I had a wonderful experience despite some other negative reviews. The place isn’t super nice inside but Lily did an amazing job. It’s the best gel manicure I’ve received in a very long time. And also better priced than any other location I know. There was no fee for gel removal either.Great experience and great gal. Will go back for all of my future nail appointments.

Got a gel mani and pedi for a reasonable price. The ladies who work here are very sweet. I chipped a nail when I was kayaking over the weekend - they fixed it for me free of charge. 5 stars! This is my new nail spot as long as I live in Yowson. Picture is 2 weeks after my mani!

I’m really not one to write reviews period especially a bad one. But I’m Not impressed. Very nice staff but the nail tech was not able to do any designs- that’s fine. She didn’t bring the acrylics up far enough so my nails looked like they already needed a fill in when I left. I’m not sure about the sizing because there were gaps on the sides where you can see my actual nail making it look like I’m wearing press on nails. Not to mention whatever gel was used chipped within the first day. I went back to see if this could be fixed and was told I could wait a week and would need to pay the same for a fill in. I feel like this should have been taken care of with from the amount of problems there were. I’m really not one to start anything or to be confrontational. This was ridiculous and I don’t plan on coming back here again.Not sure if there is supposed to be any for of a massage or treatment with the services they provide here. But all they did was apply the acrylic and gel. That was it. I’ve been to other places that include those services for the same prices.

My nails were done only a week after until they started breaking off. There are also hidden charges than the ones presented in the store, which they don’t tell you until the end of your appointment. The only thing good was the setting. Since there’s only one nail tech there, the time you have to wait is unacceptable.

I went to get a pedicure at this place. First of all the lady was rude and made me wait although I had an appointment. Second thing I got a pedicure A FEW HOURS AFTER the nail polish came off. I called to get it fixed and she tried to charge me extra money.DO NOT GO THERE

A hidden gem in Towson! I had an appointment at 4 but they were busy finishing the last group’s nails. I didn’t mind because I could tell from getting greeted warmly and the attention to detail on my set, it made sense why they were still finishing up on the other girls.If music is your thing I recommend bringing earphones since it was very quiet the whole time.I loved how my nails turned out! They’re so cute and the service was great!

Very clean! Aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Lien is and has always services with a smile, attentiveness and patience. Shes not the only one who does great nail services, but shes my favorite for over 8 yrs. Please go and support and treating yourself good all at the same time!

This used to be one of my favorite nail salons before the pandemic. Now, the service overall presents a different vibration; not as friendly and spa like. And theres an extra cost for things that should simply be included. Im disappointed 😞.

Woman charged me $90 for a basic mani and pedi

I got a get gel manicure and the nail tech really look her time and made them look wonderful! They have lasted 2 weeks and my nails are growing past the paint but there are still no chips! Would recommend :)

Worst Gel refresh ever. If I had time I’d go back to let them know but unfortunately I had to leave asap so it wasn’t until about 10 min after i left when I realized what a terrible job the woman did. The lady was nice but wow this is awful. I’ve never had a nail job done that caused all those tiny dents before.

They charged mee 55 for a full set with no shape for the length of the nail that was short rood and did not even massage my feet. The water was cold and they did not remove the extra skin from nails on hand. I would it gave it no stars but that is the lowest.I have a picture just didn’t give me the option to upload it.

During my pedicure, when one of the technicians tried to cut my cuticles she made a deep wound and made me bleed. On top of that it took her an hour to do a standard pedicure. When taking off my gel polish, she left the foils with remover on for almost 30 mins, I had to take them off myself and when I did the chemicals destroyed my nails so bad they were literally folding in half. I was forced to cut them down. She couldn’t even do a French tip that I asked for which I thought was standard at any shop and claimed to not even have dark brown nail polish. My gel manicure took another hour and a half and I left disappointed and dissatisfied and wasn’t allowed to get my money back. This was the worst nail service I’ve ever had.

It’s no reason why it’s called a nail shop and they only haveONE technician that comes in and does BASIC nails. I called in Monday June 21st to get my nails done and she isn’t there and no one else does nails there? like come on now.

Lovely place. It was nice and clean and open and they had relaxing music playing. They made sure my nails looked great. Would definitely go back!

I love the layout and the ambiance. The workers are very friendly and attentive, however I got my a full set done on Thursday and 4 days later 2 of my nails fell off as if I went to a store and brought $5 press on nails. Not happy!

I went there for the first time two weeks ago for a pedicure and gel manicure, and henna. The service was awesome. The nail tech Sheila gave me a wonderful pedicure. The foot massage felt so good and relaxing. The manicure hasnt even chipped at all and today makes it a little over two weeks ago that I got my nails done! The owner gave me a great henna design; also, the henna they use smells wonderful! I love the fact the place was clean. Im very scared to go to many places bc Ive seen some unhealthy practices. There, I felt completely comfortable. Not only that but their prices are great. A gel manicure and pedicure is only $47!

It was my first time in that particular nails spa and I just loved their service. Everyone was friendly and most importantly professional!!! I would always want to go to that place and nowhere else. Thank you guys

Very nice and clean. The young lady was very pleasant. It was a little pricey, but it is in Towson.

The staff was kind and friendly and the salon was clean with a pleasant environment. I arrived just after they opened but was not seen for almost 20 minutes because there were no technicians there yet. I received an eyebrow wax that was pretty well done. However, salons should not offer services the technicians do not know how to do and if they are learning, it should be discounted. I received the worst SNS manicure I have ever seen. Huge waste of money and I will now have to have it taken off and redone elsewhere. Would not return.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience getting a pedicure and sns manicure here. They DO NOT know how to do an sns manicure correctly, and 3 days later it is already chipping on multiple nails. And it is more expensive than the place I normally go.

I went here to get my acrylics taken off. After being confused by my request, they sat me down and proceeded to clip my nail, slide another tip under it, and yank it off. I was shocked. I immediately got up and left. They apparently dont know to soak the nails or anything first?

I came in for a repair as I was trying to figure out what color I had she told me that she had to hurry because she had a 6 appointment I. Came in at 525 .. She told me to use one hand that she needed to hurry like I was no one!I see why every time I came only twice they were only 2 people both times! Never going back

First time going here and have been trying to find a new place to go to. DONT COME HERE! All my nails broke off within a few days which has never happened to me! Im extremely disappointed because now I have to get tips! Im going to try Towson Nails now

This place is TERRIBLE, especially if you get full sets, like me. 3 of my nails came off within 3 days of getting them done. Another one is bending at the tip because the nail quality is horrible and not steady at all. They are breaking by the day. They have one specific employee who does full set and she is so rude. She gave me the biggest attitude and said shame on you for wanting a 50% refund. I also asked her to fix the nails that broke off (every other nail salon Ive been to, as long as its within 3 days, you are allowed free fixing to any broken nails) and she said no. Terrible service, terrible quality. I will never be coming back here again and I recommend not wasting your money here!

The first time I went, it was so hot that I was sweating. The girl spent a while on my nails,but they chipped after two days in spite of being gel. The second time, I made an appointment, and when I got in, they had just taken a walk-in, and asked me to wait 40 minutes! I mentioned that I had an appointment, and, when they asked me to wait again, I told them no thanks. Obviously I wont be back.
