Besides the nasty upkeep and repetitive use of equipment on different customers, this place is honestly horrible . I came to this establishment, how I usually do, this is not the first time I’ve had an extremely underwhelming experience, but it definitely will be the last. I came and got an “sns” set, and the attitude I received for simply asking for a square set on my real nails was ridiculous. Perhaps the man did not feel comfortable working with real nails. Either way he proceeds to completely butcher and half do the job. Visibly I’m frustrated. I asked him to file my nails straight, he refused and snapped at me so we got into it.I then had to speak with his manager who acted just as incompetent. They lied about their names but one is bald and the other had hair with glasses. They then attempted to swindle me out of an extra $5, claiming that because my nails are naturally long they will charge extra. I did not pay that amount because the listed amount is $45. This shop is disgusting.

I love them. They’ve done some of my favorite sets to date and they rarely break. Love that not only do they have a wide range of color options, they also have like three full nail circle things with all types of design options ranging from subtle to avant-garde. My sets normally last about 2-3 weeks before I personally feel like I’m due for a fill in which I guess isn’t bad but could be longer? Idk. Honestly, probably one of the best nail salons in Towson and the girls know that too, so make sure to make an appointment or that wait time will be crucial. I can’t remember his name off the top of my head but there’s a man that sits in the front row, ideally on the left side, seat closest to the aisle, he is amazing!!! Literally top tier nail tech

This shop has been a favorite of mine for years, typically I received great service. However, in the past 2 months I have noticed a decline in quality, professionalism, customer service. I recently went for a gel manicure and acrylic overlay. At my appointment, I pointed out the thinness of my nails as the nail tech was drilling. He tried to explain away my concerns and finished my gel manicure quickly with no care to look or fix my areas of concern.I’d like to point out that the shop was not crowded at all, it was a Thursday. Within 24 hours, not only had the acrylic overlay started lifting from my nail but the gel polish was chipping. I called to schedule an appointment to correct these issues and request another nail tech. When I arrived for my 11am appointment, I was greeted and then left waiting for 25+ minutes past my appointment. Again, I explained my areas of concern- willing to pay the price difference although I should not have to.I was shocked when he told me that he was only able to fix my gel polish concerns and not the acrylic lifting from my nails. I explained my disappointment seeing as though I called previously and explained the service only to come for the appointment and be told it could not be fixed. I would also like to point out that he was not the nail tech that I requested when I made my appointment, I was told over the phone that Emma would be providing the service. The nail tech who assisted me today did so the best he could despite the poor job the tech before him did, and I appreciated his effort. However, I will not be returning to this locations because they no longer appreciate their customers money or time.

I have been going here ever since college and am usually satisfied with my service. The older man who I believe is the owners husband did my nails this time and was rude and did a very horrible job. He rushed my nails and the shop wasn’t even busy. He put a very thin layer of acrylic on my nails, did not paint the nails fully, and cut my finger. One of my finger nails had broke really far back but the acrylic didn’t fall off so I voiced my concern about replacing the nail. He ignored my concerns and filled the acrylic in on top of my broken nail which burned badly because my nail was broken so far back. He really didn’t deserve a tip but despite all of this, I left a small tip anyway because I always tip. When I asked him for his cash app, he snatched my phone out of my hand and then handed it back very rudely. At that point, I decided to not complete the tip because he proved himself to be not only careless with his work but also extremely rude to customers. My nail broke and paint chipped within just a day of getting my nails done due to his sloppy skills. I will not be returning here again.

They was great. First place I went after quarantine and was very clean sprayed down after each client. Third time I went not doing that anymore or making sure your hands are clean. They use to do good work but they overbook themselves so your nails looks and feels rushed. Not going to them anymore this last go was the last straw. He the guy right up front by front desk. He was on his phone and his work wasnt as good as the first time. Im over it. The time before that he pulled my nails off taking off a layer of my nail bed because he had to leave. Also my GEL polish peeled after a week..

