The staff was very knowledgeable and understanding.The Manger helped me beyond measure, most definitely would recommend family &friends. This store is not a 3rd party store like most other At&t stores. AT&T 611 didnt help me at all until I was recommended to the Towson store to solve some really horrible issues with other AT&T RUDE oversees employees. Only one did one employee hang up on me but a supervisor as well. AT&T didnt accommodate me until I explained my situation to the employees at Towson. I greatly appreciate their support and service.
Rashida was FANTASTIC! Professional, reliable and funny too 😁 She made our process signing up for AT&T a breeze, even though our previous provider was trying to make it as difficult as possible. Rashida truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location.
Basically I should have called first but they did not have the phone I wanted in stock. Only three stars because unlike the previous store that at least offered to order it online this sales person at the Towson location did not offer to do anything. I just ordered an unlocked phone direct from Samsung for the same price. Maybe it is time to move to Google Fi

Went in to get a phone upgraded and they gave me the wrong phone number on the account which stopped our other phone from working. We now have 2 useless phones and a phone with the wrong information on it. Thanks a lot Janey. Never coming back here again. I dont understand how you can mistake a 443 area code with a 518 area code. We now have to go to another store to get it fixed which is hard for us to due during the pandemic. If you go to this store dont go to Janey. Awful.

Terrible service. The lady at the front desk was so rude and unfriendly. She did not even greet and she insisted about me being rude to her. The manager helped and she was much better. Will never come back to this corporate store.
Shay was Immaculate. I was with a prepaid carrier for years because of the pressure I felt when I would go into a big name carrier asking about phones but this time was totally different i didnt feel pressured and I was basically in control of my own sale she explained everything to in detail and she was honest. Her customer service skills are outstanding she deserves and nice raise and an all expenses paid for vacation wish I could give her 100 stars because she definitely deserves it 💯
I have been with AT&T about 6-7 years but middle of the time I terminated my account for 1 month then I start with prepaid service. I love AT&T service because excellent network and cover everywhere. But yesterday I went to AT&T store at 2:00 pm(02/0420) to add someone else make a family plan and sales representative was not really quit nice, I asked her about service but she was so rude and even she did not say anything when I left and say thank you.
Danny helped me completely switch my carrier and had patience enough to even stay a little longer to help set up my new phone and I love it btw! If you need help choosing the right phone and plan that will suit you best I highly recommend checking out Ms. Danny ❤️
Danny and Alysa at AT&T Towson are a customer-friendly super-duo! They went above and beyond the normal customer service expectations, and I could not be more grateful!! My day started as a gray, chaotic and stressful morning, but ended with an explosion of sunshine!! Alysa and Danny are great women! They are professional, intelligent, compassionate and extremely hard-working. They took on a messy situation with a smile and determination. Danny and Alysa worked diligently until they resolved my issue. They could have easily stopped at other resolutions (and would have been well within the company’s rights to do so), but they soldiered on until I received the resolution I was seeking in accordance to my original order. I am over the moon satisfied!! My day would have been miserable without their tireless efforts! Thank you so very much Alysa and Danny!! You are two of the best in your field!! All of your hard work is so greatly appreciated, I don’t have the words to express just how much!! You two not only put a megawatt smile on my face, but my family’s faces as well!! Very helpful every time I go in. I dont feel over-approached, but I feel invited. The pay machine in this store makes it easy to pay your bill in person and avoid the line that may build. Friendly workers and knowledgeable staff! Plus, good to just pop in and check out what is new on display.
Got a new phone, unlimited data for 3 lines for a very low price. VERY SATISFIED. Employees are wonderful. LOVE IT.

Tamie was so unbelievably helpful! She made the process so much less stressful and did everything she could to help, when I have been here before the girl I was helped by was extremely nice then too but cannot remember her name. I highly recommend!
Great experience overall. Came here to upgrade my phone and was assisted right away. Usually its really busy in this store and can be crowded at times. The sales rep that assisted me was really helpful and made sure I got the right phone I was looking for. Very satisfied!!!
My husband and I went into the store at 8pm; @ 8:34 we still haven’t been acknowledged (not a hello, a nod, nothing) I believe the Representatives are just hanging on to the customers they have because it’s almost closing time. Maybe they think we came in here to watch the television 😕. The are just walking by as if we aren’t even setting here. This place is unbelievable; i usually don’t come to this store but it was the only one in the area still open. I’m going to call corporate!
I came into the store and the associate made everything easy and it was a short wait time to be seen. I was content with my experience at this store.
If I could give it a lower rating I would. I absolutely hate coming here. Literally, there is no one that knows anything... this time on top of the incompetence. The manager Kayla seemed to have something way more important going on in her phone. Matt, person who was helping me, seemed to be new or perhaps just didnt know what was going on. I simply wanted to pay a bill. He kept asking for her help but instead of making sure he finished the transaction she kept going back to her phone and even had time to say hello to two of her peers. While this whole thing was happening I asked Matt for her name because she was not wearing a name tag.I will plan to never speak to an other at&t rep for as long as life will let me, unless its my friend Alex Downey. The level of incompetence is unbelievable. Thanks to this person I had only 5 minutes to eat my lunch and then head back to work. Kayla, you are by far the anti customer super hero of the day.
The worst customer service. Waited for an hour and never moved up the waiting list, so I left. No one working there seemed to mind that everyone waiting looked visibly irritated by the wait and lack of service. There were multiple employees helping the same customers. How does that make sense? The employees would get irritated if you asked a question. Just a terrible location. Dont waste your time.
I visited this store to get some help setting up my I phone and the wireless head set that I purchased while there and the young lady Jasmine Washington gave the best customer service that I have ever received from a sales person. She was such a help and very pleasant, more than satisfied with her service, she went above and beyond and it was appreciated!!!!!!! Best experience!!!

