Awesome service! My second time and my hubbys first. I surprised him with a medi pedi. Hubby enjoyed his from Nina. I was given a pedi by Snow and mani almond stiletto by Kenny I call him big boss hes the first desk by door. Toni did my eyebrows 😍 Excellent Team!👌

Capitalizing off the pandemic and requiring gel only because it dries faster. MD has a < 1% positivity rate so the risk is very low especially with everyone wearing masks. The owner will blame the customer for the gel polish chipping after only one week and takes no responsibility for their substandard work. Pitiful

I am basing this review strictly off of my technician Handsome he does amazing work full sets mani pedi you name it he is amazing. Let me count the ways first off he is very knowledgeable about nails the structure the maintenance and health is very important to him he really loves his career and it shows in his attention to detail. For all those who are particular to nail shaping his skill is undeniable you may have believed you were getting coffin shape or pointy(stiletto) til you see his work it will make you second guess any shaping you may have had before. I have had my sister my step daughter and many more who wants to come all commend and recommend his work definitely check him out!!! Also shout out to linda ( pedicures only) who did an amazing job on my stepdaughter pedicure. If you dont believe me see him for yourself just not on my appointment times😂.

I’ve been going here for years but recently it’s like they just do not care. I got a gel manicure not even a week ago and they are peeling and look extremely bad. They rush and then be rude and disrespectful when you address your concern. I’ll only return for Pedis because I love Linda & Snow. Other than those 2 this place is trash !!!!

The lady that did my nails had a nasty attitude.......couldn’t even enjoy the service and definitely won’t visit again.

Walked in and ask for FULL set. He chose square i said round. Then he proceeded to put GEL polish. Didnt want gel!! Didnt ask for gel. Then this man tries to offend me because of covid they dont do regular polish 🙄🤔 were is that posted. NO WERE. DO NOT LET THEM FORCE HAND. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL

The person doing my nails was answering phone call making appointments eating etc. everything but focusing on my nails, he rushed through them. The outcome was horrible my nails look a terrible mess. Every nail is a different shape and length. My polish is lumpy and uneven and on top of that they have a nerve to be very expensive. I do not recommend anyone go there.

Wonderful experience. Got a manicure and pedicure and it only cost me $75 even with the horrid condition my feet were in due to constant swelling an pain from an injury. In fact their massage did more for me than the two opiods that were prescribed for me.

My nails are pretty but the quality was poor. Everyone is nice but when the paint on your nails buckles and peels on the next day, its a problem. When the polish is so thick it looks like a child painted them its a problem. When it looks like you need a refill and you just got them done its a problem.

The prices are good, but service is not so great. This location is very convenient for me, so I keep trying, but the results are bad every time.I paid $23 for a gel polish change. The tech soaked my nails in a bowl of acetone to remove the gel that was on them- after about 10 minutes, she gave up on this method and ground the polish off. They use off-brand gel, which I didn’t think would be a problem, but I have never seen gel turn out this poorly. She “fixed” one nail when I complained about how bumpy they were (it almost looks like there are hairs or something - there are huge wrinkles in the polish) and of course that is the nail that is already peeling. It’s been two days. I’ll have to get these re-done, and I won’t be going back here.

Its a happy atmosphere, they are respectful and do a pretty good job on my nails. Always end up having a few laughs when I am there.

My last experience was horrible, my pedicure was rushed.