Do not use your hard owned money here! These people are extremely rude, snappy and you’ll regret ever giving them a dime. Do not come here. They up charge for everything any salon can do, they are rough with your nails and will blend down to your mail bed! My nails literally can’t survive without acrylic now because of them and every stylist says stop going there! They are extremely rough and rude with you. They snap at you for everything and will blame you for things out of your control. They rush and do not take their time at all. Do not bother going here this is your warning. They emphasize a right to “refuse any customer” and use it to their own discriminatory advantage!!! If your money means anything to you go to a different salon. I would Give 0 stars if I could I’ve literally never felt worse about a business

If there was an option for zero stars I would choose it. First time here I made an appointment and still had to wait 25 minutes. I make an appointment today and show up 7 minutes late, my bad but horrible accident. I see them looking around and theres no one to do my nails. So 5 minutes later the owner tells me that because I was late I had to wait. In reality, there was no one to do my nails because they overbooked. I would rather you be honest and tell me you purposely overbooked.I left work early for this appointment and was told I would have to wait until 2 pedicures are finished? Horrible business and terrible customer service.

I have supported this business on and off for years, and have typically found myself satisfied with the customer service provided by the salon. When checking out, it’s preferred that tips be given via CashApp, to avoid having fees assessed. This lead to me having CashApp info for Kenny saved to my phone.Recently, I sent funds to Kenny in error (the funds were labeled insurance, so it clearly wasn’t intended for him). Within minutes I realized the mistake and sent a request to have the funds returned. I received no response. When making a request for the funds to be returned via phone, Kenny was very short and rude. He refused to listen to my explanation of the issue, stating that he did not care to take a look at the transaction, proof that the funds were received, and that he ultimately would not be returning the funds that I sent in error. In lieu of those logical steps, he insisted that I come to the shop and review his phone. I accepted this offer, because it had now become an issue of honesty and principle.Upon arrival, Kenny greeted my husband and myself. I alone, got up to speak with him. I took his phone and showed him where the funds had in fact been received. After showing him this, the conversation took a turn for the worst. With an elevated voice, he then began to double down on his original stance of refusing to process my refund request, telling me once again that he did not care that I had proof from cash app or the bank that the funds were taken from. He then dismissed me, stating that he had a customer to serve and that there was nothing further to discuss. At this point, all eyes were on me (an embarrassment I wanted to avoid). Just as I was prepared to leave Kenny was advised that I would be sure to share this experience in an online review, to which he replied “I don’t care!”. At this point my husband stepped in.When addressed by my husband Kenny continued to stand firm and went above and beyond to discredit my claim. Showing his phone to several customers, until thankfully one customer took a moment to explain to him that he DID in fact receive the funds and that with the push of a button he could resolve the issue and return my funds. Per her advise he did so. My husband wished him well and we left.I understand that this was an error on my part, but as someone who has supported this nail salon I would have appreciated some kindness and having a brief moment taken to properly research the issue. Instead I was met with zero professionalism, embarrassment, and no apology.Any business operator who outright says that they “don’t care” about their customers opinions does not deserve my support. My suggestion…take your business elsewhere!

I booked an appointment and they left me there for nearly 40 mins after my scheduled time while walk-ins who came AFTER me were seen before me. Worse professionalism ever. Never going back.

Great job on nails and feet will be a repeat customer

So got my nails done 2 weeks ago exactly. After 1 week, 1 of my nails broke. Fine; got it fixed. was only charged $5. So then the following week (today) another nail broke by just me putting on a towel. I just wanted to fix it because the rest or the nails still look fine. My nails usually last 4+ when I go to my regular person at a different salon, but I just moved to the area so I wanted to find a new place. I went to get it fixed and was charged $10 for the nail fix when I was charged $5 the past few week? In two weeks, 2 nails broke. dont come here if you want to be charged different prices by different technicians for the same work. Or if you want your nails lasting for more than a week!!

