I planned a wedding for a couple at the Cylburn Arboretum. Loane Bros did a wonderful job with the chair rentals for the outside ceremony and reception. They arrived in a timely manner and removed the chairs at the end of the night. Thank you to your amazing staff!

If youre in need of a tent, lighting, dance floor, generator or party rentals for your special event I would look no further than Loane Brothers. We chose Loane Brothers due to the fact that they carry beautiful sail cloth style tents for our wedding at our home. They also carry a wooden style dance floor - much better looking than the typical lay down tiles. Not only did they have a great selection of lighting and quality tents their customer service was top notch! Darryl quickly answered all of our questions via e-mail or phone and even visited our property well in advance to make sure everything would fit properly. A storm disturbed the tent 2 days before our big day and not only did they fix it quickly they even came back the morning of our wedding to make sure everything looked perfect.

Watch out for their drivers on the road, they will not hesitate to speed around you first chance they get and almost cause an accident.

I needed 30 chairs on a very short notice. Every person who I contacted at Loane Brothers could not have been more helpful! Will use them for any of my events going forward. Love the fact that they are locally owned also!

These guys rock. Not only did we rent a GIANT tent from them, we also rented a lot of little items such as linens, tables, chairs, etc. I have to say that they were the most professional, consistently pleasant vendors we worked with. It rained on the day of our wedding and at the last minute they were able to reconfigure the tent and provide us with an on-call Service Tech to help with any additional rearranging that could have been needed during the reception. On top of that, I made a pretty major scheduling snafu for after the wedding (Brides -dont forget that you have to schedule the breakdown of things just as carefully as you have to schedule the set up...ooops!), and they were the incredibly kind, gracious, and professional - which at that point they didnt have to be at all. I had been impressed before the wedding, but afterward I was amazed. If you need a rental, especially a tent rental, in the Baltimore area, these are your people!

First time customer.All of the staff was friendly and professional... from the initial call to the final drop off. The tables and chairs that I rented were in decent condition and cheaper than other rental facilities. I would gladly use them again

Working with Sue and Holly was easy. We were able to add additional chairs at the last minute. No problem. Tent went up and came down as planned. Thanks to everyone for their help.

We bought a house in June 2014 with a deck awning maintained by Loane. Loane recommended repairs when they stored it in the fall of 2014. We declined. In the spring of 2015 they said the repairs were necessary. Or we could buy a new awning. A second opinion confirmed the suggested repairs would only hold it over for the season. We decided to proceed with a new awning and Loanes quote was much lower. Our second opinion questioned whether Loane had the proper measurements. When we checked with Loane, they said we should put down a non-refundable deposit and then they would measure. If the measurements were off we would owe more money. That seemed backward so we asked them to measure first. A couple weeks later they reported that the original measurements we provided were wrong. We never provided measurements to Loane. They just keep messing up and delaying the process. I really dont appreciate their dreadful customer service and want them to know they arent the only option in town. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They put up, take down and store our awning. They also created a new one for us when the old one was damaged in a storm. They do good work

Called requesting heated lamps for an outdoor event, and the person I initially spoke with sent me to someone else who said that I had requested the wrong item I was looking for a heater, which is fine, but since she didnt have the information, she then sent me over to another person, who seemed too busy to assist my question about pricing and spec information. I was rushed off the phone with a response similar to is that all? By the end of the three-person exchange all I got was a price and no further information.

After 2 Rental Companies unable to accommodate me, 1 of which I simply didnt want to do business with because of their Unprofessionalism (Tip Top Rental) We called Loane Bros who is actually 35 mins away, not even on my side of town, At the last minute..day before my Event, And was very pleased with their courteous and professional business manners. They were able to accommodate me with Exactly what I needed and were less than the other 2 places. Thank You Loane Bros. I will be using your Business from now on.

I used to work there for a few months I quit because of unprofessionalism and ignorance theyre more concerned with their customers in their employees I get in trouble but yet someone can take a huge dump on someone elses property this is you Jason my boss was Pete he wrote me up but Jason taking a dump behind someone elses house I get in trouble he supports alcohol abuse I dont drink smoke or do anything and I get in trouble to the customers think twice because he overcharges you for rope one rope is only like 10 bucks the owners are Jewish people I dont discriminate but stare typically speaking they are very very cheap the trucks are filthy the people are filthy and theres only like a couple people that actually enjoyed working with

One of the Loane Bros. truck drivers attempted to side swipe our vehicle on the drive home today. Dangerous, speaks poorly of their company.