Well I havent been to this place in years. I went to Julie. My nails were done okay, as I am used to a thicker layer of acrylic. I got a gel polish. One nail she fixed because the gel polish wasnt fully dry. I dont know why it was a rush job. I paid $134 for my children and I. Before I could get up the road, the same finger was not right. I turned around and got it fixed. That same evening in the same spot the same finger in the same spot eas gone. The next day was the graduation. The shop was already closed. Gel polish has to be set before putting on the top coat. This was not the case here. The polish was mixing with the top coat on the brush. On top of that the remover used actually was wiping off the polish. When asked if it should do this (which we all know it is not) I was told it will be oksy.These are my real nails. I have never had so many problems with a fill-in in my life. The nails were not fully covered in acrylic which makes the nail susceptible to damage, cracking and ends that snag on things. I refused to go to any other place than to my place in Reisterstown. My nail tech was booked until Monday. I will drive 28 miles to make sure my nails are properly done.The plus side is that she does eyebrows well. That is where the 2 stars came in. My daughter was not happy with her full set. The pedicures were fine.Unfortunately I will not patronage this place anymore, unless it is for a wax or pedicures.The pictures do not lie. The nails were not properly done. Nail techs are providing a service. They should take the time it needs to make sure nails are done properly. Most people will be willing to wait on a nail tech who does a wonderful job.

Too expensive. I got my toes done for $50 they didnt do nothing different from any other spot I been to they just cost more. I asked the lady who was doing my toes about my nails she had to call over the owner who also came with another man at least twice as if they were join to the hip w one another. I have nothing else to say....

They always want you to get jel polish if you dont get it they seem to treat you bad their regular polish is very old, and sticky so it takes forever to dry, and mess up before you can get out the door, they want you to spend the money on Gel They are not totally Bad they dont appreciate their clients quick to get SMART with you when you show a concern once they get your money, this is my Nails today Just got them done a hour ago!

The lady that did my nails today could have not done it worst than this. I wanted to only have my nails fixed with no gel color. She did not make my nails straight and the paint on my nail is not clean. There are bubbles on the paint and I asked to do my curticles and she said you dont need it. Over that she did not clean her utensiles before using on me!I let you judge everything by looking at this picture.

I feel grateful I didnt leave with an infection. $45 dip powder nails with unnecessary UV curing and the gal left me bleeding in several places on both hands! Ive never gotten more than one knick in my life (only happened twice ever) so this isnt something my cuticles just do on their own. This was overzealous and distracted use of a drill on natural nail/cuticle. I took this photo in their bathroom before leaving which was filthy. The only upside is the mani has actually lasted a week so far.

RAndy is unique and a natural with customer service he focuses on you as the customer and engages with you. He didnt treated me like a number..... whose next follow me to this seat he held beautiful conversation through out my service and took his time doing my nails😊

Worse fill-in ever. They do a poor job painting my nails, shaved them razor thin so I had to get an overlay the next day, & didnt care when I expressed my dissatisfaction.

Amazing went in and got much need pedicure so refreshing and relaxing.

Went to get a full set and pedicure, the young boy they assigned to do my nails was immature, inexperienced, and rude!!! I asked for someone to correct the work he had done incorrectly and everyone suddenly had an attitude, especially him. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! They have no respect but is willing to take every dime you have!

HORRIBLE WORK & BAD ATTITUDES. The paint job was horrible and the staff rushes you. I should have know to leave because when I first sat down a customer was arguing with staff about her poor quality. It took them a hour to do a cut down and basic manicure. It was 5:30pm and they were closing. The lights were closed off while my nails were drying and I was asked by a rude man to “dry my nails in the car”. It was so rushed!!! Then the man starts yelling at me to hurry up because I wasn’t getting my stuff fast enough and because I took pictures of my bad nail job. Just go somewhere with better customer service.

Very disappointed in my service on 2/1. I brought in my two oldest daughters who spent 45 each and my nails were 80 to only be dissatisfied. The nail tech did not want to do my two youngest daughters nails so she began throwing stuff down and acting irate. At that moment I decided to not let my girls get their nails done by her. If it hadn’t been for my two oldest Girls 13 & 14, already being worked on . I would have left. I said this to the staff there and two other ladies did my youngest kids nails. Although the guy who was very pleasant doing my nails. They did not come out as what I asked for! Diss appointed because these are my birthday and babyshower nails. I will be back to get something that can actually be done. But unsure if I will ever return again!

