just in the shape JBL intended to be received. I would go pick up my package, but why do I have to make it easy for them? If talking to them over the phone is like DMV, I can just imagine walking on to the property. The service has been paid for it also a service they say they provide as part the shipping experience. They have expressed how low priced ticket my order is in this Titanic.I am sure if the executives of this company really cared, they would be reading this and trying to fix these opportunities that could potentially make this a really good company. No one is perfect, but it would be nice to see more professionals and pride in customer service. I am yet to see the delivery service.If any potential companies are looking to ship with this company, please stay away. For your customers sake.

Didnt go inside or even on their property....... I had to pull over for personal reasons & it was a few feet away fr the entrance to this place that Ive never been to 💯Ohh yeah, Ive heard of it tho, but still didnt know they were located where I happened to pull over at lolol.

My package has been held up over a week. Truck still hasent been unloaded and processed. Ridiculous.

Ok brace for rant:Booked for freight pick-up from Livermore, CA to Colorado. Set to be picked-up Friday, no one came. Called, no one knew why, told us because the driver came after business hours, we were still there when we called. They said they weren’t sure why he didn’t come then. Wow, ok... Rescheduled for Monday (today). Still, no one has come. This is a big problem because we have customers waiting on this order from our business.Called and asked where driver was, was told by “Renee” 30mins out, just wait. An hour goes by and still no one, so we call back again, was told AGAIN 30mins out and to wait. No surprise, no one shows up. Keep in mind this pallet was supposed to go out on Friday and YRC screwed that up.We call back again, and we are told to just keep waiting, this is AN HOUR after the business HAS CLOSED! We asked “Renee” where the driver was, she says she doesn’t know, and can’t predict where the driver may be. Tells us wait another 15mins. We ask again for her to get in contact with the driver, she is unwilling. (See how unprofessional this is getting...) She says, “Well, while you are talking to me, he’s probably driving there right now, so what do you want to do?” Didn’t you just tell me you don’t know where he is?? We ask about getting it picked up tomorrow and she says it may not even get picked up tomorrow because they are so busy. EXCUSE ME? Needless to say, this order has been cancelled!Supposed to picked up Friday - Wasn’tSupposed to be picked up today - Wasn’tPick up tomorrow? - Too busyYou are jeopardizing our reputation with our customers when you don’t care about yours. We will take a hard pass on YRC for the unreliability and the horrible (if not rude) customer service. UPS is picking up tomorrow, and i’d be willing to bet they’ll show up.
