Had a flat 17 miles from town at almost midnight and was charged $250, Idk if this rate is accurate but guess its ok. Service took an hour and a half to get there and the driver was friendly, straight to the point and quick. This was also the only company that answered my call at that time of night, only thing was that the operator never gave me a quote before sending out the tow truck out however I was dire need because my children were with me and I didnt want to be stranded along with them. Overall, Id recommend to anyone in a similar scenario.

This company was fast, knowledgeable and professional. The tow driver accurately diagnosed the issue with my car even gave me some great advice on a recall for my vehicle model. Very helpful would recommend, and would use in the future!!

I was stuck on a busy junction with a totally dead battery. Geico roadside mentioned it might take upto an hour when they summoned the service and I was feeling so frustrated full of high speed trucks zooming by and 96 degree sun.But to my utter surprise the tow truck arrived in less than 20 minutes, and within half hour from the time I made the call my car was dropped off on our regular repair shop in Tracy.