My girlfriend and I went in there with an appointment and left 3 hours later. I was in and out in about an hour and a half because I only got a clear coat but my girlfriend got a design on every nail and every single one of them was lifting up before we even left the store. Some of the male employees would look at my girlfriends nails and snicker then try to defend the snicker but just further describing that they are infact laughing at the color combination. So in conclusion I came on with an appointment and paid $190 to be in there for 3 hours and have terrible service. Please do not waste your money here the 4 star rating should honestly be lower. The only good thing about the store was the pedicures and the one woman who did my nails she was very nice.

I came in yesterday to get a full set and pedicure for my sister’s wedding this weekend and they blew it out of the park! Great quality, very natural, and the woman who did the design did an amazing job. Their COVID measures are very good, and I felt very safe getting my nails I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to this salon for awhile now. My last two visits have left a bad taste in my mouth. I have noticed the treatment of customers is not equal.

I have been pleased with my service every time Ive come to this place. The staff is very friendly and they keep their stations very clean. Anton does an amazing job on my nails, I never have an any issue with chipping or lifting of my acrylic. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Been coming here for years and they do by far the best job!They do excellent gel manicures. I frequently change my nail shape and color. Good service for the price. I receive the gel pedicure from Kenny and it lasted outstandingly well and looked perfect. The next visit I received a gel manicure from a different person and it was same quality! They are very quick and efficient Overall.

I finally found a fantastic nail salon near where I live. I am in nursing school, and we arent allowed to have painted nails during our hospital placements. I finished a rotation today, and realized that I have almost 3 weeks before Ill have to have plain nails again, so I decided to get mine done. I got a gel manicure, and I asked if she could add yellow flowers. I didnt give her any further instructions, but she knew what I meant, and she added completely adorable little yellow blossoms to my turquoise nails. She was very gentle and didnt wreck my nails. I will definitely return here next time I have a break from school.💖

Went here for the first time and loved it! The employees were all friendly, and the salon is clean. Kelly gave me my pedicure and I will definitely go back to see her. The only thing here they are busy, would recommend making an appointment before coming.

Loved my experience at Future Nails. I got a mani/pedi after work, and it was such a relaxing experience. They make you feel right at home the moment you walk through the door, and Tana was the absolutely best. Good vibes all around. They have a wide selection of polish brands/colors as well. Women of color, please be informed that your business is not appreciated here. By requesting a clean cuticle with your $70 full set, you will be labeled as “difficult” and asked not to return at the time of payment. Kelly, the woman who sits in the first row will talk about you in her native language amongst her employees. Because I made a comment while on the phone about an unclean cuticle, Kelly chose to jump in my personal conversation and argue with me. When I kindly requested that she stay out of my conversation, She then, along with every other employee refused to do my pedi. I have witnessed Non-women of color be the perfect of depiction of difficult and be pampered and pleased. As an African American professional, I would encourage spending your hard earned money where you are valued as a person.

Everything about this place is excellent! Everyone here is so nice and they make sure that you are comfortable! This was my first time and did my ombré nails on point! When I first walked in, the young lady in the front desk greeted me with a huge smile and was so friendly. I was so shocked at the selection of colors to chose from! ! Im so in love🌊☂️☔️💦💧❄️

If I could give 0 stars I would the place overcharged me for my manicure and pedicure valued at 55 total on their website.My friend was charged 70 for her manicure that was just orange gel. We hadnt found out until we left. I opened a dispute with my bank today. They dont clean the pedicure stations I had to ask for a new sanitary plastic cover to be put in for my pedicure which I got a lot of slack for. Just an awful establishment. 1st and last time going.

Love Kelly never rush doing my nails. My pedi I had once just to give it a try was the bomb. I love the fact that you dont feel rushed or hurried. The place is always clean and neat. They have a decent collection of polish, gel, and sns colors. Kelly has definitely been the reason Im a new loyal customer.