I had excellent experience at Towson AT&Tstore. Rashida did a very good job with saleand very helpful strategy on 2 trips. The storemanager Stephen went out of his way tohelp me. HORRIFIC - AWFUL - SPARE YOURSELF GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!This place is an embarrassment to AT&T and to anyone in the company that takes pride in their jobs. The store is a mess, the host stand area is empty with no checkin until someone yells out a name and every jumps on this list, completely out of order based on how aggressive you are. The manager, Brittney, is more concerned with selling higher priced insurance packages to customers than helping her understaffed and horrible under (if at all) trained team. Here answer to every question the representative I was working with was We can only go by what the system says She refuses to speak with AT&Ts own customer support, and again is trying to hustle insurance to people when the store is PACKED with 20 people on the checked in list, 10 others milling around and only 4 employees. She is the epitome of a terrible manager, self centered and utterly useless. Fortunately, I decided to terminate my small business account (9 lines) that was opened in 2003 primarily due to my treatment at this location. Verizon was happy to take our phones, our money, and ensure we were well taken care of - and I dont like Verizon but I am all for anything that ensures I never have to set foot in that hellhole masquerading itself as an AT&T Company Store.A note to upper level management: Send your kid in, send your wife or friend in - dont show up announced and in your suit. See how poorly your staff is treating PAYING CUSTOMERS. People who are there to spend THOUSANDS of dollars. I sure hope someone at the corporate level sees this and is able to reel in this train wreck.Not all bad people, two tried - but had zero training, got frustrated and even began cursing at the tablet and at me. Zero training, zero customer service skills, zero guidance from management (again, Brittney), and now zero money from me, my company, and my family.If you are looking to be talked down to, accomplish nothing and all around be disrespected and waste hours of your day- by all means stop by the AT&T Towson Company Store. If you are looking for customer service, someone who at least pretends they care about resolving issues you are having with your phone or account, or to not just have the life sucked out of you in general - just stay away! I had an awful experience. The representative was rude, did not know how to resolve isssues and was not willing to go the measure to find out what the problem was, rep attempted to argue with me and rushed me out of the store as they were closing after I sat there for over an hour. I would not recommend this store to any customers

My experience at this kiosk was good, at first. They had the Iphone I wanted in stock and had the rate I expected. The good experience stopped there. It took 50 minutes to switch my service to my new phone. Three days later I found out that they had activated insurance on my new phone without telling me (costing $8 per month). I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with AT&T to cancel this and get a refund. While I was in the store, they told me they had a promotion and were giving away a tablet free with Iphone purchases. Turns out that they were going to activate the tablet on my account ($12 a month) without telling me, and I only caught on when they asked me to sign the paperwork. This kiosk is an authorized AT&T retailer, not actually AT&T. Do your shopping at an actual AT&T store or through the website to avoid all the runaround.
Wish I had read the reviews before shopping at this location. Horrible UNNECESSARY experience here today. I ordered a phone online and figured it would be a quick pick up ---NOT! The associate was so disengaged. Customer service does not have to be dead, disengaged, and uninformative. It was such an awkward experience. While the issue with the authentication was not her fault, what was problematic was her lack of updating me and educating me on what was going on. My frustration mounted when she walked away for the 4th time during our transaction to handle something else. She kept coming back asking if it worked??? If what worked??? Maam I dont understand what the hell is wrong or why this phone is not processing my apple id login. She lacked effort and engagement and in that moment I did not have the patience as it was already I was anxious that I had just invested such a large amount into a telephone for my business -- so to not have proper communication and education from this associate made my experience even worse. As much as I love Apple products I am not well versed in troubleshooting the devices. To add to this situation when I shared my concerns with the manager he was just as unprofessional and attempted to discuss the matter with me and the associate I had concerns with--which only escalated the situation. 1) Engage your customers let them know that you are sorry there is no work around on your end even if its not your fault 2) dont entertain and engage your friends more than the person you are working with 3) Use every opportunity to educate your customer and CLEARLY COMMUNICATE to diffuse an already INCONVENIENT situation. The associate even said I was being nasty because I was providing my concerns and complaint. NO feedback doesnt have to be nasty.I wasnt even offered a dern BAG to carry my 1k phone out in. The online experience was fine -- this in store pick up experience was HORRIBLE totally took away from the experience of purchasing a new device. Sad. I will never be back to that location. Perhaps I was treated this way because I am an authorized user on this account or because they werent getting a commission on this transaction. Sad altogether. Makes me want to cancel and return this product go else where. I still have 14 days to do so.