1 I made an appointment online through google. They told me they don’t do appointments. It wasn’t busy so I didn’t care much. 2 some customer was getting loud and rude because the gentleman who works there told me to sit down and she was there first. 3 the nail tech got upset because I pointed out where she missed putting the clear top coat on my nail. She told me it was because I was tapping the table to get the blue light to come on, I was trying to be helpful but she turned her light off and walked away and told me she was done with an attitude. I probably should’ve gotten rude back but I am in a good mood and it’s just not worth it today.

Ive been going to Nails Pro going on 12 yrs, plus the manucurist is amazing and creative and its walking distance from where I live.

This place is terrible.Expensive and bad service. I have done gel nail polish there twice and and it comes off the next day . The first time I thought it was just maybe someone who didn’t know what they were doing, but the second time around . I am disappointed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY . Absolutely ridiculous

This is the worst set I have had in my life. I have been getting my nails done since high school so I know exactly how I like them. when I asked the technician to fix them I was told that they look fine and not to mess with them anymore. less than a day later the gel polish started peeling on damn near all ten of my fingers. the acrylic is cheap, one of my nails broke before I could leave the parking lot. i came back less than a week later and was told I had to pay to get a polish change. I will never ever spend my money here again.

Great service. No waiting. There were plenty of nail techs. Complimentary beverages were a plus. Will be going back to this place soon🌻

The lady didn’t take her time to do my nails not only that, if your going to be rushing at least do it right . I’m a mom of two I barley get time to go to do things for myself and I felt like I wasted my time to do so because of the service I received

Nail literally broke after I left, called right back and they tried to charge me to fix it. Never giving a bad rated salon a try again. Mind you my nails NEVER break at my regular nail salon.

This salon is EXTREMELY HIGH they charge 30 dollars for a COLOR CHANGE ! They aren’t even that good of artist to charge that high and fill in is 40 dollars. They charge you extra if your nails are long everytime ! And their prices are overrated the guy at front is racist this is not a place to get your nails done

I only go to Mui Mui... ( not sure if that’s how her name is spelled)... I’ve been going for years and she’s really nice and always does a good job on my pedicures. She recommended a gel pedi a few months ago and I finally got it and it’s held up nicely for 1.5 months.... I’m going back tomorrow for a gel mani and pedi!

I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one today. This salon looks great on the inside but does a very very poor job. My nails are uneven. The quality of work is poor. It was overpriced for such bad quality of work. Waste of money and time. The technician was highly distracted and was rushing. I do not recommend! Don’t wast your money here.

Tom Van didnt take all the previous color acrylic leaving the edges under done. The nails were shaped improperly. They were left uneven and crappy looking with the previous color showing around the edges. The keep it dark inside to the detriment of the quality of the job supposedly being performed. I came back to address the issue and they claimed to not know the managers schedule. Furthermore the tech who worked on my hands refused to address my issues with his poor job. Also I dropped money in the location and of course nobody knew what happened to it. Eventhough I was the last customer of the evening. Never going back. Just horrible.

Very nice facility in side but the techs are not skilled. Le had a problem when I complained about causing my skin to bleed. Working so fast without slowing down to see he hit my skin. The facility was empty no one waiting. Got a gel set and would not give my nail time to dry in the machine. First and last time will not use them again.

Came for a manicure when the nail tech man abruptly stopped then a women took over. Health inspector came in and went through all the desks. What she found was horrifying. Tons of used files, unlabeled liquids, nail tools that were used. Come to find out the man doing my manicure wasnt licenced and they told her he doesnt work there. My new tech was so concerned with the inspector she was painting air instead of my nail. No apology, no discount. Nothing after this horrible experience. There was another customer getting a pedicure and the inspector was yelling at them for reusing a pumice stone on her. Disgusting.

Worst manicure ever. I wanted a basic manicure and they kept asking if I wanted gel and I decline multiple times. The manicure took 7 minutes and he barely touched my cuticles. The end results was extremely sloppy.

