Will not go back. See photos. Nails began to peel that night. Went back the very next day an hour before closing and two employees inside, working on two customers. I was asked if I could be helped when I walked in. I walked up to the lady and showed my nails. I said I can even show the receipt. I was asked who did my nails, didn’t know her name but knew her seat/table number. She of course wasn’t there. I said even if I can’t get a new color I was willing just to get the three nails redone and that’s it. Neither two employees that were there would redo my three nails. I was asked to come back the next day. I was willing to wait until they finished their current customers (mind you there were only the two in there and no one else) and I couldn’t make it back the next day because I don’t live in the area, and would not be back until sometime during the following week. I asked for the manager to speak with. No one. I asked for names of the employees and they wouldn’t give me their names. The only name I was given was the name of the lady who did my nails, who wasn’t there. They immediately locked the door behind me when I left though the lady told me the they take their last customer at 730pm and I walked out at 718pm. Poor customer service. It was as if I was talking to a brick wall. They didn’t care at all. They weren’t the ones that did my nails. Basically ignored me after a while. I would give zero stars.

They were very nice and respectful. There is a little wait due to covid but not a long one. Their prices are very good and affordable.

A really cool little nail salon. Very well priced and very talented folks. I do a gel overlay on my natural nails and they are never overly thick. I can go about 3 weeks. Sometimes they run a little behind but they work quickly and are very pleasant. Cant go wrong here!

It was awesome they made me feel at home they really where serious about social distancing everyone had on a mask and my nails are just the icing on the cake.

I recommend this nail salon. The brothers are very professional, personable, funny and great with little ones. This was my 2nd time going and I must say that I wouldnt go anywhere else. Now I must tell you that they are popular to this community so you would need to have patience because the wait time is long at times but the end result will be worth it.

I have never left a review before but I felt like I had to after the experience I just had! I was a walk-in with a whole massive group of a wedding party in there they took me in within minutes to get a gel manicure! They were so nice and I didn’t feel rushed at all and they made sure my nails were perfect! I love this place and will definitely be going back!

I think this place is over priced $133 for a mani/pedi and eyebrows. Ridiculous. My pedicure was great but my mani was rushed and it shows. I only went there because my normal shop was closed. The prices are not shared until you’re done except the pedicure. When I mentioned the shape Bill said I’m not done. Won’t be returning. Thanks but no thanks

I always get great service when Im there. I always get Bill to do my nails. Bill does some of the best work and whenever possible I try to get him to do my pedicure as well. The prices are fair for the service. I suggest the you book an appointment if you want Bill to do your nails on the weekend because hes usually very busy. *Tipping of course is optional but it ensures for better service when you return (that applies to most places)

I have never been treated this badly at any nail salon ever! I went in to get a full-set and Bill was working on my nails. When he put the tips on my thumbs and cut them down, one thumbs was shorter than the other so I told him...he said no they are the same, I said no they were clearly shorter, he took one off and re-did it. Then, I wanted the oval shape, he did my pinky and I said that the shape was perfect, then he proceeded to file the rest of the nails, the only nail I had an issue with was my middle finger one because he filed it too narrow, so basically it looked weird with the size of the middle finger. Like, it looked like a pinky nail on my middle finger. I told Bill that it looked completely wrong, he got very rude and said Ok, I will take them off for you and I will not do your nails, I fit you in between my appointments because I am nice and you are not nice. I had my daughter with me and this was very embarrassing. He very aggressively took off the tips and actually cut my ring finger on the side. I attached pictures of what I looked like after I left the nail salon. I will never ever come back here again.

Terrible shop, would not recommend

I had a 5 o’clock appointment and I waited 10 mins to even be acknowledged. Once a lady finally came to the front she acted as if she didn’t not even see me. To make sure I was not invisible I asked if she could see me and she looked at me like I was crazy and walked off with no comment. Four other women said they had appointments for the same time which shouldn’t have been a thing because of social distancing and COVID rules. If I could give them a negative star rating I would .

It was a day of relaxation for me and my wife she got a pedicure and her nails done and I got a pedicure and a manicure it was just a great day for the both of us

Ive gone a few times at the recommendation of a friend. Its always been fine the past couple years. Not outstanding, not horrible. I went a few days ago with dip powder to remove with the intent of getting dip powder again.The technician ripped my old powder off instead of soaking which tore my real nails off so much so that I was bleeding the entire manicure. He didnt apologize or acknowledge I was bleeding the entire time. No discount or anything. One finger was broken to the point Im missing a chunk of my nail. He said he wanted to put fake nails on all the ones he broke/ tore off (4 nails total) and I said no just do gel. It was truly a horrible experience. By the time I paid he asked how much tip I wanted to put on my card.

I’ve gotten my nails and toes done a few times here and i mostly love it! Mr Bill does a wonderful job... when he isn’t rushing. When it gets busy and he begins to rush - his work gets very sloppy. I got a fullset last week and i had to go home and basically cut and re-shape my own nails because he wasn’t listening to me. I dont know much about doing nails but i can definitely say his technique with the acrylic powder was very sloppy because it left some of my nails with a weird bumpy shape. Other than this one not-so great experience, i love getting my nails done here.