Went it to get a gel pedicure after work and there was a little wait but its probably one of the best ones Ive ever gotten, not only is the price great compared to other salons in this area but they dont rush it and they do an amazing job with the details of my nails! I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this place

My favorite salon. the salon itself is gorgeous and keeps getting better & better as they often do an update or renovation. the technicians are extremely friendly and well trained. waxing is also a strength in this salon. great place to go all around with convenient parking. its very clean inside which I like. ive been to several of the nail techs and have not had a problem with anyone. I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails and think everyone is amazing. Future is the way to go!Update: Not sure about the bad post below with the person from VA. but this place is seriously amazing. and I am probably way more pickier than that person! tip: when youre having a bad day, dont leave a review because its not fair to mislead people. I go here once a week and spend at least $65 every week here, I wouldnt do that if it wasnt worth it!

Kenny did a wonderful job on my manicure. And Kelly worked a miracle on my eyebrows after they were messed up by the lady at the mall. I wasnt expecting for her to be able to fix them but she slayed them (in a good way).

During a girls weekend, some friends and I came here on short notice for manis and pedis. The staff was friendly and professional, and she gave me an awesome deluxe spa pedicure. My feet are beautiful, and I feel content and relaxed. I would definitely come here again.💕

I love this nail salon. I started coming here when I lived nearby and kept driving out of my way even after I moved. They take appointments (recommended if you have a preferred nail tech) but I never need one. They have gel polish and SNS too. Plenty of pedicure chairs and amazing service!!! Highly recommend.PS they only take cash tips now, but they do have an ATM inside that has a low $1.75 fee. The Latino grocery store in the same strip also has an ATM.

Very clean! Kelly is amazing.... shes a perfectionist using high end products so your Mani-Pedi last! She does eyelash extensions too...they look incredibly natural & last for 2-1/2- 3 weeks before needing fill ins. Kenny & Tmmy are awesome too... would highly recommend this Salon to anyone looking for a clean, good quality experience.

Now I see why they get such terrible reviews. This place used to be decent for pedicures. They were terrible for manicures but decent for pedicures. They literally had three customers in there, I walked in signed in and sat down. Someone came over to me after a few minutes and said that it would be a 30 minute wait. Too bad its not somebody who remembered me and remembers what an awesome tipper I am!

Kelly lied about me canceling Multiple appointments which I did not, and she refused to serve me After I rescheduled and got to the shop,, (which is her right. I cancelled once because of a family emergency ...they closed an hour early the night before when I called 4 times to try to cancel And I left a message, And I called them 1st thing Saturday morning they were not even there at 11 oclock they didnt get their til 11:15 so if they dont like you they wont serve you. My mother and I tried many salons before sticking with these guys. We drive an hour on our day off to have them done here. The staff is amazing, every step asking if I like it and if not redoing without question. I personally like Cynthia and my mom loves Joseph. They both do amazing work and care if their customers are satisfied. I am a VERY picky person lol and always leave here happy. So we so have our preference but the owner is very pleasant along with the rest of the staff. Only place I will go and would absolutely recommend this salon.

I asked the man if he can do another gel coat because you still can see the nail on the tip of my nails and spots. He said no, its not needed. If I paid $43 for a full set, the customer should be happy and get what they want.. Lost a customer for that.

Charged me extra for my pedicure. I spent 2 HOURS letting my nails dry in there because they kept telling me they were dry and I could put on my shoes and when I did my nail would smudge. I wasnt going to leave with messed up nails when I had just spent $70 in there and they acted like they were annoyed each time I asked them to fix my nail. Finally I get the chance to leave, and about 4 hrs later my nails SMUDGES AGAIN. not even 2 weeks go by and my hair is getting caught under my nail every time I run my hands through it. Never coming here again

I cant believe this place isnt rated five stars! this is the BEST nail salon i have ever been to in baltimore. my mani and pedi (just plain gel) were done with such attention to detail, that my nails lasted over three weeks before i needed to get them re-done. My toes are going on 5 weeks strong (dont judge me. its winter!)!! thank you thank you, for the wonderful mani and pedi. i will come back every time im back in baltimore.

This is the worst nail shop ever. My gel polish started chipping after three days. I called to get my nails fixed, and they give me a 1pm appointment for the next day. It is 1:45pm, and Im still waiting to get my nails fixed. Plenty of customers have come in after me, and they have been waited on.

I would recommend this salon for manis and pedis. I always come here!