I went there with my daughter and asked to have my acrylic nails soaked off and to have gel over-lay placed on my nails. The nail tech started to put acrylic on my nails and I told her thats not gel that shes putting on my nails. She then tried to reassure me that it was gel powder. I had gel nails plenty of times lady. She just wanted to do a rush job and wanted to change the subject as she plopped that acrylic on my nails so fast it was over in 5 minutes no UV lamp in included. Never will I go there again.

The best part of my experience was the message chair. The lady that did my pedicure didnt say anything to me (and yes she spoke English). She did not seem friendly by any means. She rushed through my pedicure and was doing too many things at one time- it wasnt even crowded. I used to come here all the time and this reminded me why I stopped coming.

I used to come here faithfully. The men are really rude and unprofessional. Sometimes they rush to do a service especially pedicures. I want my feet to soak a lil bit. What happened to massaging my feet & legs. Is that no longer apart of the pedicure service/experience. I dont know why but the men have ruined business honestly. One of the men told me not to come back bc I only like Julie do my nails. I only let Lee touch my eyebrows. I like who I like & have to pay for it.

It must be the products they use, they are terrible. While I was getting my nails done a girl came in upset saying that she had just left less than a hour ago and her nails had already broke.. I spent $90 here 2 of my nails broke in 2 days.. I came back the manager told me I was lying and that I broke it myself they “fixed” it they did not saw or shape my nails when I told the manager he said “so what I fixed it for free” I told him that it was NOT free because I spent almost $100 in here that’s not free..he rudely told me not to come back then since I didn’t like the service... after getting my nails “fixed” 3 more have now broke on the 3rd day.. only thing I only i was doing was washed my hair and then another 2 broke while putting on my shirt. THEY HAVE TERRIBLEEEEEEE PRODUCTS AND EVEN WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SAVE YOUR TIME N $$$

The Service here has truly subsided.. I was a faithful customer to this salon. I’ve spent a lot of money here over the years and I’m truly dissappointed. I paid for gel nail polish on Friday and by Tuesday it was peeling. I returned to get the issue corrected and he told me that I would have to pay for it as he sat in front of me and ate some sunflower seeds. He never washed his hands before servicing me . It’s now a week later and the gel is peeling again.. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Ive been going to Nail Pro for several years and muy muy been doing my nails my eyebrows and my pedicure I love the way she do everything she is so professional she does very good job thats why Ive been going to her for years so kudos to you.

My experience is similar to others, very clean on the surface, but poor skills. My gel set was very bumpy, ill shaped, and poorly polished. The Technician was actually proud of her poor work, and dismissed my concerns. Very friendly, but skills dont match the price.

I used to like coming here, but was disturbed by their lax in social distancing rules. They used to keep an empty seat between customers, but now in an attempt to get as much business as possible theyre filling all the seats again & I wont be going back.

Very Poor customer sevice I went into the location to get service at 4:17 on a Sunday they closed at 5 they told me that that wouldn’t be able to service me they turned me away 43 mins before they were even closed. I will never return to this location every again. They will never get my hard working money because they don’t appreciate it. Not to mention I were a faithful customer even after I get my nails done and they break in 2 days they rushes and don’t use enough criloc. They know that I were coming here all the time and they still turned me away I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET SERVICED HERE !!!!

Run if you get SNOW. Doesnt pay attention to her job and when you tell her to fix something, she shows you an incredible amount of attitude! Hates conversation and looks like she hates her life overall. I told her to fix the same thing 3 times and all she did was say okay and then send me to dry my nails at the table WITHOUT fixing the nail. Afterwards, I found a chip and she did not fix it. In fact, directed me to someone else who stopped in the middle of his service to fix the mistake. One lady was sitting in front of me drying her nails and was charged $28 more than the original price they stated. THIEFS, LAZY, HORRIBLE.. JUST HORRIBLE!!!!