Really not sure why there are so many poor reviews. The pedicure area is very peaceful and relaxing. Got a basic pedicure for $26 and my toes look great! Man was gentle and did not rush.

The place would be nice if everyone there knew what they were doing. Bill is the best and does your nails perfect. Most of them rush through your nails and pedicures and you leave there looking like you just left a beauty school instead of a professional establishment. The prices there do no fit the quality of service you receive. After about 3 times of paying for something that didnt last or look equal to what i paid for, i decided not to return to this location.

I spent 125 for full set and acrylic on toes.They lied and said they didnt do designs AND my nail extensions were too small.My nail tech the entire was was complaining cause he was rushing and i wanted it done right.BUT IT STILL WASNT DONE PROPERLY.DONT GO HERE.

The man is really rude and disrespectful. I would never go back. He rushed through my nails then was upset when I told him I wasn’t happy while he was still doing my nails. He didn’t listen to what I wanted and became very rude when he was corrected. I have never had such a bad experience getting nails done. I was in literal tears out of the frustration I felt.

I just experienced the most humiliating, insulting and degrading experience EVER at this place of business! The male technician that was performing my pedicure could not adequately speak English! He omitted steps during the process. After cutting down my nails, he began to buff my nails without filing them and properly shapingthe parameters. I asked for the color yellow and he returned with the color Red to paint my nails. I asked for an additional layer of polish to make the color uniform because there was discontinuity on the sides of my nails... His reply, You ask for too much! I then shared that the color yellow is similar to white when polishing someones nail. You have to apply multiple coats so the color can appear uniformly. His reply, I can Not paint your nails white! Ill just take this off and you get out of here! Leave!... When did it become acceptable for businesses to administer insufficient and inadequate service for our money? We expect quality service for our transaction! I have NEVER been kicked out of a place of business for suggesting or advising constructive feedback until today! I know my worth and the value of my business! If you believe in paying for demeaning, insulting and inhumane service, this business is for you!

The gel manicure I got here 3 weeks ago lasted very long without chipping. I love the effort that they into the work and made my nails look perfect. Clean salon and friendly people.

I always have a great experience here! They don’t rush you out and always take their time when giving pedicures, which isn’t common, as most other nail salons have you in and out in 20 minutes. They do a great job and the staff are very friendly! Can’t wait to come back!

Came here celebrating my sisters birthday and the service wasn’t the best. They over charge for pedicures and rush you when it’s time to pay. For a regular pedicure its $25 but just to have them scrap the bottom of your feet it’s $37. A $12 dollar difference which is crazy! Also a customer complained about the shape of her nails and the nail tech argued with her about the shape being fine. GIVE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT! Then I asked my nail tech to do my nails with a curved tip and he act like they didn’t do that. WHATEVER! I wasn’t going to get them to do it anyways, was just seeing what he was going to say. Plus it’s $30 and up to get a full acrylic set. NEVER AGAIN!

The place might look nice but the man that works in there is the nastiest individual. My nails appear okay.However, the young lady that was sitting next to me had tremors. She began to shake a little, which was out of her control. One of her nails got messed up. The employee yelled at her, he cant do her nails with her moving like that. She told him she couldnt control. He laughed,made jokes, hit her hand down. Absolutely no one should go into the salon until they get that man out. It was inhumane. The young lady was just trying to get her nails done and he totally was disrespectful.

I came in for a pedicure... The guy asked me which type of pedicure.. I told him special. Now I think if I would have said basic pedicure.. My experience would have went left.. but he coached me into a special Pedicure was completed nicely. The massage was a little rough but I would go back again.

The experience was fine but the worst gel manicure Ive ever had. Nails started to chip after less than 24 hours. Unfortunately I was heading out of town so I was not able to go in to see if they would fix but at this point I just plan on finding a better spot in the area.

Manicure - Excellent Quality and CareI dont often get my nails done. Not in my DNA; but of late I keep on splitting one particular nail and so from time to time I get a manicure and that stops it. Today stopped by out of the blue on lunch hour - young lady named Raechel, from China did a great job. She was attentive, professional and attentive. To top things off the price was about $20 less than Id paid down by the inner harbor for a very comparable job.

This review is after 3 visits. The first time I had a nail tech named Bill. Got a pedicure and gel fill. He was professional. Everything seemed amazing. The second time, one of my nails needed to be repaired and although I asked for him, I was given someone else became he was busy. The person didnt know what they were doing. I figured it wasnt that big a deal to repair my nail amd it didnt look terrible, but I had to ask her several times for adjustments to correct my nail. The third and last time I will ever go there, I called to make sure I would get my nails done by Bill. On the phone, I was told to come in after 20 minutes. When I got there, I was told it would be an hour wait and that whoever answered the phone double booked him. I do not recommend this location.

I got a lip & chin wax from a red-head lady here. It was so obvious she missed a significant amount of hair that couldve easily been tweezed, but she was lazy with the job & quick to dismiss me. I pointed out the undone job & even after going over it there was still hair;l. She didnt remove the wax well from my face or offer aloe or lotion or anything. WORST & most unprofessional wax I’ve ever had.
