Everyone is pretty much into their own thing. Getting someone to call me back on status was difficult. I had to call to find out what was going on to check on my car.I was not told if I needed fluids for anything. I am surprised I was just given the bill and that was it.I would not get a car again since I feel I have been burned with purchases and transmissions at Nissan.
Very happy with the service department at Tracy Nissan. I have the service plan on my 2021 Titan and have had my truck serviced 2x so far with an appointment made both times. One for an oil change and the other for a check engine light that popped up a few times. The oil change was pretty quick as they quoted and the other was for a faulty throttle body. They were able to source the part needed overnight and I had my truck back the next day all covered under warranty. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I didnt purchase my truck from them, but this will be my service dealership for sure.

I loved the work,I didnt like that they had no shuttle,and I didnt like it that they kept my warranty forms,I did them a favor and told them theses are my forms but you can look and take info, when I went to pick them up they made me a copy and said they werent allowed to give me back my papers,and they didnt even copy all three forms, so yes Im very upset with that portion of the experience.
My wife found an automobile at their site that we wanted. We drove there and there and they were very accommodating with our situation. We left with the car that we wanted and felt like we were a friend rather that a customer. They helped us the whole way through the purchase. We were not up sold on anything and everything was explained in terms that we could understand. There was no double talk or smoke and mirrors. We are from Fresno and because of their service I have no problems working with them for our automobile purchases in the future. It was a bit out of our way to go there but the service we received will keep us coming back. Thank you to all who work at this dealership we left with the car that we wanted and it was detailed before we left.

My visit on 7/15/2021 went very well. The new Service Manager has really changed this dealership. Customer service was poor earlier in the year. They fixed & attended to everything. Very pleased.
When l came in at the Nissan Tracy service department,there was only one guy serving a customer but he acknowledged right away that someone would help me…love the attitude of acknowledging customers right away.the staff are friendly and helpful and the guy who helped me,Alonzo,told me that it would take about half to 45minutes to service my Sentra,sure enough,the car was done within the time frame that he mentioned.
I’ve taken my 2016 Nissan here to get serviced and any other maintenance i needed done. They are super nice and have great customer service. They are very thorough when examining your vehicle when it comes in. I just got a Mass air flow sensor replaced due to a check engine light that came on and my car is running better than ever. I’ve had it for 6 years now and would highly recommend coming to Tracy Nissan for any future service.

Shopping for a car for the first time as a trans-woman has been a new experience - the majority of dealer staff, including both dealerships nearest my home, were dismissive and often avoided talking to me. The salesperson at one dealership wouldnt show me a car, didnt offer a drive and abandoned me in his cubicle for nearly half an hour. I was treated very poorly. I seached Nissans inventory and found the SUV I wanted at Tracy Nissan and was contacted by Aaron. We discussed the availability of the vehicle I wanted and my payment & financing terms. Aaron was responsive, honest and dealt with me without the back-and-forth and high priced markups and disingenuous speeches about new car supply driving prices above MSRP. Once we agreed to terms, I made an appointment the following day and was treated exceptionally by Aaron as well as Habib and most notably Nick, in Finance, who was friendly, personable and polite. This has been, by far, one of the best auto buying experiences. Highly recommend these guys.
Dennis was very knowledgeable and very helpful through the service process. He communicated well throughout the entire time they had my vehicle in and was accurate on times it would be complete and also made aware of other services I will need in the future. It was a great experience and my vehicle runs amazing again.
Thubs up on efficiency but seems like i stressed the service agent was stressed. I walked up to the other person available and she told him “thats yours” when he appears to be busy & she was just doing work with no customer. It was an awkward transition for me

I’ve purchased two new 2020 vehicles in three months based on their excellent Customer Service. I highly recommend Tracy Nissan.
Terrific experience. Definitely worth the 1hr.+ drive. I was treated with utmost respect by Cisco and his staff. He’s very knowledgeable and accommodating. I happen to have very high expectations when I visit a car dealership, and they are one of a few that have met them. I wish they were closer so that I may take it there for my service needs. I haven’t ruled it out though because they have a beautiful building, a nice waiting area, and everyone there is marvelous!

Had my 2009 370Z that is 98k, service done. Rich was awesome on giving me the price for service that my vehicle recommended. He was also customer friendly. I had a good experience however was a bit confused as to the check in process. I would like to know if the service tech greets outside or if I am to park and come in as I had this time x3. I also had to move my car each time so I didn’t lose my place in line.
Overall visit was satisfactory.Completion time was exceptional.Only issues were over-filling the coolant reservoir (volume is near max level after leaving it overnight), and one bottle cap left inside the engine compartment.
Whoever attached my battery cables back on, put them on loosely, my car was dead on Mothers day so I went to wiggle them and the car was able to start. I had to get my son-in-law to tighten them up.
Very helpful, I thought my repair was going to be much more costly. The service department found the problem and saved me about 500.
Recently visited Tracy Nissan for the first time for an oil change. At check-in, Service Tech assisting me alerted me of an airbag re-call that needed attention and was able to squeeze it in for repair with no additional wait time. Great customer service! I will definitely be back!!
Aaron was great and took good care of my 370Z. He took his time to keep me inform of all the needs for my car and when parts are coming. He update me when the car is done. I found a car online at Tracy Nissan. I reached out Oscar got right back to me. I told him what I wanted. He said he could make that work. I came in for test drive. Oscar had all my options printed out. I chose one. Went home. Filled out app on line. Came back Thursday, signed papers—hello new car. Easiest car buying experience EVER!! Thank you Oscar. I called to make an appointment and the service manager who answered my call took care of all my questions and booked my appointment. At the day of my appointment, the staff greeted me and made sure I had no questions unanswered. My vehicle was done in a timely manner, and was promptly given a call to let me know it was done. I also had to purchase some wiper blades at parts, and parts staff was very helpful and thankfully had my wipers in stock for my older year and model of nissan. I would definitely recommend vehicle service here at Tracy Nissan, I will be coming back for sure. Thank you Tracy Nissan!
Each time my car needs service I drive from Modesto to Tracy Nissan. They know what they are doing; plus they are fair and friendly. Alonzo is a five star customer service rep. I always ask for him. Also, the service manager is always there asking me if he can assist me in any way. Great place!

