DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They will send unprofessional employees out to service your car. I paid $1500 for full outside detailing and ceramic coating. I was told to let the car sit in my garage for almost three days after the service. The service was done on Thursday. I drove the car late Saturday. On Father’s Day Sunday I finally see the car in the sun and you can literally see the up and down streaks from applying the coat all over my car. The “professional” doing my car even asked me to light my garage better. He clearly couldn’t see well. The marks don’t wipe off or come out it’s IN THE COAT!!! I called them Monday to explain and they immediately tried to say it was some how my fault even though it had say in garage as instructed. They then told me it would be 9 whole days before they could send anyone out to even EVALUATE “what went wrong”. I waited. They no call no show on me. I called the following day to ask what happened and why my appointment was not kept and he tells me oh we had to reschedule, I’ll check on that and call you back. I give him time, no call. I call again he places me on hold and hangs up and blocks my number. I guess once they get their money they don’t care about the work they do. The manager was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with when having an issue with a service I paid for. BE WARNED! They are scam artists! You will not get quality service and you will not get quality help if you have an issue with said terrible service. Do not use!

Just used calicarcomobile again, repeat customer, service and quality is impeccable. They are on time. I love seeing the same guys all the time. They are going to perform ceramic coating for me next week on my New Porsche. They just finished my 5th wheeler. They used the best marine wax.

Terrible Experience. Worst Customer Service From Owner Jason.Price:After calling to book the most extensive (Super) interior detailing, I was made aware that the website price is only for small cars. For my minivan, the rep Jason stated the price would be $295. That was a surprise, but the price seemed fair. However, when the tech arrived, he stated it was a price range of $295-$350 based on pictures he sent to the owner. The owner/rep, Jason responded to the tech that the price would be $350 claiming that he originally told me the range; he did not. I told them I no longer wanted the service done. Then he said he would do the job for $300; I accepted.Quality of Work:See pictures. Compartments and cup holders were still dirty and the car smelled. The floor carpet was also stickyCustomer Service:I waited 2 days to see if at least the smell would go away. The smell for worse. When I called owner Jason he basically blamed me and then blamed the technician. He said I should call the tech and work something out with him (see what he can do for you). In so many words he called me a liar and that I should have used common since. Jason is probably the rudest business person I have ever come across. When he told me to call his technician, I said the technician represents the company he said no he doesnt; hes an independent contractor. Very rude and not taking responsibility for anything. Plus he hung up on me.*I ended up having to hire someone else on an emergency basis to just reshampoo the floor carpet which cost me an additional $160.

Amazing job by this company. Jason worked around my schedule and got me in as soon as he could. Communication is amazing he will keep in touch with you and let you know what’s going on at all’s times. i highly recommend requesting gene he is very easy to talk to and respectful not taking my car any where else good price and will work will you!

The people that worked on my car were so fantastic! My car looked amazing afterwards! I have no doubt their other services are just as great, I have been recommending CaliCarCo to everyone I know!

I was very pleased with the service. I had my Audi Q5 detailed and the results were excellent. I have a toddler that spills all sorts of things in the car and after the service the seats and carpets were spotless clean (like when I first purchased the car). The service guy showed up on time and worked extremely hard and I am happy with the results. I would definitely recommend as I did not even have to leave my house for great service.

I’m very particular about my car. I wanted a complete detail to bring my car looking like the day I drove it off the lot. Angel worked so hard to achieve this. My car looks beautiful. The interior including leather seats, carpets, mats look brand new. He didn’t miss one Nook or cranny. I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends. And I will definitely ask for Angel to come back to detail my car again when needed.

Horrible ripoff. Bought platinum package for our boat at nearly $700 for clay bar, metal polishing, etc. Guys showed up without half of the detail equipment and only discounted 10% for less than half the job. Beware!!!

Very rude, much wow.

The guy was nice. But my car is horrible! He didn’t wipe my inside windows down, didn’t clean my third row seats, didn’t clean my passenger side back seat and also some carpet under one of my seats he didn’t do. When I opened my doors the door jams weren’t even cleaned!! I do this when I wash my car not even detail it. I paid $225. Not worth the money should have done it myself.

These people right here are the best they will have you feeling like the car is ment for you, they will let you test drive it and ride it as if it was yours so you can get a feel for the car they are so wonderful if its hit they offer water and have every car with new tires and a fresh detail job on the car they are so good and if your looking for a car in the future you should really give Norman a call