I was in about a month ago to purchase a vehicle. Everyone was great, trade in was easy and I left a happy customer. Unfortunately my car was totalled a month later, did its job and kept me safe. I came back to Tracy Nissan and once again Everyone has been super helpful and made a crappie situation so much better. Would definitely return when kids need a safe car to drive.
It was great. Understandably unable to get the shuttle to the mall as usual. Due to your very full service schedule I was not able to get in the previous Friday for a battery check. I ended up going to the Nissan dealership in Modesto. What a mistake. I had a very poor experience at their service center. My appointment was at 9:30 I arrived at 9:15 waited, gave my info and assessment then was as to wait. I was waiting for 1 1/4 hrs not realizing I wasn’t supposed to be waiting in the waiting room I was supposed be waiting at the empty desk check in desk. I waited not realizing I wasn’t supposed to be waiting in the waiting room (oddly enough) miscommunication was horrible. Then I had to wait another hour and 20 minutes for them to tell me what needed to be done I guess my expectations were too high. And oddly enough I didn’t receive a survey so I’m venting. Thank you for your continued great service. We will continue as always to take our versa to your repair service center in Tracy
We bought our second Nissan from Tracy Nissan over the weekend. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Great deal, both on the Rogue we bought and for our trade in. Started working with Oscar last week, good man to work with, worked out most of the details by email. No pressure what so ever. BTW, getting a review from me is hard to get, but I really feel that car shoppers need to know how well we were treated here. I highly recommend Tracy Nissan.

Francisco, Internet consulate at Tracy Nissan, was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. Francisco started our encounter by mentioning that he was in extreme panic to hurry our paperwork to finalize our new vehicle because he had a date after his shift. During the paperwork process Francisco made an error due to his lack of attention. The entire time he gave off a very dismissive approach to my business. He made my first-time experience buying a car horrible and would not recommend this employee. Other than that everyone else was so nice.

This was my first time at the Tracy location since they shut down Stockton. I was hesitant to even go since it was so far. I thought about using a different local company altogether but was really glad I gave Tracy Nissan a chance. The service was fast and the staff was so nice. I needed an oil change, tire rotation and some kind of stinky plastic smell was happening. They took care of it all and quickly. I will definitely return.

Tracy Nissan, on Naglee, promises many things to get you to purchase a vehicle, but when its time to fulfill those promises, they do not hold true to their word. I purchased a car back in May of 2020 cash, and was told that I would get a complimentary car wash and detail. When I came in for the service I was denied the wash and detail. The came with every excuse to deny me the service, from we no longer offer that to it was not written on the purchase agreement. When I finally spoke with the salesman that closed the deal, he continued to pretend he did not understand the issue and act as if I had already received the service. He than said it was my fault for using their online scheduling site to schedule the appointment. After I continued to complain, he said I would get the service. The only requirement was that it would not be done that day and I would have to come back. I work Monday through Friday and travel on the weekends or spend it with my wife and kids. After continuing to refuse me that service, I finally quit trying realizing that they were just making excuses to not commit to their word. Nissan, just like many dealerships, is nothing but corrupt corporations after your money not caring about what they promised. Nicholas Garcia, the salesman should not be trusted and people should avoid the Tracy Nissan Dealership if they want their promises kept and cars taken care of.
They were so polite and professional. I showed up unexpectedly and they made room for me and fixed my car faster then they said they could. I have a full electric so since there is only one person who can fix it I was surprised it was ready the same day! Totally professional staff, very polite, extremely understanding and patient!

Best customer service and the staff was very professional and kind
They fixed my AC after they had fixed my AC. First it was a blown hose but Rich figured it out and my condenser had to be changed. It took two weeks to get my car back but my AC is working properly. I know a lot of that time was waiting for parts and to insure that it was working properly before returning to me. So although it took awhile I appreciate them doing it right over doing it fast.
Your representatives are really gracious and helpful. There were two people that day, one is Aaron. I wasnt able to get the other persons name but he was also very attentive. Thank you for the kind service.

I brought my 2003 Nissan Altima to the Tracy Nissan Repair after having problems with an exhaust leak (the result of some shoddy work by another mechanic). They explained the problem to me and promptly repaired it. I love my car, have been the sole owner after buying it brand new and it has low mileage. The car was finished in 45 minutes. They took the time to all review the brakes to make sure they were okay. Very detailed information about the brake pad depth and how much longer they would last.
